“My order was placed 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive it. I let was shipped with the websites (truereligion.com) premium shipping option and was to be received within the week of ordering. Contacted customer service several times and the basic response is that the delay is due to the holidays. Why was there an option for expedited shipping then? Needless to say that it wasn't received prior to Christmas as noted and still hasn't been received. I will never purchase from True Religion again.”

“I had ordered 2 Items on the 14th Dec, today the 27th, and Order status keeps showing, SHIPPING STATUS: Not Shipped contact many times, CS, and these People are Totaly Useless!!! they don't know what is going on, I had a bad feeling, seeing this, as Never had issues before this is the first time, the company, is in a very BAD SHAPE I discovered, so all this reflects the delivery disaster !!! and THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE !! NEVER ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE AGAIN !”

“I returned two items totalling £119 on 9th December and according to Royal Mail's Tracking service they were delivered to True Religion on 11th December. As at the date of writing (27th December) I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!! I have emailed True Religion's customer services depart three times and yet to have a response! I would not recommend this company EVER! This is appalling service.”

“Ordering online is a mess the website says if you order before the 16th of December it will be here by Christmas. I ordered on the 12th and it’s Christmas Eve and it still has not shipped. So now I have no present. And the customer service is horrible. I will never order from there again.”

“Worst company online Don't order from there Lucky to get item ( never ) Lucky to get refund ( weeks later Help to take money with no information on if items are in stock or not , customer service is pointless they have no information on your order Hate them !!!! Never again !!!!”

“NEVER order from here. I placed an order on Black Friday and I never received shipping confirmation until about 10 days later when it said “shipping label created” with that I assumed due to lots of ordered it would be delayed by a little but it’s been WEEKS. Its Dec 21st and still no update. I contacted customer service and they said they can’t do anything about it because it’s been created so I have to wait to see what the warehouse decides to do??? I can’t even get a refund because the label has been created and it’s out of their control. Ridiculous.”

“If I can put zero stars, I will. Shipping is HORRIBLE!!!!! Have been waiting on all my items to ship, they split the order & it’s still not here. & most of the items is not even close to being here. Shipping is horrible, I will completely avoid, I might as well took the hour drive to the nearest True Religion store near me. Someone needs to get fired, Random email saying the item I ordered “is not available”, after waiting on it for almost a week to just SHIP. This is horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. True religion is “designer” but their shipping sure isn’t.”

“The worst shopping experience. They separated my order into two packages. One has been delivered, but the other has not. The tracking number showed error information. When I contacted them, they told me the package was returned because error address information. It was so strange since the address was totally the same. I asked for redelivery, but they told me the jeans had been sold. How could they resold a product without contacting me or issuing my refund? If I had not contacted them, they would have made double income for one product. Do not shop on TR website.”

“Absolutely shocking customer service probably the worst I've ever experienced! I don't usually leave negative reviews but on this occasion felt I had to. Seven days since placing my order and still not shipped but no communication stating there's going to be a delay. I appreciate it's a busy time but communication is key. They won't let me cancel until ten working days have passed. Truly terrible customer service. My advice would be DO NOT ORDER.”

“Terrible customer service! I placed a order for (2) pair of pants that were both listed as available and in stock. I even paid the extra $20.00 for premium 2-day shipping and the pants did not arrive. I contacted customer service and was told the pants were no longer in stock and I had to wait until more was available in the warehouse and then shipped to the store and then shipped to me (which made no sense). No time frame was ever provided or a tracking number. If the items were no longer available, it should have said that on the website and I could have easily selected something else. I will never buy from them again!!”

“THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND CS EVER. I SENT MY ITEMS BACK. THEY ARE AT THEIR WAREHOUSE AND ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS. STILL HAVENT FOR MY MONEY. I HATE TRUE RELIGION.”

“This company is a joke. Ordered items on 27th November, called 4 times both via phone and online chat. Promised order would be escalated and I'd be advised of delivery. Absolutely nothing back at all. Discounted items never in stock, it's a conn and I will never give them my time again .”

“I ordered #4 items on Dec-4 And until this day no tracking has been provided. To my surprise I called today to be informed that it was delivered. I find this very hard to believe since I’m home do to a Spinal surgery and I have cameras on my property.I was hopping I could surprise my wife for Christmas and all they told me is to wait for a 7 day investigation🤷🏽‍♂️ Mind you Christmas is around the corner. I asked to speak w/a supervisor and no one is available to my surprise. This is sad I’m currently not working w/out pay and this store just Ruined my family’s Christmas. I will take my business elsewhere. Very very disappointed..”

“My service is the WORST . I payed for two tees and only received one . I called them and all they did was told me to wait . THIS IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE I WANT TO GET WHAT I PAYED FOR . Now everytime I call they always tell me the same thing . Their not trustable at all”

“Ordered a item that was clearly available online. True Religion cancelled the order due to “low inventory” and I have yet to receive my refund. I have TRIED many attempts to get in touch with True Religion with no success. DO NOT SUPPORT this rip off of a company. The quality sucks for the price they charge anyways.”

“I wish I could score them a negative. Ordered an item online that was clearly available. A week later received an email item. Not in stock. This was October 25th it is now december 10th and I have yet to receive a refund!!! They store should be shut down!!! Awful awful company and clothes are not that good of an quality at all!”
