Order placed and paid for on the 5th of December, given 2 different delivery dates (15TH DECEMBER then 23RD DECEMBER) still not arrived and nothing when I contact (RANG THE COMPANY TO BE PUT ON HOLD FOR NEARLY 20 MINUTES) the worse company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with

The worst ever customer service! Ordered 2 mugs for Christmas and both were defective with parts of the print chopped off. Constantly been contacting the company but in vain. This kind of customer service in this day and age will get them nowhere.

I placed my order, my delivery date was 5th Dec, on 7th Dec I emailed to ask where my item was, they said it wasn't up to quality, so was being remade, but hadn't thought to inform me that the delivery date had changed, it was only because I asked that I found out. I wrote again 2 weeks later, and was told that the second item had failed quality control, and even though they knew this had happened once, and I was upset that they hadn't informed me of the delay, they still didn't inform me of the further delay, until I contacted them. There is no excuse in this day and age for such poor customer service, it takes 5 minutes to send an email apologising for the delay, and explaining why there is a delay, and although it would have been a nuisance not having the item in time for what I had ordered it for, I would have been satisfied that, as a customer, I was respected by the company, because they had taken the time to let me know what had happened. I will admit that all of the items I have had from them were awesome, I have no issue with the quality, but their customer service is almost non existent, and that is unacceptable. After this experience, I know I won't be visit their website again.

Placed order on 3 dec to be sent to France. On 16th checked royal mail and it is in Ireland .. when questioned by email the customer services said he thought (thought?) international orders gonthrough Ireland ! Anyway, now 10 days later, no reply to my emails and youncan NEVER Get anyone to answer the phone. Avoid !!!!!

Order placed 10/12/17 for a bag which was a surprise Christmas gift for my daughter - no parcel and no update other than 'in production' when trying to track my order so thanks very much! Not impressed.

Order arrived this morning, opened it.... Its got my daughters name on it with some kind of naughty nurse image!! Not what I ordered at all!! Absolutely furious!! And surprise surprise their customer services are closed for Xmas!

Ordered 10th decemember before the xmas cut of date gaurented for xmas and shock horror no parcel! Was told yesterday my order was out with Royal Mail on the 21st dec but even after persistent asking and asking still avoided giving me any tracking information obviously as this was a lie and my delivery isn’t out like I was told. I will now have 3 Nieces without xmas presents thanks to this company!

I cannot praise this company enough, I made an error with my order information and this was dealt with by Asa- thank you! Also, a very swift turnaround- ordered 15th Dec and arrived looking fabulous today 23rd Dec in time to wrap and put under the tree! Thank you so much 👏☺️

Poster ordered for Christmas expected 18/12 arrived 23/12 after chasing them on email. Advertised as A2, actually A3. No time to get a replacement gift now. And the print quality is poor.

Toxic Fox is the worse company I have ever had the misfortune of ordering from. I placed an order on the 5th of December for a personalised Phone case for my wife's new christmas present. I paid for the order and the delivery date was stated as 15th December. The 15th of December came and went, I tried ringing the company during the opening hours of 9am to 5pm. I get nothing but a ringing tone for about 10 minutes then they hang up on you. I try messsaging them but you get a automated response from either an Asa Burke or Lee Rowley. They tried to fob me off saying it was a Royal Mail issue but when you ask for the Royal Mail tracking you get told there isnt one, (I work for a courier company and trust me everyone gets given a tracking number be it the shipper or receiver). I checked their website again and the estimated date on the website changed from the 15th magically to the 23rd of December (2 days before xmas). As you can imagine it is now the 23rd, the item is still not here, Toxic Fox are not open on Saturdays and I am getting the usual automated response from their messenger site. I have saved this review and will be posting it on every site I can find. Do not use this company for Xmas gifts, its not worth the heartache

Appalling service. After constant reassurance that I would received the goods I ordered (which were clearly marked ‘guaranteed for Xmas’, I have not received the items I ordered on the 11th December. I have not been kept informed or received replies to my emails. The company have not been honest when I first enquired about my delivery status. I when never use them again or recommend them.

Order not received, will now not get for Christmas, ordered 24th November should have been plenty of time. Customer service is awful , daughter will be really disappointed

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ORDER FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW. My niece is now going to have to go without a Christmas present. If I had of ordered last minute then I could be more understanding but I ordered on 30th November. Customer service has been appalling! Despite letting the company know about this I am still waiting on the delivery

saw advert on TV and thought would be nice for childrens presents. Ordered it said would be here by 15th. wasn't. So emailed - no response. they changed delivery to 18th - didn't arrive. emailed - no response. Now it says 23rd. I wont hold my breathe. terrible company. shouldn't be allowed to advertise on TV for more customers when they cannot manage to supply current customers with stock they already bought. no customer service. Have cheek to advertise "still time to order before xmas"!! fat chance!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! over priced anyway for what it is but then crappy service and no product takes the p**s. will be reporting to trading standards today. Suggest all others promised delivery before xmas and still havnt received or even had the basic manners of a response back should do the same!!!

I ordered two items from this company both guaranteed before Christmas delivery but only received one item. Don't even bother phoning customer services! one number is never answered and the other number says they are now closed as opening hours are 9-5 yet I phoned at 10, 11, and 12??? Total disappointment!
