“Right from the beginning Trust Panda was great! I received a message to say my order was on its way and within 24hrs I had my package! The packaging was great, really sleek with the black protective envelope and I really loved that the yubikey was inside anouther very nice small black envelope inside sealed with the Trust Panda logo. The free pen was a nice touch and its a very nice and stylish pen at that. All in all the very quick delivery and unique, stylish packaging was 10/10. I look forward to ordering again! Thanks for putting the effort, most other companies would have just stuck the item in a plain envelope, the effort shows that you appreciate your customer”

Even more impressive was the customer service follow-up that it had arrived on time by the Chief Panda Keeper himself.”

“The Faulty 5Ci was a concern and surprise ; However in the communication with Panda I was assured and informed a faulty batch of 5Ci keys was produced ,and under Warranty I was able to return a new Yubikey for a replacement. Panda regularly briefed the tracking of new key . In addition Panda is a distributor ,but I was able to glean basic information practical- as was purchasing a 2nd key as backup if I was unable to access my 5Ci key ; However Pandas main business is to provide a Service as a Distributor. In all the Panda representative was polite and reassuring to the problem of a faulty 5Ci , and the replacement of a new device. Thanking You PANDA.”

“The experience was outstanding, from the first call made to Trust Panda, up to receiving the product. Andrew's polite phone etiquettes in resolving my initial queries were extremely impressive. Knowing my urgency and the limited time available to dispatch the order, Andrew gave a follow up call to ensure that I have received the email from him, necessary to place the order. This extra care and kind concern is hard to find these days. Within minutes after placing the order, I was emailed the order confirmation, tax invoice and a TNT Tracking number giving the expected delivery date. This just showed how well the systems at Trust Panda are managed, where customer convenience is pivotal. The order was delivered spot on as per the estimation. When opened the courier satchel, was amazed to see the impeccable packing by Trust Panda. The extra effort again revealed the level of respect and importance towards their customers. In the end would like to say a big thank you to Andrew and his team for the remarkable customer experience.”

“Great service. I ordered the Yubikey Nano on a weekend and got a reply in a few hours that it can be picked up after the holiday. Transaction was very smooth since the item was available on the time they committed to. I was in and out of thier office in less than 10 minutes.”
