Bunch of rude & sick retards in customers service. I still haven’t gotten a refund, it’s over a month. I send out tons of email , it takes them days to reply😡. After a while you get ignored!!! First of, they said 3-5business days, ad then 10 business days. Wtf!!! I called customer service, they reluctantly said by sept 5th I should get a refund. It’s sept 6 guys, still nothing. Guess what, I get bunch of emails from them about stupid discounts deals. That tells me they care less about you and I.

Its taking over a month now to get my refund back after my order was back ordered & unavailable. First of, I got an email saying 3-5 business days, and then another, saying 10 business . I have still not gotten my refund. I send out couple of emails, but only two replies from them. & they just ignored the rest. What’s annoying is I keep receiving other random email from then concerning discount on clothes & stuff. That tells me they are bunch of idiots that care less about you & I

The customer service at store #865 in Monroe,Oh. was terrible. Not helpful,and not customer friendly at all. My first experience at True Religion was not one I want to remember!

my order was canceled and I tried many times again when product was stocked again and like I said my orders canceled for no reason , whatsoever , true religions is overrated , rock revivals all the way😈😈😈🔥🔥🔥

I order stuff for the holiday weekend. Paid over night shipping of $30. Just to see on UPS showing I will receive my stuff on the 3rd of September. I contacted customer service. Just to hear the can’t do anything about it. SMFH... not good at all. Wish if I could had given them no star.

I bought or tried to buy a pair of these shitty over price jeans online, they charged my credit 7 days passed then they emailed me and said the order had been canceled. After I had already contacted their customer service to ask what was the delay and they said the warehouse is getting it it's on it's way. There's a lot of other nice jeans I can buy a much cheaper.

Ordered and paid for a pair of shorts at the Columbia MD store. After a week, I contacted customer service only to be told my order had been cancelled. I asked why wasn’t I contacted I was told we technically have until tomorrow to contact you. I inquired about my refund and was told I had 2 options... 1- go back to tge store to have them credit my credit card, 2-they could send me a check that would take 4-6 weeks. I was appalled, I said why can’t you credit my credit card, I was told the only way was to go back to the store, I said so you want me, the customer, to drive back to the store to get my money after you canceled my order, she said yes. I asked to speak to a manager who told me the same thing. This was my very 1st purchase with tru religion and proved to be a nightmare. As a customer Ive never been inconvenienced by having to return to the store to get my money for a item I did not cancel. I expected to be compensated for my additional time to go all the way back by being given a discount at least.... NOT nothing! Then I get to the store to be told we don’t do that customer service does that... now I’m hot! The not so professional young lady proceeds to call someone while ignoring me explaining what happened, I finally stopped talking to myself because clearly she wasn’t listening. She then goes to the back for a few minutes without explanation and comes back with ok my district manager said I can do it. She does the refund and as I’m waiting another employee (male) turns the music back on, then I hear very explicit lyrics, I said what are you listening to, they both say why what’s wrong, I say you didn’t hear that, she says I’m sorry I had a different station playing I don’t know why they are playing this and proceeded to turn it off. I said that is not professional to play in a store especially given children could be shopping with their parents. She apologizes, i get my receipt and leave. Moral of the story, it starts at the top and customer service... no one knows what they’re doing!

Ordered 5 items from their website, one week later no goods had arrived, they cancelled my order and refunded my money ....I received my money back via paypal thank god = one star....order at your own risk from these cowboys

I wish I could give them less than a star! I placed an order for some items for my son who leaves for college on the 22nd. Never received order confirmation via email, checked the website and status is "not shipped" called to see if it has even processed. The customer service rep sd, "there was a problem with our system when you placed your order, I will do it manually," Checked the website today, and status is still "not shipped." OTP with customer service now and the rep says, "there was a problem with our system hen you ordered, I'll do it manually." Really? I told her thats what the last person told me. I want a supervisor. Not surprising the one and only supervisor for the entire call center is on the phone with someone else. The rep did give me the option of cancelling my order, as if I wasnt aware!

TR has a great product but a poor business model when it comes to online ordering esp when there is low stock. I’ve ordered the same pair of jeans in my size a total of 4 times each time was told that they were in stock but I NEVER got them. AND you cannot place orders by phone even though the automation says to press 1 to place an order. I was given a refund but TR needs to fix the problem with online ordering or sell the company to Amazon who can better manage online stores.

Purchased something from website, was waiting for item to ship then got another Email saying it was cancelled with no reason to why. So I emailed asking why it was cancelled and never received an answer.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I ORDERED A HAT AND PAID THROUGH PAYPAL AND 2 DAYS LATER I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING NOTICE SO I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY ORDER. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CHARGING BACK MY MONEY ON PAYPAL! EVERYONE STAY AWAY

Ordered 3 pairs of pants only for ALL three of my orders to be cancelled over a week later by True Religion due to being “out of stock”. Is there no inventory count or what? I understand one or even too but after the third pair of pants was canceled I was over it. I did get refunded after contacting customer service but I will never order or purchasing from them again. Waste of time.

Simply the worst organisation to have any dealings with. There customer focus is so poor, I returned item and have heard nothing and it has been two weeks. I called their customer care number, worst than useless.....I will never order again, and I do not expect to get my money back...

I like TR clothes but their shipping is in need of overhaul! To get an item in 7-10 business days is about $8. However, two day shipping is $20 and overnight is even more. I ordered three items for two day shipping because I wanted to make sure that I had them for a trip I’m going on but I only received one out of the three of my items in that time frame. The cost of shipping is ridiculous especially when it takes so long to receive your items. It wouldn’t be an issue if I could go to a store but the closest stores to me are all 2 or more hours away. In this day and age where most online retailers can get your order shipped to you in 3-5 days at about $6 this makes me not want to shop with them and only buy products when I just so happen to be in a place that has a store!

Beware of shipping they are very bogus with this pay $20 for 2 days well I'm here to tell you I ordered stuff late Friday night got confirmation that my stuff shipped on Saturday evening which was July 6th clicked on to the UPS shipping tracking number said my packages would be here Tuesday, well Tuesday went to Wednesday and now Wednesday has went to Thursday I've spoken to UPS. UPS said the True Religion lied about the shipping True Religion did not deny it but no one is returning my shipping money I paid $40 for two different orders for two-day shipping because I was leaving town. I don't like package is being delivered when I'm not home. I am so disappointed right about now this is one of the reasons why I really don't shop online. And I believe it will be my last time shopping with True Religion because if they did lie about my packages being shipped that's totally unprofessional!
