Wish I never traded here, they locked me out of my account and wouldn't let me withdraw the $200k I invested. It was really hard, I couldn't maintain my mortgage and had to sell my house. But with help from a Professional, I was able to get back my money. Reach out for help, if you're facing the same issues with them and need your money out. robertslee618 @ gmail.com... Cwrt Bleddyn Usk We have stayed at the above hotel for over 20 years. Unfortunately the hotel has really gone down. The bedroom(1) was tired not exceptionally clean. Worn moth eaten carpet. The bed was clean and comfortable. We expressed that we were disabled a d required a room near to the bar and restaurant. When we arrived we were given a room I'm a building a distance away from the main building but my husband declined and explained that we had explained when booking that we needed to be in the main part of the hotel. This hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds. We have given it a few chances but seen no improvement. The staff are very helpful especially in the bar. Their price is too high for what they are giving.

Trivago didn't make me happy, but something mentioned on Trivago did. Saints and Scolars in Disbury, precariously close to Manchester City, has 3 brilliant things. First the boss Brian, who is nowhere near as grumpy as my dinner partner made out. He is superb. Second, his supporting staff are off the planet good. And, third, his steaks are to die for. Here is a restauranteur who knows how to buy meat. Plus a lovely ambience. Great expeerience.

I caught my wife cheating on me with my friend. This literally broke my heart when I found out by hire REMOTESPYTECH via gmail. com to remotely gain access to my wife’s phone so I could see her text messages and WhatsApp messages too. One fateful morning while my wife was getting ready for work, a text came in on her phone and I saw “hey babe, can’t wait to see you on friday 💕”.she had my friend’s name saved as another name. Unfortunately, she wasn’t there atm but her phone was locked and I didn’t have access to her phone. This made me really suspicious because she had told me earlier in the week she was going on a business trip so I knew immediately she was cheating on me 💔. I remember going online immediately to search how to spy on a cheating spouse phone and I somehow landed on a forum where they recommended REMOTESPYTECH via gmail. com as a private investigator and how he can remotely access device. In summary, I contacted stealth and told him about my situation. Gave him some details about my wife and that was all he needed to gain remote access for me. After 2days, he gave me access to her WhatsApp message and Message/text messages as well. I read all their conversations and how they have even been mocking me in their chat. I printed all their chats for evidence. Email: REMOTESPYTECH (@) GMAILCOM Text: +17738328549

We booked a room at the Super 8 in Slidell, LA. When we went to check in, we were informed that there was no heat in the room. We were offered a space heater, but we didn’t feel comfortable having a space heater running throughout the night for safety reasons. (Fire). The room was very dirty, there was a leak under the bathroom sink with a bucket underneath. When we asked the front desk for a different room with actual heat, we were told “this was the room you booked. I can charge you more and give you a different room”. As if we saw on the website that we were booking a room with no heat!!!! I hope we at least have a hot shower before we get back on the road. I would not use Trivago again as booking through this 3rd party gave us no option when there were problems. And I definitely would never recommend this Super 8 to anyone. I told the front desk clerk I would be happy to leave a review and hope word gets out to not book this property!!

I booked 3 rooms last year for family and friends ti attend a special event. Despite receiving confirmation and booking refs , one on the rooms was cancelled days before sending the whole gathering into stress and disarray. Weekend ruined family unable to be together a mess. Would never use again nor would our very wide circle of friends and family.

For a funeral I had to go to Curaçao for 4 days. I booked a hotel accommodation through Trivago at Otel.com. Price was right and I had booked the room and paid via credit card. When I arrived there, I was informed that the travel company had failed to pay the invoice. Hotel Livinstone in Curaçao has neatly contacted Trivago / Otel.com to arrange things (good hotel by the way). On the day that I had to leave I was told that I was not allowed to, because the bill was still not paid. Called several times with Otel.com (from Curacao to Turkey) with my mobile phone. After being kept on hold endlessly I was promised that they had now arranged everything with the hotel, I hung up. Hotel did not receive any payments. I forced pay the bill again myself. On December 22 I sent an email to both Trivago and Otel.com. Trivago has not responded so far, I had to contact Otel.com. To Otel.com I had send proof of payment for bill. Heard nothing more. Fortunately I had the means to pay twice. What if bill had been a few thousand euros? The service is far below standard. I understand there are holidays, but I have never experienced this.

FULL OF BULL****. Contrary to the TV Ad , You CANNOT choose even 50% of what you can on the likes of EXPEDIA. Expedia TELL THE TRUTH and they tell EVERYTHING . Unlike Trivago who CLAIM you can choose hotel location ie with sea view, balcony, beach etc. FALSE ADVERTISING !!! BOOK WITH EXPEDIA !!!

Avoid Trivago. They allow scam operators on their website and provide no assistance.

I booked a hotel through Trivago two months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, the site that Trivago sent me to was fraudulent. They had taken my money but there was no hotel. My 70 year old mother and I had to sleep in the car as there were no rooms in the hotel and no other hotels in the vicinity. I have emailed Trivago who have passed the buck and I am still £93.00 out of pocket. They have not been helpful at all, you can't speak to anyone direct and the contact is sporadic through email to say the least. I know that Trivago is a comparison site but they have a duty of care to customers that use it and I find their customer service a disgrace. If I bought a top from Debenhams by a designer and that top was faulty. I would not go to the designer, I would go back to Debenhams. Trivago have a duty of care and they have not given that to us. PLEASE do not use them.

Booked and paid for a hotel in Liverpool only to be told the room was not available 24 hours later. Spoke to Trivago and was advised to book again with Trivago ... guess what! Booked and canceled again so now I had 2 sets of payments with Trivago. Trivago advised me to book again, i did not dare give them even more money. One of the worst experiences with a company.

I tried to book a room, online, for a treat for my partner who is attending a concert. The online system failed to complete properly, so I had to telephone the company. They clearly had all my data and details of the booking I had attempted to make, yet insisted on spending 10 minutes asking stupid questions, including who & why I was trying to book a room for - not that it's any of their business. Having given them all the answers they required, I was informed the booking was not confirmed until the 'supplier' (hotel) confirmed it to me. What's the point of using trivago if you have to wait for the hotel? A short time later I received an email indicating I had to telephone again to answer more questions. I'd already been on the system & the phone for half an hour over a £120 booking, so I wasn't impressed. It took 3 calls before I got through & had to wait for some jerk in 'security', who proceeded to give me a load more bull. I'm afraid I can't be bothered with these jumped-up idiots, I had given them every detail I could or would & the operative was being all high & mighty so I told him to cancel the whole thing. I wouldn't recommend using these jokers unless you have half a day to waste trying to spend £120.
