“I have 2 sessions left of my laser hair removal on my face and so far pleased with the results. I have saw the hair go from black thick hair that grew extremely fast and having to shave every day to lighter thinner and shave every 5 days. My skin used to be really bad with spots and ingrowing hairs and since starting my treatment I have not had one spot or ingrowing hair making me feel more confident in myself. Marie who does my treatment is excellent”

“An excellent team! I felt 100% supported, understood and cared for. Very friendly staff and environment! Transform clinics are nice, clean and well equiped. Employees are knowledgable, experienced and full of understanding for your needs. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a lovely card from the clinic manager on the first day after my operation, telling me that she's thinking of me. On the same day I received phone calls from nurse who wanted to ensure I was OK, and telling me that she was there for me 24/7. That means A LOT! Great experience! Thank you Transform for changing my life!!”

“The team at transform have been so helpful and accommodating. They don't put any pressure on at all. I went to my first consultation feeling nervous but now I'm only excited for my surgery as I know I'll be looked after. Would highly reccomend.”

“All staff, from Receptionist, Receptionist and Practioner make me feel a valued client. They are all courteous, helpful and pleasant. During the 10 years I have been receiving treatment, I have found all the Consultants have given clear advise, listened to my needs, not pressured me into any treatment and, if at times I have felt unhappy about any treatment, this has been remedied. Finally, the Practioner I see at present, Barbara, is marvellous. Barbara offers good sound advise and the treatment she has administered with me is excellent, e.g. botox and fillers, with minimal bruising. Regards, Brenda Emmett.”

“I had fillers done by Paula (Liverpool) she was amazing she made me feel at ease and done a really good job, I have recommended her to a lot of my friends and family I would not let anyone else do fillers on myself”

“I belive I was over charged but cant seem to get that over to them I paid more than was quoted I was happy with the reception staff Michelle was lovely as was the Nurse Claire the consultant & all the day surgery staff that looked after me”

“Each time I went I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time and I arrived early, when I seen the surgeon he did not listen to me at all just went on and on about a completely different procedure to what I wanted. Lots of waiting round, waste of time, I walked out in the end and will never go back! Oh the lady on the reception was nice, that's the only positive thing I can say.”

“I felt that Transform as a company did not just treat you as a customer they treat you as a human being. From the outset every single member of staff that I have interacted with has been friendly and tried to put me at ease. I would like to give particular thanks to Larna who went that "extra mile" to make sure that all of my wishes were accommodated and of course Ms Haddon. Ms Haddon was so kind and so reassuring throughout making sure I had a full consultation that was not rushed and that I was happy with that decision. The Pines Hospital is very nice and the food was like a five star hotel. One little thing that would have made a difference have a clock on the wall for when you wake up as I had to keep crawling around to find my phone. I cannot praise this company enough.”

“Felt very rushed and misinformed with my consultation from start to finish, the surgeon that I saw was very abrupt and not very informative. I did not feel confident in having major surgery after her rushed 'I don't really care' attitude towards me.”

Sorry to hear that you didn't feel confident in one of our surgeons. All of our surgeons are regularly reviewed and audited to ensure that are very skilled and experienced at what they do. If you don;t have a good rapport with the surgeon you initially see, we are always happy for patients to see an alternative surgeon.
