Trustpilot is not trustworthy! I wrote a review about my experience with a company and their services. I was really happy with the whole service and outcome. I wrote a review on trustpilot and they deleted it. They "couldn’t verify its authenticity". I requested to recover the comment and provided documents to verify that it was all happening and they still weren`t happy. After that I told them that it is a waste of time for them and that I find their whole Service a bit weird. At this point I already had enough from them but then it took them 5 mins after that message to answer my email open all my sent documents and upload my comment. What ever is going on in the background of trustpilot that was a pretty bad experience in an even higher scale. How can small companies and organisations have the chance to get recognised on the market when pages like trustpilot don´t even trust their own customer and manipulate the "fair" market!

I wrote a review on bc.game. I wrote that their daily free spin is useless for a free user like me because all I got was locked crypto. I gave the site a 1 star review. My review got removed. I tried to ask support to put my review back because it was my real experience, but it was useless. I stopped writing reviews on trustpilot now. Its useless to write a real review on trustpilot if it just gets taken down. If you dont believe me, then you can try it yourself. Try bc.game as a free user, do the daily free spin, then write your review on trustpilot. I guarantee your review to be taken down. Thank you for reading this.

I was scammed out of ÂŁ18,500 by a company calling themselve terra-market.com. The organised scammer are showing as a Trustpilot verified company. This organisation has changed the website address ending to .net and .io then changed there name to Terra Coin. All there old phone lines are not operating, yet Trustpilot have removed all my negative reviews. I have email Trustpilot whistleblower but no action has been taken by Trustpilot.

I had a problem with a meet and greet: Booking Reference: SPS-1-4759758 airportparkingglobalservices.co.uk took my car for a 9 hours stay in a shopping mall where you only get an hour. This is almost illegal, still getting letters for TPS for this PCN asking for more information. Safely say I won't be using either firm using rogue car parking companies! And Trust Pilot just kept removing my reviews on their website both companies have bad reviews and you would of thought you could trust Trustpilot but clearly not one reason you leave a review is to warn other people of the dangers of leaving you car with a rogue outfit, it's been on TV about these type of outfits taking your car joy riding!

I'd reviewed many companies over approximately 7 years. My reviews were a mix of good and bad. Then I submitted a review for a company I'd received poor customer service from. The company claimed I wasn't a genuine customer and so Trustpilot asked for proof. I provided proof in the form of a receipt. However Trustpilot declined that as it was over 12 months old? So the moral is if you haven't been a customer within 12 months they will delete your review. Needlessly to say I closed my account and withdrew my reviews as I can't in good conscience continue to leave reviews for a company that censors honest reviews at the request of paid clients.

If I could zero star this company I would they are useless. I have written many reviews on trustpilot over the years. My experiences matter and this is why i take the time to write. The problem with trustpilot is that is flags any comment with it flagging software if it does not like a comment you have written about a company. So all of a sudden your efforts to show your experience is removed because it does not fit into there guidelines! Further more once you have one review flagged you get a whole host of emails sent to you flagging all your previous reviews saying they have all been removed because we cannot verify your identity. Its a complete joke. In the mean time it's protecting the company's who should be shown up for there terrible behaviour. It defeats the purpose of reviewing if you cannot be truthful about your experience. Big Brother automated software not for me. I deleted my account and told them to leave me alone. Nightmare.

A scam company called Terra-Markets was taking money from me and many others. Initially the TP reviews were good but over the past 2 months they became poor as people realised they had been scammed by Terra-Markets. I wrote 3 poor reviews to warn people not to invest as they will lose money. I checked the TP reviews for that company and was very surprised to find out TP have changed the reviewed company name for a of the reviews from Terra-Markets to Terra Coin. Why would they do that? To protect and hide Terra-Markets? This is poor practice as all of the poor reviews and sad stories about doing business with Terra-Markets are hidden. This is very concerning! Why suddenly change the review company name? To protect them?

I tried to place a review on TrustPilot for Evri. They removed my negative review. So I sent them a copy of: my eBay order, my delivery schedule from Evri, the delivery label from Evri, and a photograph of the delivery. TrustPilot then released my review and it went live. Then for some reason I received an arrogant email from their integrity team, which I responded to with criticism. So they have now removed my review. Seriously, how anyone can trust TrustPilot is beyond me. For them to arbitrarily remove reviews means that ALL their review scores are questionable.

With evidences of projects not paying I was surprised that they flag down negative reviews, I used to believe in them but I see they don’t have intergrity again.

Trustpilot (TP) blocked my review of Qatarairways.com because it was flagged as spam by their algorithms. I replied to Trustpilot’s email with proof that i travelled , i.e, e-ticket and email correspondence with the airline but my emails bounced as TP use a no-reply email address - it’s almost as if they don’t want members of the public “reaching out to them” to use a dreadful phrase. They suspend my account as a result of me posting a genuine review but you can see umpteen blatantly fake reviews all praising “Sonia at LHR T4” dated 4,5 and 6 June 2022. I eventually managed to find a way of contacting Trustpilot pointing them in the direction of these fake reviews but they are not interested in removing them . The only other way of flagging a suspicious review is to use the flag next to the comment and hope TP can understand why you are flagging it - maybe they employ mind readers or maybe they are just fobbing you off ? Funny how my bad review of Qatar airways was blocked - i wonder if any agreement exists between TP and commercial organisations to suppress less than flattering comments?

