Not happy with Travel Republic today. Booked a hotel in Marmaris for next July. Unfortunately I booked 6 nights instead of 5 (old person error ). Spoke to a customer advisor to change to 5 nights who told me I had to cancel the booking and rebook costing me £25 to do so!. So I am loosing a nights booking and costing me 25 quid to do it!! I don't think so ..daylight robbery

I booked a holiday including transfers with TR. on arrival at Palma airport the transfer had not been received on the shuttle bus company system and they refused to take us to our hotel. We had to get a taxi at considerable expense. This was at the beginning of September and I am still yet to receive reimbursement for this despite numerous emails chasing my complaint. I will never book with this company again as their customer care is dreadful and extremely slow.

I think it's Disgusting how Travel Republic have gone about Mr D Budd's party . With regards to the Holiday to Marmaris. We was supposed to fly back with B.A . on the day they went on strike. T/R did NOT get send us an E-Mail for over 6 day's . And that was with a prompt from an family member. Back home . Ended up coming home 4 day's early. And having to pay for case's again at €60.each. which we had already payed for. And now T/R . DON'T WANT TO KNOW . Anything about refund..

Over booked hotel. Travel Republic take no responsibility for overbooked hotels saying it's the booking agent, they won't give you their contact details because of data protection, twaddle. Then it turns out that You travel is a part of the same company.

Bloody disgraceful! Should be reported for Disability discrimination. Have never been SO humiliated in my life. Having briefed this shower four months ago on my husbands inoperable brain tumour. They have booked us a first floor room in a hotel where the lifts don’t work, access to the pool is either up a 1:3 slope or down two flights of steps. Have been trapped in reception for half of the day as we cannot go anywhere else ( not even to the room we have paid for) and their excuse “ sorry: the hotel is fully booked!!!”. Charlatans: downright criminal....

Took over £3k for a holiday that they didn't even have the right to sell. Blamed the subsequent hassle and cost to me on a 3rd party tour operator and took no responsibility. Then rubbed salt in the wounds by not actually processing a refund when they said they had done and forced me to use credit card chargeback to force them to take action.

Attempted to book for a large group, from the first quote the prices increased twice with no explanation - surely a quote should stay the same for 24 hours!!!! they have just lost out on £13000 worth of business. will never attempt to book with them again.

A terrible company to deal with if you have any problems in arriving at hotel. We arrived at hotel and the room was disgusting leftover food on floors random black stains and bleach stained carpet, rusty bath and I mean thick rust list goes on it’s was filthy! It was a Friday and 5pm in US so rung the emergency out of hours number and spoke to a woman with very broken English who told us there was nothing she could do we had to stay in the room or sleep in reception, I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager but was informed ‘There are no managers here at all” she promised a manager would call us back at 9am I asked her if she meant 9am U.K. USA or India to which she refused to give a reply. As you can guess nobody called us back we had to ring them 4 times to be told we will ring you back so in the end we checked out (on there advice) sat 4 hours waiting for a call .... nobody called so called again and advised them we wanted moving to another hotel and gave the name of a hotel (same 4*) they promised to contact the hotel in advance etc. Of course the other hotel wasn’t contacted and we had to pay another £1500 for accommodation. We called again to be fobbed off with the usual story. They actually call us on the Thursday (that’s 6 days) later to offer us a full refund, I am currently going through complaints process with them as my husbands mobile bill has arrived with £195 of charges for calling Travel Republic plus we had to spend £400 on taxis as the other hotel didn’t offer transfers So don’t book with Travel Republic unless you have deep pockets!

We were charged an extra 480 for our flights. We could have got our flights through Ryanair for 600 on Friday night but had booked through travel republic just before that for 693 euro. However the following morning we got an e mail from travel republic looking for an extra 400 and by the time we got through we were charged another 80 euro so our flights have nearly doubled in price. Thanks travel republic, great service, we won’t be booking anything with ye ever again.k

Stay away as you don't get what you pay for! Incredibly dispapointed by the way my booking has been handled. I booked a hotel for three nights with half board included. Half board means breakfast and dinner. What I found out afterwards from the hotel itself when confirming my booking was that the booking only included lunch. This was not written anywhere. I would never have made the booking if it only included lunch as we will be out all day. Now Travel Republic say they cant do anything other than try to ask for it to be changed as they use another party for the hotel room which has nothing to do with the actual hotel. Basically when booking with Travel Republic now there are so many parties betwen yourself and the hotel it is impossible to sepak to someone who can actually fix it, not just say they will speak to another company. It is disgraceful and starting to look like outright fraud. Stay away if you want a smooth experience for your trip.

Booked a hotel with this company have tried cancelling my accommodation a number of times, using their manage my booking function online a number of weeks before departure only to get redirected to another webpage advising that this function isn't currently not working. I have tried calling them a number of times to cancel only to be left on hold for 30 mins at a time. The most annoying thing I went onto to try and cancel my booking again for the final time this evening before the chance of a refund disappears, only for the cancel function now to work and advise me I can only now get refunded £3.95 from a £265.00 booking. To say it's a joke would be an understatement.

AVOID! I booked a hotel for 14nights and wanted to change it to 13nights. Travel Republic said that there will be an increase of £664 to amend the dates!!

Terrible service. Firstly only Ryanair flights available early morning, but then get told that they have changed both flights by ten hours. So had to pay extra to change to Easyjet which were now available for the early flights. Then arrived at airport to stand around for almost 2 hours with a 4 year old, as they hadn't booked our private taxi for the correct time. After the wait around we had to share with 2 others and drop them off first. We paid £100 for this service and after 2 months waiting for a response they offered 25 pound. Will never book with them again. Totally inefficient

Spent 2 hours on hold and still spoke to nobody about my issue. Tried the customer service messages but after a week it's clear the staff responding don't have a firm grasp of english. They have overcharged me by £220 by adding an extra option of self catering over room only when all rooms are self catering. I am going to cancel my booking and will pay more to go with someone else just for the peace of mind.

Quite dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. Booked accomodation and car transfer (Antalya).Traveled on 27th of June 2018. More details to follow. This post will be edited at later stages and I will explain in detail what is wrong with this company . This review will help many people because I will go and explain everything in a quite granular level.

Terrible company. Will never use this again. So many issues from the minute we got off our flight. Transfers were a joke, sort your s**t out and manage it better. It’s not hard!
