Absolutely shocking service. Fill you full of lies about your order. Ordered a personalised towel for my 10 year old sister on 11/12/17. Delivery said 16th the 16th comes and goes so I check and delivery says 23rd. 23rd comes and goes, still no parcel. No one answers the phones. Customer services fill you full of lies 'oh it's been dispatched' 'accept two free items as a apology' to which no one got back in touch with me. I have a very upset 10 years old. Appalling services. Claireabella should be ashamed of themselves. There seems to be hundreds of people missing xmas gifts. And the majority of them was for children. Set of con artists. Take your money and you receive no items.

I just wanted to let you know that I had a bad experience with your company and I was so disappointed until Marvin helped me he was so professional and his customer service was fantastic he restored my faith in your company he is an asset to your company and I feel he needs to be rewarded in some way he has been so good can you thank him again from me Kind regards Emma

I ordered 2 iPad covers for my daughters iPads. Both covers arrived the wrong size and iPads do not fit. I have tried numerous times to call with no answer and held on line for around 30 minutes each time (premium number which the toxic fox charge 5 pence for the privilege). I have also emailed twice and no reply to either email. Please avoid this company as they have no customer care.

Well after all hassle, just had email saying I would get very heavy discount on my next order are they having a laugh I would never use again, even if I do RECEIVE LAST OF MY ORDER

After what has been weeks waiting for my order have been told today it’s now with specialist team being checked and will be posted first class by Royal Mail when ready. We will see, have asked if any compensation will be given, have also contacted citizens advice and trading standards as this company is a joke

I ordered three items on 5th December, one item arrived the 19th december, was told by you other two items would be delivered by first class mail in time for Christmas it’s now 3rd January and nothing. Phoning customer services does nothing as no human answers phone it’s automotive voice. Think this company is a joke, my granddaughter is heartbroken not getting present from her nana

Finally received my order of a personalised canvas bag 10 days after the expected delivery date only to find that the incorrect name had been printed on the bag. Have been in contact with the company who offered an immediate refund but sadly I am still waiting.

I ordered a personalised towel for my daughters best friend on 9th December, it was advertised that i would receive it before the 15th December.....mmmm no delivery! my despatch date then went to 18th-20th December, those dates came and went. My date was then moved to 23rd December. I tried ringing the customer service desk and no reply so i sent an email which i got a reply saying it had been despatched on the 20th December!!! It's now the 2nd January and i still have no parcel. They tell lies they haven't despatched a parcel at all. Just wondering when i will actually get this parcel. NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THESE. Oh and they have taken the money out.

Hi, Ordered a tote bag for my little girl for Christmas. Bag arrived with two minor marks on it. Such a beautiful bag online doesn't do it justice. Contacted toxicfox straight away they got back to me. Asa Burke dealt with my enquiry, Asa was very quick and efficient had me a replacement on its way and said to keep the other bag as a back up, was so happy it came just in time for Christmas eve considering we only dealt with it couple days before. I've had a very similar experience to everyone else - ordered on the 10th Dec for guaranteed xmas delivery, received no update, no parcel - feel awful about letting my 8 yr old niece down at Christmas. Have not managed to get through to their customer service dept (which they charge 5p per minute for the privilege of complaining about their diabolical service) and have not received a response to my emails. Gutted and very angry about this. I encourage everyone to use the consumer helpline on the Citizen's Advice Bureau, there is a simple on-line form to fill in, and they will follow up all complaints with Trading Standards - Toxic Fox have def over committed and they shouldn't get away with it.

I ordered 2 personalised stockings for my daughter's for Christmas. 1 arrived and was completely wrong (it even had the wrong name!!) and the other was such poor quality I cannot believe they are selling them for £15.99!! Gave feedback via email, which took 2 weeks of going back and forth, to eventually be told they would refund the 1 which was wrong. By which time Xmas had passed and I didn't get to use either stocking, as I couldn't use for my 1 daughter when my other daughter didn't have one. Would not ever use again.

After ordering a product for my daughters Christmas that didn't arrive due to quality control being bad toxic fox was great at apologising and offering a free gift for her also . Would order again from them as customer service is great

If I could -10 the worst company ever . they sell their products very well but the service is just horrible. I placed my order on the 10th December, I paid for international delivery and still waiting. Christmas pass and my daughter is still with no present. Of course after 3 emails and several phone calls NO ANSWER. DONT BUY

No communicate from Company my order was due to be delivered by 23rd December no show, so I tracked online and myhemmes suppose to have made two delivery attempts - I checked my CCTV no one had attempted - today I recieve a response from myhemmes via twitter after I contacted them on Sat 23rd stating toxic Fox appear to have gave them the incorrect postal address. It appears the company is under staffed and can not cope with December orders

Minus 5 if I could. Delivery date changed twice. Assured delivery for Christmas which still haven’t received. Absolutely no email correspondence whatsoever but extremely prompt taking payment which left account day after order placed. Have bought before with no hassles so very disappointed with this treatment

Ordered on the 11th , told would arrive by the 19th and I'm still waiting now and its the 23rd, customer service is a c Joke they don't reply to emails or facebook messenger and nobody picks up the phone when you call, time to get in touch with PayPal for a refund.

I wish I could give no stars! Worst company I have dealt with. Order placed on the 10th they guaranteed Christmas Delivery and still nothing! Nearly £90 down and 2 presents missing for my children. Will never use ever again!

Rating how about no star ! If only i'd read these reviews before i'd placed my order. I've read there T&C's and it reads "our acceptance of an order only takes place only when we despatch the order" - so effectively you have paid for stock which is not available. I have been trying to contact them since 20th Dec and guess what NO reply. I advise DO not buy from this company full stop. 😡
