I have booked with TourRadar several times before and had positive experiences. The information has been clear, online answers to most questions, and subsequent communications are clear. I will say that this time the information was a bit inaccurate and misleading. The web page where all the purchase details are entered and the price is generated clearly has a box which says "G Adventures offers 5% discount for past passengers" and includes a box to include past trip/customer number. Of course I did not expect the price to show this discount when I entered my payment info because it appears it needs to be confirmed with G Adventures first. After receiving my confirmation and noting that it did not include the 5% discount (I have been on 2 G Adventures trips), I asked about it. The response indicates that this is a discounted trip and they "will not be able to include" the 5% discount. This is misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch as the reservation form just says "G Adventures offers 5% discount for past passengers" without any conditions, maybes, or caveats. Those of us who prefer reserving and purchasing online expect the online information to be accurate and reliable.

G Adventures does offer an amazing 5% discount for returning travelers. However, this discount cannot be combined with any other G Adventures tour discounts. The feedback you have given regarding what is stated on the TourRadar booking page is greatly appreciated. We agree that the G Adventures 5% loyalty pricing terms can be better explained directly on the booking page to remove any possible confusion. When I was planning our tour of Morocco they had a ton of options to choose from with such a variety that you could get exactly what you wanted. The tour company they hooked us up with thought of EVERYTHING! I had a million things going on when I was booking, so I couldn't research the accommodations the way I normally would and each time we went to a new place I held my breath, then we were truly impressed by how beautiful each hotel and riad was. The driver was friendly, knowledgable and warm-he soon felt more like a friend. We had a once in a lifetime experience for an exceptionally reasonable price thanks to Tourradar. I would recommend them to anyone.

I could not believe how simple it was to use TourRadar to book a tour. TourRadar even lets the tour operator keep in touch with you and they answer any questions you may have. They even have different payment options. I have also signed up to become a seasoned traveller. If you do your research adequately, then you can even cut out your local traveling agents who charge an arm and leg for the same trip.

I was told I could pay in instalments before I booked. They took the whole total amount and refused to let me pay in instalments

Paying by instalment is indeed possible when booking a tour more than two months in advance (for most operators). When booking two months or less before the actual travel date, TourRadar does need the full payment, as the departure is close and that most operators need to have this total amount on file. The amount to be paid at the time of booking will always be indicated when processing the reservation. The date at which the full payment is required will be clearly outlined as well. In case of any doubts, our Customer Support team is available 24/7 via phone and live chat, and can definitely check what are the payment terms for your preferred date. The online messaging is excellent and my queries were answered swiftly. The first time I telephoned I had no problems at all and the agent was very helpful. However, when I phoned to book I had a dreadful connection. It kept breaking up and when the agent was speaking it seemed as though 20 others were also talking which made it very difficult to hear what was being said. Really I should have re-dialed but I persevered and managed to get the booking completed.

I found it very easy and simple to book my tour the TourRadar website had an array of choices and options of what kind of tour people are looking for. Downloading the TourRadar app is a good way to keep on track of the of your choice and to communicate with TourRadar directly

It is not possible ti communicate directily with the local tour operator on phone before booking, due tue Tour radar rules. All communication is on chat or via the Tour radar. Highly unprofessional

I booked for my first time on this travel agency. I was disappointed reading that my booking as solo traveller wouldn't have been possible. I got over this issue by booking for my son with me as well.

For most tours, single supplements are optional. For other tours, single supplements are either mandatory or not an option. Depending on the destination and the tour operator, some accommodation only has twin-share availability. I am a solo traveler and have used TourRadar before. I like the fact that they don't hide any fees, such as those applied to solo travelers. Finding the right tour is also very easy using the website and I got almost instant response from the operator confirming my journey. I am looking forward to this next adventure and hope that it will be as interesting and seamless as my previous experience with TourRadar.

Great booking site that enables you to find your perfect tour by applying a variety of filters. Tour descriptions are quite good. If you find details are missing, contact the tour operator. In my case, the replies came fast and with the required information. I especially liked the PayPal option to book my tour.
