“Ariel was an awesome technician from Trulox - He arrived on time; Came on the scheduled date; Installed the deadbolt quickly and efficiently - with no mess! Cleaned up; and As a customer not familiar with the procedure, he answered all questions with patience and also showed us how to use the equipment and how to translate the instructions booklet.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have had terrible experiences with a past locksmith, but after our experience with Trulox, our minds have been changed. Brooks came out quickly and was great at communicating updates. Price was fair, and work was done well and fast. We will keep his card on our fridge, just in case. THANK YOU”

“I had an unusual problem - the deadbolt wouldn't lock. I called them, and Brooks showed up within 45 minutes, I thought I would need a whole new lock system, but he diagnosed the problem as much simpler - the deadbolt mechanism had jammed. Brooks fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Good service, good job, reasonable price.”
