Horrible service! They delete the bad reviews and do nothing about the fake good reviews. Even though I am a verified user and sent many emails, nothing changed.

Had my account blocked, even verified age. According my software was the issue, then sent to codes even though my account was blocked. What is the point. Probably a scam to get my details. Frankly no consumer platform is safe. People get paid to do this on a regular basis. Not me fake and untrustworthy.

A fraudulent company is trust pilot they have betrayed thousands of innocent people and retired people also. I am glad that I finally choose to work with the good website (  www//Resuc . ORG// . ) and since then, I have been able to recover all the money. Finally!

Worst review service ever. - Positive comments are removed specifically to force companies to buy their paid option. - Support does not respond to messages. So we can safely say that the service is completely corrupt and does not contain fair and real reviews.

I realised that a positive review that I had posted in November had been deleted.I contacted Trustpilot asking why. They advised that they were unable to tell me but that their software could detect if a reviewer worked for the compant that the review was left for and basically accused me of leaving a fraudulent review. They were rude and stated the matter was now closed. I have now deleted all my Trustpilot reviews and account asthey obviously cannot be trusted.

They blocked my account because a software program labeled it as suspect. Never mind that it was a genuine experience. Never mind that to prove my review as genuine, I'd need to come up with documents that have been in storage for 15 years. I have a disc with documents...but not a single computer with a disc drive. Notice the terrible reviews this company gets? Clearly I am not alone.

Trustpilot is a manipulative and fraudulent company/website. It's all about making money and it's kind of naive to expect them keeping your "negative" review if they are being paid by the company you are writing a review about. They will remove your review without any notification and even if you notice that and provide all the proof they requested (about purchase or your experience) they won't put it back. They will claim they restored your review but that's a lie. I simply don't understand how that is legal and not sanctioned yet. Do not, I will repeat that one more time, do not purchase anything based only on Trustpilot reviews, even better, do not buy anything based on Trustpilot reviews. Be smart, read Google reviews, do some research, Google the company you are buying from, check other sources like Reddit etc

How can their platform be relied upon when you get bombarded with emails from them threatening to take down your negative reviews. Absolute joke of a company

Kept reviews online that were from the same person reviewing our business. Shocking customer service and have absolutely no clue what a real review is, unless of course you are paying them for the service. High price, and poor service.

I left a genuine negative review for Dorothy Perkins where they sent out an extremely poorly sized dress, and they immediately suspended my account. Even though I had other reviews of other companies - some mixed, some positive - they accused me of being a bot or being inauthentic. It was obvious that Dorothy Perkins had asked to reviews to be removed - overnight, their rating went from 3.0 to 3.8 stars, giving them a 4/5 "great" rating instead of the 3/5 "average" rating they were meant to have. Many reviews from other people with similar negative experiences had been removed (poor sizing, misleading descriptions, not offering refunds for defective products and instead only offering returns where you pay for return shipping). It seems clear to me that Dorothy Perkins is trying to deter customers from returning products as return shipping can cost more than the item itself. Rather than spend money on pattern development and making clothes in different sizes, they just stick different size labels on the same clothes, ship them out, and when you complain they just say you chose the wrong size. Trustpilot is complicit by helping not allowing legitimate negative reviews to stay, only keeping a couple so they give off the image of being legitimate and honest. They are not. Do not trust company ratings. Trustpilot are scam enablers.

Horrible scam company that practices extortion as a business model. Trustpilot only attracts angry people to leave reviews. And as business you can't invite customers to leave reviews unless you pay. A happy customer is just that, HAPPY, they won't really bother going through the trouble of leaving a review, but an angry customer will. So tell me? Who is Trustpilot attracting? Angry customers. And there is no way to remove a false review about your business. If you contact them they will tell you that you have to you pay them $2400 to remove it. And what would you call that? Blackmail.

I left a comment on the company vevor and I see all they got to do is ask more details repetitively and wear you down and lots of people complain about this,I'm not going to restart on vevor all ready lost to much time but there liars and trustpilot aren't trustworthy and they will erase your negative comment on a company that has a contract with them, they should be shut down for not being transparent with customers and companies I would put a bet that all companies that have a contract with trustpilot even known scammers on there site are classified4 star+ they themself are scamers and are not trustworthy and companies that have a contract with trustpilot that call to cancell there contract in time are ignored and charged another year, so companies out there I wouldn't do business with them

They removed negative reviews for 2 energy suppliers I had dealings with. Other retailers I was a customer of, and had left 5* reviews for, disappeared! It flags up as suspicious on their system. They asked me to send a copy of my bank statement or receipts to prove I was a genuine customer. Trustpilot is corrupt in allowing rogue businesses to falsify reviews and should be shut down.

It would be really interesting to actually have someone look into this business model! I have been trying to leave 4 reviews on TrustPilot for the past 2 months because of horrible companies I've dealt with, and they seem to be blocking me from doing so. The way it goes is: I write the review, and then when I want to post it, it says, "You have been logged out; please log in", even though I am logged in. When I then try to post it again, they say "You already left a review, please check again later". None of my reviews of the past 2 months are showing! When you look closer into how Trustpilot works, its very scary to realize what they are doing. Fraudulent companies that actually pay Trustpilot seem to be getting hundreds of 5 star reviews on a regular basis, and when you actually leave a review, they will send you an automated email saying that your review was not posted because it isn't real. Why on earth would I take the time to leave a review for a company if I hadn't had a bad experience with them? And this is what their entire business models relies on... We will let people write reviews and then make the business pay to remove the reviews, and if they pay enough, we will block the reviewers! Funnily enough, I seemed to have gotten banned when I actually left a review for TrustPilot.com on their own website! This is company is a fraud, and they should be taken to court for using the name to operate!
