I think as far as tourradar is concerned, there response rate is quiet fast but sometimes if you require specific information/details re the tour itself they would refer you to the third party/tour operator which take days to get the reply and sometimes the information provided was too little that you have to ask again the same questions that were not clarified and again wait for days for the feedback.

You're absolutely correct, that you've been communicating directly with the operator of your tour in your booking page, who appears to have had a slight delay in getting to your queries. While our support team is available around the clock, your tour operator are unavailable over the weekend and are open only during business hours. Overall booking experience was easy and good. the customer care is quite helpful and prompt. One issue I faced was they do not accept American Express card while booking from India.

for the past two years i was trying to plan an ancient greece trip... till two days ago i hadn't found a companion nor an affordable way for traveling alone on a budget so i was skeptical... but i was feeling the time had come and voilà thru one of my google searches TourRadar showed up :) communication is very slow tho! TourRadar wouldn't give me any information unless i'd book the tour, but once i booked TourRadar disappeared leaving my questions unanswered till i had to insist... it seems TourRadar depends on expat explore to give most of the info, and expat explore is even slower... so far so good, but bc it's a very expensive tour i was expecting more care, i feel kinda adrift!

Having used Tour Radar on a previous occasion, I was aware of the ease of booking. The selection process for trips is very straightforward and gives all the details required in a simple fashion. Obviously much research has gone into every trip that they organise. I wasn't disappointed last time, when I went to Uluru...I'm sure I won't be on this occasion either. 😁

tour radar is very quick to answer queries when you have not paid deposit yet. but afterwards the delayed replies are very apparent. first example. after booking and paying deposit the message said that booking is being reviewed by Costsaver and that outcome will be advised asap and that deposit will only be charged once booking is approved. however despite of deposit was debited from my credit card on the same day, two days still no word and I had only received a confirmation after making a follow up. second example - I asked about the $424 travel credits if the currency is in NZ$ or not and if they are transferrable being I was the lead traveller out of 16 adults. I have paid using my credit card but would like to share it with my mates. To date, still no reply from a simple query like this. sorry...but the subsequent experience with Tour Radar after them taking money from my credit card does bring a bad taste to the mouth....

I would’ve given it a five except that the wait for a representative to answer the phone was at least 25 minutes. I called three times yesterday and had to wait 25 minutes and longer each time. Otherwise, the representatives are Pleasant, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Like I said my only beef is the wait time to get a response on the phone.
