“Be careful! This is a fraud company that sends orders to the EU without EORI numbers. No reply to emails, no refunds. Order is returned to sender due to missing EORI number!”

“Achtung Betrug! Im Dezember 2022 habe ich für meinen Sohn eine Jacke bestellt. Da diese erst 4 Wochen später verschickt wurde, habe ich den Kauf Storniert. Mein Geld habe ich trotz Mahnung bis heute (2 Monate später) nicht zurück! In December 2022, I ordered a jacket for my son. As it was only sent four weeks later, I cancelled the purchase. Despite a reminder, I still haven't got my money back (2 months later)!”

“Diese Firma ist einfach eine Katastrophe. Habe Ware am Release Day bestellt. Mit Kreditkarte bezahlt, da Klarna in Deutschland nicht möglich ist. Mein Sohn wünschte sich die Jacke zu Weihnachten. Bis heute haben wir keine Ware erhalten, Kundenservice nicht vorhanden. Man wird mit Standart Mails ruhiggestellt. Meinem Geld (340€) renne ich bis heute hinterher. Lässt eure Kids die ganzen Bewertungen im Netz lesen, bevor sie ihr Geld verlieren wenn sie dort bestellen.”

“The worst experience. The order was very late and when I received it I was asked to pay all the taxes (VAT, customs duties) because Trapstar declared that they had not been paid. I wrote them emails, I called them, but you have no one to talk to. Communication with them is very difficult. The invoice they inserted in the package did not reflect the amount I paid when I placed the order. It was the first and last time I ordered from this site.”

“Awful placed order first week of November still not recieved items they don't reply to emails or pick up phone total scam do not use this company only recieved one email stating slight delay due to a move still nothing nearly 4 months later”

“I ordered a tracksuit for my teenage son, who used his Christmas money to pay for this item. The item has not been delivered, there has been no update, and you can not get hold of anyone by phone or email. Disgusting behaviour and no service. Will never order from this company again”

“Would not even give this a one star ordered my son a tracksuit 20th of December knew it wouldn’t be here for Christmas but still waiting seven weeks later number of emails sent all you get is order number. Your email address address date of ordered. I don’t know how many times I’ve done this still no reply absolutely disgusting. Please do not waste your time in ordering from this site.”

“Order 30th December. Nothing. Birthday been and gone. Sent many many emails. they ask for my name, order number, postcode, date of order. I tell them. They ask for it all again. And again. DO NOT order anything from this less than useless company.”

“Terrible company. Ordered tracksuit for my child’s Xmas present on 9th dec. he had absolutely nothing Else to open as overpriced tracksuit cost 180 but still havnt received order, worse still have sent piles of emails and phoned them number of time’s leaving messages with my number to call me back had absolutely no reply or communication back from them. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. How dare they treat people like this and how do they keep trading treating people like this. Who do they think they are not responding to me. I’m absolutely fuming about this now. Do not order anything from this company. You have been warned”
