“We too booked with Travel Up and they just stopped responding. Not sure how to get the refund. web site as well no information and they number not get through.”
“AirChina flights booked with Travelup. AirChina issued guidance following coronavirus outbreak that we could apply for a full refund (no penalties etc.) but that this had to be done by the travel agent. Travelup confirmed they had applied for the refund and it would take 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks later and still no refund received! Now they are not responding to any communication from me! I realise this is a stressful time for everyone but absolutely shocking customer service from Travelup. Will never book with them again.”

“Booked with them and despite this pandemic they have not resolved our claim issue.
My sister in law booked and they have come back saying they will give us some of the money back. A partial refund.
They refuse to refund us the full amount and are blaming qatar airways. However someone else who booked the exact same flight as us got a full refund. This was despite the flight being non refundable as the pandemic is not a usual situation. The service has been poor and so far no closer to getting our money back.
When things go back to normal do not use this company.”

Please, Please, please do not give this company your money - they are thieves. if it looks cheap it means they'll come back to you and ask for more money or you'll have to cancel and they keep your money anyway. be warned.
Oh and a note to their staff who are probably looking for jobs right now - good luck finding new employment once potential employers sees the shambles you willing took part in!!! You could have done something to help all the people who needed their money back - like me when my flights were cancelled and you gave me NOTHING even though I know you got it back - every penny counts and you stole it and will continue to steal it from other people who put their trust in you.

“Our flight to Saudi Arabia is cancelled but we are yet to receive any refund from Travelup. Saudi airlines are issuing refunds to those who purchased directly from them and asked me to ask Travelup to contact them as they can process refunds straight away. It has been 4 weeks and no response from Travelup.
Worst and disgusting thing is that they are still sending marketing emails to book holidays with them for Summer. Won;t be using them again and urge others to boycott as well”