Shocking disregard for their clients. We accidentally breached a Trustpilot rule by applying one of their widgets incorrectly. They responded by applying a notice to our review page claiming we are misleading our clients. Despite multiple requests to review and remove the notice, they have not responded and no one answers the phone. Avoid the review company with the worst reviews!

TrustPilot is a joke! Stay away from them. No trust in anything you read from TrustPilot. Let us describe to you the recent experience we just had with TrustPilot. They are definitely a joke and not useful at all, to small businesses, but I'm even suspecting fraud and big corp. interests at play. So, to get into detail, we are Fat Pet Streetwear, a newly launched clothing company. We launched recently and as every other business start-up out there, we are also trying to make it in this huge market of modern strange branding and marketing. We recently decided to move forward with our e-shop and we hired an awesome design agency to do so. We assigned the job to AR media [ar-media.net] all our branding, web presence, the design, etc... and we are very very happy with the results. Those guys at AR media, are awesome! So, while visiting them a couple days ago, they asked us if we could share our opinion about their services, with reviews platforms like TrustPilot and we were more than happy to do so, they are totally worth it. And so we did... Moments after posting a very good review about AR media awesome services, TrustPilot flagged our review and sent us an email, claiming that their "content integrity" (LOL!) software and agents decided our review cannot be verified as authentic and that our opinion is biased and compromising the integrity of the internet community... hahahhahah.... Obviously we replied back, that their decision is wrong and complete nonsense, demanding to restore our legit unbiased review and we even offered to help them out to doing their job properly. We asked them to tell us what they need us to provide, for them to verify our review as legit and real. This conversation dragged along for a couple messages, them replying repeatedly with identical "copy & paste" scripted messages, not even reading what we were saying. We found ourselves wasting time and getting frustrated for basically no serious reason, when we just wanted to post a legit, truthful review about good business, praising the services that we were provided by the awesome AR media design agency. I think TrustPilot is intentionally making it hard for every small business to be seen, unless they are paying big bucks to TrustPilot! As said in the title... STAY AWAY. We are going to take a screenshot of that review here, cause TrustPilot is most probably gonna remove that one as well and of course we are going to share the screenshot with EVERYONE! People need to know the real face of TrustPilot. We need to take them down, we let them grow too big! TrustPilot accepts invitations of businesses to rate / review them, only if those businesses have a high-tier paid subscription with TrustPilot and the invitation goes through the TrustPilot platform, everything else out there they flag it, claiming untruthful excuses and basically not even bothering to be truthful and to promote good and verified business. Everything they advertise is a lie, they only care about big companies and keeping their ratings high. Small and medium business, STAY AWAY from TrustPilot! Don't pay them a dime... Consumers... don't believe any nice review you read in TrustPilot, especially if it's addressed to big companies which pay TrustPilot in the millions, to keep their fake ratings high... This was our first experience with TrustPilot! And it's going to be the last one as well! A waste of time, a build up of frustration and a complete joke... Coming from a small, start-up, trying to make it in this sea of misinformation, thanks to companies like TrustPilot that only pollute the internet. Fat Pet Streetwear FatPet.SHOP

We have setup TrustPilot for clients, so we decided to do another. It was for an existing business with a great track record, but they hadn't used Trustpilot before. The thing about them is in the name: Trust. But their reviews, are not a TRUE reflection of the customer reviews. If you are new, and you use TP from the outset, you might perhaps get 2-5 customers posting you wonderful glowing 5 star reviews. However, and I don't know how reviews.io works, but with those lovely 5 stars, you do NOT get 5 stars over all. It's worked out in some bizarre method that makes no sense. Surely, if you have 2-3 5 stars, like on Google Reviews, it means... yay, you are a 5 star reviews business. NOOOOOO not in Trustpilots eyes it doesn't. It means you are only around 3.4-3.8 stars. So out of choice, would you pick those, or those with 5 actual stars. hmmmmm.. I understand that one business might have 100 reviews and the new business has 3, but if the new business has just 3, but they are all 5 stars, why is it fair to only show it as 3.5 stars, when in fact, on average, it's had 5? It's so grossly unfair, and they use terms that no real human can understand, to get their heads around their daft setup. Would we recommend TP again to someone - no. If they asked us about it, we'd explain this dodgy setup.

If I could leave no star I would. We cancelled your membership over the phone and were told by the operator we need do no more. We said we didn’t want any further membership with yourselves. So a year later we are dealing with credit agencies and real unpleasant behaviour. We then sent an email cancelling. This year, we get another bill for the year. It just rolls on. Shame on you, we are a small business, we would not recommend you to our worst enemy. You are corrupt and we are sorry we ever employed your services in the first place.
