“We booked our flight tickets via Travelup six months in advanced only to be notified two month prior to travel that they will have to make flight changes otherwise we have to cancel tickets with no refund.
Travelup agents who say they operate from uk have all staff speaking in foreign accent have told us on two separate occasions to either take the change that they are offering or loose the ticket with no refund, and blame the airline companies for making such changes.”
“Paypal wrongly took a payment (due to a screen hanging) and had passed it through to Travel Up. Victor in accounts was truly helpful and understanding and swiftly issued a refund without any hassles. i am grateful to him and the company for understanding and will definitely be using them for my fleight booking in the future, thank you.”

“I would give 0 stars if this was an option. The worst travel company I dealt. Had to cancel a hotel. Even though it stated "Free Cancellation" until a certain date, they still charge a admin fee of $20 per person. Rip off. I will never use this company again. Beware.”

“Having booked a long haul flight DIRECT to japan and paid in full (£1251). This company then sent me my conformation and tickets for a 1-STOP flight via MOSCOW. Very bad customer service has been received by them and no help at all, deceitful staff, not returning call's and NO REFUND given. Had to get Barclaycard involved too issue proceeding against them, lucky for me I used my visa/credit card and was protected. Will never use this company ever again and don't recommend anyone else to use them either. I have never had this problem in booking & traveling over the last 20yrs until now.”

“Booked a flight with a specific airline and paid more to do so. When booking was confirmed it was on a codeshare airline not the specific one we wanted and the agent knew how important it was to us. Then NUMEROUS schedule changes only communicated by the airline not Travelup and then the latest change has been communicated finally by TravelUp after we have known about it for a couple of weeks. Sorry Liam Johnson it’s not a positive review from us, you didn’t even respond to the concerns in my email!!”
“TravelUp sent me a revised flight schedule which resulted in a potential wait in Dubai of 31 hours. Upon contacting them I was given a new schedule by Liam Johnson resulting in an improvement to just 2 hours. Many thanks”
