Trustpilot only likes good reviews and not negative. Real reviews of bad company etc you don't like to hear! Making you to be a good review site, I beg to differ. In all reviews sites it's in there interest only to have good ones! I don't trust Trustpilot and other reviews sites.

If only I could rank it zero. As a developer their support is a total waste of time. After 3 weeks of communication back and forth sending details of logs (plus having to create new tickets to follow up as replies almost always fail to get tagged with original so are lost in the ether) they finally respond with a link to their default documentation when clearly they have a problem at a security level for supporting advanced cryptography. I've worked at companies with some poor support but Trustpilot are just about the most useless. Closing tickets without resolution and not allowing you to reopen it is obviously missing the management team. We work with some global brands and advise all future client to use an alternative and we're happy to help integrate with any other reviewer.

Why do you say it doesn't comply with us policy! Frankly a useless site! All reviews I have done are my own personal experience of bad company and etc! When you get to make a issue help, and the site doesn't get or with a reference! Very bad! -0/10

They are useless. I work for a seller of furniture online. Customers merely use trustpilot to slander you as a company and get their way. Trustpilot in no way ever look into whether a review is genuine or side with a seller when you argue your side.

A depositary of positive lies as they remove negative reviews on behalf of paying customers and then reject evidence that shows the review was genuine.

We use Trust Pilot and have had a 1 star review from someone that has never bought anything from us. Contrary to the consensus of reviews here, they will not remove it!

Trustpilot have blocked my account claiming me as a spammer, it's obvious that my reviews being direct and to the point don't suit trustpilots business model, protecting the reviewed and giving the hammer to the honest reviewer I hope Trustpilots days are numbered because if they are allowed to continue as is, the only losers are the people they claim to represent, the honest reviewer of poor companies , Totally bias service able to avoid capture but not for long!

Complicit in scams. They protect the companies doing the scamming by removing negative reviews flagged by the company and also allowing fake positive reviews put up by scam companies.

They don't allow you to leave honest reviews of businesses that have a proven history of scamming customers, and are therefore complicit in these scams in my opinion. Can't say I'm surprised by all the other reviews here.

I've decided to dump TrustPilot as a review site and have updated all the companies I've positively reviewed tonight with:- Dear Company – I have reviewed several businesses on the TrustPilot web site. The vast majority have been positive reviews due to the good product/service/delivery of those companies. Unfortunately, one company, that currently has a 95% poor rating, has been demanding hundreds of pounds from those that have posted an honest but poor review. They are also taking out court summonses to force reviewers into paying these hefty demands of hundreds of pounds. Some have suggested this company is running a fraud and they are using TrustPilot to scam people. That has yet to be proven. I will be attending court to (hopefully) have this matter resolved but, in the meantime, I feel that TrustPilot are not doing enough (despite having been sent many pieces of information about this company). The only course in dealing with TrustPilot seems to be not to deal with them at all. Therefore, I will be deleting all reviews I’ve submitted on the TrustPilot web site in one weeks’ time. Your company has supplied excellent service and it is a shame that my delight with your company must be removed but I will have no more dealings with TrustPilot – ever. All self explanatory. Shame the 'good companies have to suffer because of one rogue company but TrustPilot has been given enough info to close this rogue company down on their website but they have failed to do so.

Trustpilot is sadly untrustworthy. All positive reviews are allowed without any moderation at all. However negative reviews are treated with extreme bias. If a company reports a negative review and they are using the PAID service, then Trustpilot compliance will immediately block that review, and tell the reviewer that they must remove almost every negative word from the review, claiming it is defamatory. They may also ask you to provide evidence to confirm your dealings with said company, then if you do provide evidence, they will often ignore it or ask for more, impossible evidence. If you provide them links to evidence, they refuse to click links and look at it, or are simply to thick to understand what you are showing them. So if the company lied to you, or was rude to you, or tried to scam you, ripped you off etc, you are not allowed to say any of these things. So you are left only being able to publish a review that says nothing negative. If you just have a FREE account with Trustpilot and report a negative/defamatory review, you will not get the same treatment. Many business owners have reported being completely ignored unless they upgraded to a paid account.

You can post any number of positive reviews on Trustpilot, but if you write a negative review regarding a company, that company has the ritght to report the review, and Trustpilot first will ask kindly for more "information". If you do not provide it, they will ask for a proof of purchase like, //brace yourself// the Invoice, yes!!! So they will remove your negative review if you not provide that information. I posted a negative review from a scam attemp from a company named e-infinity camera shop and was asked to present proof of purchase in the form of Invoice, with my name, product and reference number. I mean who would provide that information to a company that already has tried to cheat on you? So I will NEVER TRUST truspilot. Cheers.

Useless website, useless support service, useless employees. Bought something from a store, left a review, and their "system" detected it was not "genuine". I emailed them my credit card statement and product purchase from the website and yet they refused to acknowledge a bot can't be correct all the times. Tried to get escaleted to a different support service level, and got the door shut in front me. Thank God people are leaving that website in favour of other platforms.

Many are fake, and that if you repeatedly have written about a certain store or job search engine it flags up as going over there policy guidelines. So what is the point of such a useless site and others similar sites. My account I have deleted now with Trustpilot. If I have any issues with a store or anything else. I go directly to there website and go through there customer service/complaint system.

Do not trust the reviews of any site on trustpilot, I posted 2 reviews for another site and because they were bad they got removed. I mailed the site's support but I got no answer from them. Most reviews are also fake. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING FROM TRUSTPILOT.
