“I used Trulox for our condo association's front door when the lock started to fail randomly. They came out the same day I called and gave a reasonable time window. They called and offered to come earlier. The technician was also polite and friendly. I am satisfied with the service rendered.”

“Bought a new place, and the seller didn't leave any keys, only a code for the keypad. I contacted Trulox, and they sent Brooks. The technician was on time and extremely helpful. I replaced all my locks front and back, including deadbolts, and rekeyed them to a single key. I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend Trulox to anyone.”

“We just received excellent service from Trulox. First, our technician, Brooks, came early to the appointment after calling to see if that was fine. When he told me, he was going to do an estimate, and I said I thought it was a service call, he proceeded professionally. He quickly looked over the work, did the estimate, and said he could do the work right away. He was polite and knowledgeable and worked non-stop despite the cold. Excellent service.”

“I contacted Trulox stating my issue, and Johnny came to replace four locks over the weekend after I moved into my new place. The guy was so friendly, explained everything he did and was a total pro. “I had security issues, and I needed a lock as soon as I could get one. I ended up calling a few places, but Trulox stood out because they were sympathetic to my situation. “Just finished an appointment with Trulox - I can't say I've had a better experience with a home-related service. Instead of upselling, hidden charges, or anything shady at all, Ariel, the technician, instead walked through our property, confirmed the quote as provided over the phone, diligently completed all 8 of the required rekeys, and carefully explained any implications of the new set up. Incredibly professional, I would highly recommend it.”

Not only did Johnny, the technician, arrive EXACTLY on time and fix our lock super quick, he actually helped fix our front door deadbolt that was a pain to open and close! “I reached out for a quote, and they responded right away. USPS' master key would not work for our condo building, and we need to get someone out ASAP. I had to adjust the appointment several times, which was very accommodating. Ariel came out, took the time to find the problem in the mess of wiring we had, and fixed it! The total cost was very affordable.”
