We had difficulty with our on-line application for the tour, as we found we were unable to submit the completed form and payment at the end. However, the 'support chat' box enabled us to get advice and we were subsequently able to complete the application by phone. The on-line responses to our enquiries since has been excellent and we are very impressed by the flexibility of all the arrangements. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a 7 day tour of North Vietnam using a Google search. TourRadar came up and I explored their options. I liked the way they allowed me to filter my options (specific dates, length of stay, prices, etc.) as my arrival and departure dates left no room for flexibility. Based on the results of my filters, Tour Radar had several tour options with different tour operators that described tour size and daily itinerary in enough detail that I was able to compare the different tours and make an informed decision. From there, the booking process was simple and well-designed, walking me through the steps needed to book my tour. The follow up emails have been professional and thorough. For example, within 12 hours, they have asked me for my flight information to and from Hanoi so they can arrange my airport transfers. Based on my experience with Tour Radar so far, I would recommend them a vehicle for booking tours in the countries they serve.

This is my first time ever using a travel service. I researched and contacted many travel companies. Not only was Tour Radar the better value but I had several questions. Their timely answers and response to my questions have been top notch. Excellent, excellent customer service.

With this being my first time travelling to Africa I did not know what to expect. After my tour I can say that I am pleased and overwhelmed by the experience provided by Tour Radar and Beyond the Nile Tours; their awesome guides and transporters. First and foremost the price and ease of booking was GREAT!! My travel mate and I were greeted at the Cairo airport and taken to our hotel. During the drive our transporter and guide; whom we fondly refer to as Ahmed 1 and Ahmed 2 , as they both shared the same name, gave us a review of our tour Iteniary and a brief yet informative introduction to Cario, Giza and the Egyptian culture. The Cario accommodations were more than we expected. A spacious two bedroom residence suite with a full kitchen and views of the Nile River and the city of Cairo. The tour from its start in Cairo to the majestic cruise on the Nile from Luxor to Aswan was highlighted by the well appointed cruise ship cabin our graious lead guide Ayman. Ayman greeted us in Luxor and masterfully coordinated our group of 12 with professionalism and expertise. His knowledge of Egypt and service oriented attitude ereased any reservation about the quality of service that we would receive on our Beyond the Nile Pharoah River Cruise Adventure. Many thanks to Tour Radar, Beyond the Nile Tours, Ayman, Ahmed 1, Ahmed 2, all the drivers, the cruise ship staff and all others invovled in making this a Monumental Travel Experience!!!!! I shall return with more family and friends. Great job Tour Radar and Beyond the Nile Tours.

Tour Radar got this Exciting Tour started by provide detailed information and prompt communication for all of my questions and concerns regarding my trip choice. They also provided details for pricing, itinerary and travel insurance. Once my tour selection was made, tour radar kept me well informed as the booking process progressed and finally confirmed. Beyond the Nile tours did an Awesome job conducting my first trip to Egypt. Ayman, our tour guide and coordinator did an outstanding job conducting the museum visit, pyramids and Sphinx tours in Cairo as well as the Karnak and Luxor temple tours in Luxor. The cruise up the Nile is an Amazing Experience in itself and we were on the Nile for 3/4 days. Beyond the Nile lived up to their name and promise giving a tour of Egypt, the Nile and beyond the Nile, with tours of Edfu, Kom Ombo and the Wonderful City Of Aswan, my favorite. This tour provided a look back into the the rich culture of ancient Egypt as well as Egypt today based on how it was structured. It’s makes for a Great Experience when you can visit a country in which you’ve never been and enlist the services of a touring company that manages and coordinates everything from shuttle services, meals, entrance fees, and transportation at every juncture of your trip from the Cairo airport, hotel, the Luxor bus station, Cairo train station, everything, everywhere. Ayman, Ahmed and Ahmed, Thank You for your expertise and assistance on our first trip to Africa, Egypt, the Nile and Beyond. This tour far exceeded my Expectations. Based on this Wondrous Adventure, my First Egypt Experience and the services of Beyond the Nile, I will be returning to Egypt again.

I'm 'technologically challenged' so I had a bit of a learning curve. I was having some difficulty this morning (12/27) trying to make sense of the material that I had received. So I asked for some help and was glad to find out that it wasn't just my technological ineptitude. TourRadar had forgotten to send the Vouchers! When the Vouchers arrived everything began to make sense.

Hi Peter, Thanks for your review - We are very glad to hear that you now have your vouchers and the information contained within them is helpful! Normally, vouchers must be manually generated by your tour operator and do not get sent until approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure. Vouchers are withheld until closer to departure in case of any last-minute changes to your accommodation or itinerary. Depending on when you book, this means it could be months until you receive your vouchers. Your operator, however, was able to provide your voucher shortly after your booking was confirmed as you are just a few weeks from departing. Should you need anything else from now until you leave for your trip, please do not hesitate to let us or your operator know; we are available 24/7 and always happy to help!
