Awful company will never buy again wish I had read these reviews first - seems it’s their tactic to entice buyers with discounted products that don’t exist only to cancel your order and not tell you!!! Obtaining money by deception!! I will he reporting you to trading standards you should not be allowed to trade this way. Seems I am not the only one.

Went to the north GA outlet. My husband and I were, for our entire visit, the ONLY people in the store. This occurred on 10/24 at 1230 pm. There were 2 clerks behind the counter who couldn't have made it cleared that we had interrupted their conversation and were clearly a burden to have come into the shop. They were rude and I could mention the customer service except, in this case, it didn't exist. On another note, I did find it a tad unprofessional that one of the clerks had on Tommy Hilfiger apparel. I suppose if you (as a company) don't care about your customers receiving any kind of (or in this case, none at all) service, I really shouldn't be surprised. I plan to never shop in any of your stores again and will make it a point to let all if my friends and acquaintances know to do the same.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service. Talked to someone on the live chat website and asked about my order since it never shipped and they said they were out of stock and getting a new shipment in soon. Then a few days later I got an email saying my order was cancelled due to it being out of stock !! Never order online from here.

Worse online site ever. Have had many items and orders cancelled due to poor stock management. They so call have it in stock but cancel your order days later and hold your money for 5 days. No wonder they went out of business not long ago. Don’t buy from their online site, trust me. Waste of time for overpriced items not even made in USA no more.

Do NOT trust True Religion, ironic the name of the company. My first order one thing was out of stock, next I get a sm sweatshirt and lg tank top instead of medium. 2nd order my two things are canceled. 3rd order canceled, same as the rest because they ran out of stock. Can't return at the store only exchange. I'm really scared to return the items I have. My jeans say delivered but haven't been. I will never order again, was just excited seeing jeans for a decent price instead of hundreds but now I'm at a loss and I'm poor anyways. How hard is it to make the website so it stops selling an item you run out of? Do it when you still have a hundred left to be safe. I was offered nothing for all these mistakes.

The staff at the true religion stores in San Ysidro treated my children like they didn't belong in the store. I emailed true religion customer service and they never responded. Overall horrible experiences with true religion.

Ordered an item in august in the sale. Waited over a month. No communication, no item received. When I contacted them they basically had no excuse for the delay, tried to say they didn’t receive the order, were out of stock and without any apology just refunded me a month and a half later! Outrageous....Will never order anything from them again. Either crooks or badly managed. DO NOT purchase from online as they advertise items they don’t have and will keep your money for months!

I am big fan of true religion i spend alot of money on the "designer brand" with the worst customer service and the worst webpage even i used. Recently i made up 3 orders all of them were on discount and i end up with order refund i had to wait more then 10 days now 5 days more to get my money back. Basiclly 15days they just keep my money i cant be more disappointed than this.

This is my 2nd order from the website. Unbelievable how long it takes to receive online orders. 1st incident ruined my son's bday gift. I was done but he insisted on another purchase that was ordered on Aug 21st, still waiting for the shipment with the same order status. Get it together!!!

Bunch of rude & sick retards in customers service. I still haven’t gotten a refund, it’s over a month. I send out tons of email , it takes them days to reply😡. After a while you get ignored!!! First of, they said 3-5business days, ad then 10 business days. Wtf!!! I called customer service, they reluctantly said by sept 5th I should get a refund. It’s sept 6 guys, still nothing. Guess what, I get bunch of emails from them about stupid discounts deals. That tells me they care less about you and I.

Its taking over a month now to get my refund back after my order was back ordered & unavailable. First of, I got an email saying 3-5 business days, and then another, saying 10 business . I have still not gotten my refund. I send out couple of emails, but only two replies from them. & they just ignored the rest. What’s annoying is I keep receiving other random email from then concerning discount on clothes & stuff. That tells me they are bunch of idiots that care less about you & I

The customer service at store #865 in Monroe,Oh. was terrible. Not helpful,and not customer friendly at all. My first experience at True Religion was not one I want to remember!

my order was canceled and I tried many times again when product was stocked again and like I said my orders canceled for no reason , whatsoever , true religions is overrated , rock revivals all the way😈😈😈🔥🔥🔥

I order stuff for the holiday weekend. Paid over night shipping of $30. Just to see on UPS showing I will receive my stuff on the 3rd of September. I contacted customer service. Just to hear the can’t do anything about it. SMFH... not good at all. Wish if I could had given them no star.

I bought or tried to buy a pair of these shitty over price jeans online, they charged my credit 7 days passed then they emailed me and said the order had been canceled. After I had already contacted their customer service to ask what was the delay and they said the warehouse is getting it it's on it's way. There's a lot of other nice jeans I can buy a much cheaper.

Ordered and paid for a pair of shorts at the Columbia MD store. After a week, I contacted customer service only to be told my order had been cancelled. I asked why wasn’t I contacted I was told we technically have until tomorrow to contact you. I inquired about my refund and was told I had 2 options... 1- go back to tge store to have them credit my credit card, 2-they could send me a check that would take 4-6 weeks. I was appalled, I said why can’t you credit my credit card, I was told the only way was to go back to the store, I said so you want me, the customer, to drive back to the store to get my money after you canceled my order, she said yes. I asked to speak to a manager who told me the same thing. This was my very 1st purchase with tru religion and proved to be a nightmare. As a customer Ive never been inconvenienced by having to return to the store to get my money for a item I did not cancel. I expected to be compensated for my additional time to go all the way back by being given a discount at least.... NOT nothing! Then I get to the store to be told we don’t do that customer service does that... now I’m hot! The not so professional young lady proceeds to call someone while ignoring me explaining what happened, I finally stopped talking to myself because clearly she wasn’t listening. She then goes to the back for a few minutes without explanation and comes back with ok my district manager said I can do it. She does the refund and as I’m waiting another employee (male) turns the music back on, then I hear very explicit lyrics, I said what are you listening to, they both say why what’s wrong, I say you didn’t hear that, she says I’m sorry I had a different station playing I don’t know why they are playing this and proceeded to turn it off. I said that is not professional to play in a store especially given children could be shopping with their parents. She apologizes, i get my receipt and leave. Moral of the story, it starts at the top and customer service... no one knows what they’re doing!

Ordered 5 items from their website, one week later no goods had arrived, they cancelled my order and refunded my money ....I received my money back via paypal thank god = one star....order at your own risk from these cowboys

I wish I could give them less than a star! I placed an order for some items for my son who leaves for college on the 22nd. Never received order confirmation via email, checked the website and status is "not shipped" called to see if it has even processed. The customer service rep sd, "there was a problem with our system when you placed your order, I will do it manually," Checked the website today, and status is still "not shipped." OTP with customer service now and the rep says, "there was a problem with our system hen you ordered, I'll do it manually." Really? I told her thats what the last person told me. I want a supervisor. Not surprising the one and only supervisor for the entire call center is on the phone with someone else. The rep did give me the option of cancelling my order, as if I wasnt aware!
