“My genuine review been removed as well. I've sent the order confirmation to their compliance no answer and no reaction for days from them. That's not the way such service should work I believe. Giving them 1 star at the moment.”

“I have a number of fake bad reviews from my competition and that is killing my business and Trustpilot refuse to remove them I refuse to pay them some stupid amount to have them removed \ Has anyone had any luck with trust pilot getting reviews removed”

“Trustpilot not so trustworthy. My genuine bad reviews of companies are removed and do not breach the guidelines. If they do this to me, how many others do they do it too. Not a very reliable platform if bad reviews are not represented.”

“Trustpilot pilot reviews are not all fake!! So why some someone raised a issue etc! Trustpilot you have gone over the guidelines! So bad not the internet is good to have your say! All my reviews are genuine but Trustpilot says otherwise!!”

“YET AGAIN TRUSTPILOT DOESN'T LIKE BAD REVIEWS! I DID ABOUT JOB SEARCH APP/LOGIN IS A PAIN!! NEITHER WAS I GIVEN A NUMBER TO RAISE ISSUES WHY IT WENT ABOVE THERE GUIDELINES!! AND BASICALLY TOLD EITHER REVIEW MY PAGE OR ELSE!! EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THERE OPINION! WHY TRUSTPILOT WON'T PUBLISH SUCH A GENUINE REPORT!! MUST BE JOB SEARCH ENGINE TO STOP SUCH REVIEWS AND COMPANY AND TRUSTPILOT GETS THERE CUT FROM THE COMPANY!!”

“TrustPilot are too expensive and their customer service is terrible. Our company have used multiple review platforms and it is fair to say TrustPilot are at the top for brand but this seems to have resulted in complacency, the result of which is really poor service. Look for alternatives.”

“TrustPilot is a scam for honest businesses and consumers. Some crooks post fake negative reviews about our company on their website. When we ask TrustPilot to remove a fake review, their sales person writes back to us and proposes to sign up with them. Once you sign up and pay them enough money you can do with the TrustPilot reviews whatever you want: remove negative reviews, post 5-star positive reviews for your own business as long as TrustPulot gets paid. Search the Internet and you will find hundreds of pieces of evidence, both businesses and consumers screaming it. TrustPilot is a scam for honest businesses because it ruins them. It is a scam for consumers because it misleads them big time.”

“Hello,Are you on the side of a company which I had to complain about or don’t you take complaints seriously I didn’t like the reply from Capitalrepairs as it made me look like I was in the wrong and £70+ out of pocket with inexperienced receptionists not being qualified enough to say an engineer should have come first to assess my larder fridge door seal and not order one that couldn’t be put on and still charged me for the call out Very disappointing”

“TrustPilot.com are scammers who protect other scammers. They would take negative reviews offline and ask members to edit them to abide by their guidelines. Then no matter how hard you abide by those so-called guidelines, they would never put your review back online. Surprisingly, they act very fast to remove negative reviews once reported by the reviewed company, and don't pay attention to any flagged positive reviews. They "intentionally" mislead readers for some very suspicious reasons and relations they have with reviewed companies. Total scam!”

“They are misleading a whole lot of people to make the wrong decision when it comes to where to invest. They made me lose my $50 just recently on multimining.website. I invested after reading the good reviews about the site on their site which made me take that decision. I went back to post my review and experience on their site and after posting, their site just went off. I'm sure by the time it comes back they would have removed the review I posted there. My advice is that no one should trust those fake reviews at Trustpilot. I have really regretted ever trusting those reviews.”

“As a business customer, they hiked their prices to us by 35%, and ignored all our requests for an explanation. The salesman ignored all e-mails unless we suggested we might sign a new contract. He also gave unwanted advice about us fixing a 'poor attitude', despite having to wade back through months of positive reviews to find anything negative. The hypocrisy! Sorry TrustPilot, but where did this arrogance and disdain come from for your paying customers?”

“I agree with most of the reviewers in that Trustpilot is just a marketing platform which service providers pay for but they can (and do) remove any negative reviews, I have had honest negative reviews removed on more than one occasion but my positive reviews are all still standing ! I am surprised that most consumers don't seem to realize this. Trustpilot must be laughing all the way to the bank !”

“Allows scam artists to write false reviews for our organization online but then removed our own reviews of their scam that have ripped us off. They have removed several of our 1-star reviews for a company (WP Fix It) that we've done business and acted unethically (took our money and ran), and that company wrote us 1-star reviews as retribution. We contacted TrustPilot's compliance team and they have refused to take down the fraudulent reviews or honour our requests for them to remove our protected copyright and trademarks. Avoid at all costs, there are MUCH better solutions out there.”
