“ absolute same as the rest. my son ordered a tracksuit with his own money end nov and still waiting for it. i sent a top back recorded delivery for a refund. i’ve tried emailing them, online chat and phoning but get no response. Poor customer service. ”

“ Placed my order. Updated that delivery would be delayed by more than a month, so now trying to get a refund. Only an automated reply to my first email, then silence. No responses to other chasing emails, no one answers the phone, no one responds to online chat requests. I suspect I will have to go through my bank to get my money back from these fraudsters. How they are allowed to continue trading I have no idea. ”
