Poor advice, poor facilities and I was sold a product I didn't need. When I asked for my money back, Transform refused. I have complained and I am waiting to hear back from the head office. I will not use Transform ever again - unless I receive a full refund on the poor service I have received.

I was told by the lady on the phone that the derma roller would help with my hyper pigmentation. An appointment was made at the Hale clinic for a consultation and the procedure. I arrived for the consultation only to be told, the drama roller wouldn't help with hyper pigmentation and I would need a 25% TCA peel. For this I would have to pay a £50 consultation fee and go to the Pines Clinic. The Hale clinic didn't know the price of the 25% TCA peel so I rang the Pines when I got home. I was told they don't do a 25% peel, only a 15% peel. I informed the lady I had been specifically told they do a 25% one. The lady said she would get someone called Maria to phone me back. I didn't get a call back so phoned 2 later only to be told Maria was busy and would phone me back. Again no call. I have used transform in the past but wouldn't use them again as I feel they have gone down hill and the customer service is poor.

I came bck 2 see the same nurse julie as i was told i had 2 stay wth her as she originally did my treatment. She gave me filler in the same place smaller amount. Since then ive had 2 go somewhere else. I needed 2 have everything redone after spending over £1000 with Transform !!!

My review with Mr Tahery was cancelled and a letter was sent to my old address even though Karen put a note on my file to send letters to my parents address. I have now missed my appointment and have been told if I want to see him I need to go to Manchester from Lincoln. This was not my error I have now been left with a long wonky nose my stitch has not healed properly this is unacceptable. I have called Karen 4 times the last 2 days and have not had a call back.

Awful Feel like just wanted my money and bot given me options that other surgeons have in many places across uk....very disappointed when so highly recommended ....

You have shared private information of mine which I kept a secret from my own family....have THE WORST complaints handlers After referring so many people to you which will equate to 1000s of pounds you have treated me appallingly. I will be getting legal advice.

Very disappointed with my last visit at the new office in Hale,having been so happy with previous staff in Bowden for many years. I am disappointed with my Ultherapy treatment a year ago, and still have'nt had my review.I did mention it on my last appt but was asked to make a further appt with the person who applied the treatment, however the only 2 days of the week which I can make- Tues am and all day Friday (due to work) are not the days which are available.I was surprised that the receptionist did'nt try suggest an alternative, instead I am left without an appt and feel the Ultherapy was a waste of money. money.

Came out of surgery,was offered a cup of tea waited and waited left on the bed without nurse call so couldn't even get the day staff.After waiting an hour and half not even been checked on LUCKILY I had my remote and had no further option but to bang on my bed.After that two day staff came in (the one who offered me the cup of tea also) I was outraged and stated I was still waiting for my drink and dinner as I hadnt eaten or drank anything for 23hours all I got was an appolodgy.THEN when the same women came in to give me my cup of tea she ran over my drains with the side table and nearly ripped them out my side.night nurse couldn't thank quick enough she was in an out every hour probably like the day staff should of been!I have worked as a health assistant and they didn't have a clue ! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The surgeon was absolute horrible and insensitive. Completely threw me off guard. I assume you come to a place like this to gain confidence, not to have it knocked out of you.

Had previously went to Transform for Botox which I was pleased with. However on my last visit I felt totally miss sold to. I was charged almost £1,400 for 3 syringes of filler and two areas of Botox. The consultant conveniently didn't tell me an offer that was going for £999 which would have given me my fillers ,3 areas of Botox and a course of 3 peels! I also mentioned a course of 3 IPL I had a while back which after 2 there was no improvement to which no one contacted me back. The consultant told me that if I'd had the last one it would have cleared them all (even the nurse said that didn't make sense!!). When I expressed my doubt my daughter who was with me said she rolled her eyes. Needless to say I feel totally ripped off, missold to but even more upsetting is the fact that they care more about making money than what is best for their patients. To add insult to injury no one has still not contacted me regarding my complaint which was a month ago!!!!!!!

sales rep tells you a pack of lies and stupidly because i took what she said as true and didnt read all the terms booklet they have take my money and ive not had the surgery amd the wont refund my money £480!! i would not recomend listening to the reps they talk crap!

Hi there - we do have a cancellation policy and if you cancel close to your operation date, there is a cost implication. This is due to the surgeon and theatre time that was allocated to your op which we can't fill at such short notice. It's important that all patients thoroughly read the Patient Guide that is provided. Thanks

I feel very let down by transform I was messed around a lot had very little communication from them they messed up with my medical and I lost money during the process . I had my surgery the surgeon and the hospital were great very nice and friendly and looked after me well. I have had no communication from them since I feel this is very poor service especially after the amount of money I have spent and would not recommend transform to anyone.

Terrible service the surgeon ripped up my application in front of my daughter and I, was remarkably rude my money's going elsewhere. Awful experience

Each time I went I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time and I arrived early, when I seen the surgeon he did not listen to me at all just went on and on about a completely different procedure to what I wanted. Lots of waiting round, waste of time, I walked out in the end and will never go back! Oh the lady on the reception was nice, that's the only positive thing I can say.

I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to go to transform. They will tell you what ever you want to hear to get your money. Be wise and do your research before committing. Non of the surgeon's there are specialised, if you want the job done properly do not go to transform! Speaking from experience I had rhinoplasty with transform, not only did I look 10 times worse, I had problems with breathing. Thankfully I found a rhinoplasty specialist who fixed the boxed up job that transforms surgeon had done. Just a word of warning ; do not waist your time or money like i did. Do your research and find a surgeon specialised in the surgery you want.

I had breast augmentation surgery and was told I would be given a private room as their website also states... My surgery was rearranged last minute, and when I arrived I was told I had to share a room with another patient. That patient then needed hourly check ups and was shouting my name during the night. Overall I had no sleep and given that I had had surgery it was a shocking experience. I have complained about this and was told I could have £300 to spend on microdermabrasion... I have never wanted this treatment, however I decided to accept. Upon arrival for my treatment I was told it was a complimentary treatment for having surgery... Not the course I had been promised. The staff refused to accept that they had told me that I would have a private room even though my boyfriend was with me and had also heard this (not my imagination then!) I would not consider them for future treatments, the staff are liars and I feel really let down by the whole thing
