They removed my negative reviews of companies that have scammed people!

They seem a very corrupt organisation. I seem to be having the same experience as most of the people who left a review here. Seems like you can buy yourself a good review score on Trustpilot. The 7% review score on here speaks for itself.

Because most of reviews are left by people that you give a back hander to and big corporations like yours are the scum of the earth

Trustpilot is a really bad one to go with. They charge you each year twice more than the price they asked before. They're also very impolite and lowlife people.

Well same bs, TrustPilot is the website you shouldn't trust, it does remove all negative feedback from companies who pay to them.

Trustpilot removed my honest reviews because the company asked them to. Try to phone any time and it says no one is there to take your call and if you leave a message they will call you back. No call back after a week of trying. I email, no response except a generic message. Look at their adds. They are not there to give the public honest reviews. They make money from the companies they revue and are therefore in the pockets of those companies.

I checked the company/business model Blueskyamazon. Trustpilot's headline says the average score is 3 stars, but there are only 2 reviews and they each give only 1 star, hence the average is 1 star. Most people will not go through all the reviews and add up to find the average, but with 2 reviews it's easy. From here I do not trust anyting on Trustpilot...

It's True! Trust Pilot is an algorithmic money grabbing monster. Free speech? Nah. Respect for your experience? No. Controlled? Yes. Like all the internet big boys, it's all about Profit. If your genuine review is reported by a paid up member, it goes, deleted for ever regardless of your genuine challenge. Do you honestly believe the positive reviews for eBay, Experian, Myhermes (cynically laughs out loud at the last one). We've all been burned by lots of these internet shysters that leave an indelible mark on our psyche. Even the impartial ones are at it. Trust Pilot a new oxymoron.

Terrible. They are con artists, there should be an investigation on them. They have been deleting positive reviews and keeping negative ones until we pay them money.

Trustpilot deleted my reviews. ALL of them This company is not real. They will not accept any negative reviews of companies they are sponsored by. You cannot delete reviews that are real, just because they are negative. My reviews are just to warn people from buying anything from a particular online store. My real review was deleted multiple times. Companies such as Trustpilot make the shade online business even worse. Shame on you. Do not trust Trustpilot!!

Trustpilot removed my genuine feedback twice. I did not bother to go through the complaints procedure as I have learnt that it takes them months to respond. I believe they are biased , only negative reviews are removed from my account

I wrote a review on TrustPilot for an online job search site that has some issues. The site I reviewed complained and they removed my review. Don't use TrustPilot. They only care about the businesses that pay them and will remove anything that is negative even if it's true.

I never leave reviews, but my experience was so egregious that I had to say something. We were approached by an aggressive salesperson who had no idea what they were talking about, and when prompted about any type of deliverables, defaulted to the fact that their support and customer success team was responsible for it, and that they just wanted to get us the best package possible. Upon negotiating and paying them, we realized they set us up with the wrong domain. Thus began a month-long process of back and forth with their support team that is still not solved, and it was their fault. The disparate nature of their sales, support, and service staff has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service provider. If I could steer you away from Trust Pilot, I would. If you want validation look no further than their own reviews on their site, which are loaded with 5-star reviews from users with only one review for, surprise surprise, Trust Pilot.

Reviews on Trustpilot should not be relied upon. They remove negative reviews and only keep the positive ones which are most likely fake as there is very little detail to the review and each of these reviews resembles the other. Trustpilot is paid by the companies that are being reviewed so guess where their alligence is!

You appear to support your clients more than the FACTS that reviewers write about your clients. The Garage Door company Southampton has been reviewed by me twice. Simply as I was unable to add to the review as the company had responded, TrustPilot are wanting to remove my review at the request of the company - I have explained this to trust pilot several times in several different formats. Perhaps you should focus on the FAKE REVIEWS How to spot a fake • Look for concrete details. Avoid reviews that provide abstract narratives about a product or customer-service experience. Give more trust to reviews that provide in‑depth descriptions of the quality of the product or service. • Avoid one-review accounts. Click on a user's profile on review websites to get an indication of which other reviews the user has written. • Beware reviews in poor English. Genuine customers may take little care with spelling and grammar, but some reviews sound as if they were translated from a foreign language. Give more credence to reviews written in well constructed and grammatically precise English. • Skip over reviews overflowing with verbs, adverbs, hyperbole and praise that contains no caveats. • Consider whether the reviewer's purchase has been confirmed. Amazon and Trustpilot have ways to confirm whether a customer who left a review for a product has indeed purchased it, but this system can be abused. I trust this information assists you

I provided feedback regarding a Service provider who subscribe to Trustpilot. I provided two sets of feedback as I could not add to the first review as the business had replied to it. Despite writing on the second review that it was a continuation and that I was unable to add to the previous review, I constantly receive messages from Trustpilot that they are removing my review, I have written on a number of occasions to them and they appear to be very much on the side of the company - The Garage Door company southampton.
