“Knowledgeable staff and very good selection of professionally well -made products. The ordering process needs some help. Clunky at times online. materials to be used should be described. The banners I ordered and side wall product came the right size and sturdy. I would use black velcro (an option) to hide them if not used with white tent poles. The color on the photo art was not what was printed. Still looked ok. The color of the print on the vinyl banners was not a good match. Use PMS system to get this right? The proofs can only be seen on a screen and printed on paper from the file sent. not accurate.”

“Printing was perfect. Turn-around time was perfect. Proof approval was easy. Shipping was on-time and inexpensive (given rates for other companies). I'm only sorry we have such an infrequent need for this type of product. I will definitely recommend TRTBanners.”

“An excellent experience! I found TRT Banners online, and was excited to find a company in the Cleveland area that provided an option for pickup. Their customer service was very helpful in ensuring that the artwork I submitted was good enough quality to print. They also added extra grommets at no charge, exactly where I needed them to be. The banner was finished promptly and looks great! The only issue we had is that when we went to pick up the banner at the address listed on the website (14300 Industrial Ave., Maple Hts. OH, 44137), it was their warehouse, and they had to redirect us to their nearby showroom to pick up the banner. So for pick-up orders, be sure to ask for the showroom address!”

The actual product is high-quality and my client is very pleased. . .the banners help him stand out from the crowd in trade shows. “I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have used TRT Banners several times now, and couldn't be more pleased. Their customer support is beyond amazing. I get almost immediate responses to my questions, and they have answers. I keep using this amazing company because they make my life easier, they have a quick turnaround, and their printing and products are spot on. My client's always give me rave reviews when they receive their trade show products. TRT is my go-to company. Thanks so much for being part of the 2C team!”

“I have used this company a couple of times now and if you need a banner FAST this is the place for you! I'm giving 4 stars because I wasn't notified my logo would print blurry on the last banner which is a disappointment. It's not so bad I can't use it. But it's not amazing either :(”

“The team at TRTBanners was great when it came to helping make sure we received our replacement banner in time for our event. However, we wish we had understood the effort that would need to be put into switching out the banners. Probably should have just ordered a new stand and banner as we will be using the original banner again! SUGGESTION: If you included properly sized strips of the double-sided tape necessary for the replacement process, that would be a huge help!”
