I agree. Trust Pilot are a bunch of scammers themselves. If a company pays them enough they get their way. I leave honest reviews and when they email me saying I need to provide proof, I provide it and they still have an issue and delete my posts. Something needs to be done.

Trying to warn others of a business, that over charges. As well as takes forever to deliver products. My reviews keep getting removed. I try to be as fair as possible, nope removed. I even tried one with minimal text. Still removed. They just seem to remove reviews at the business behalf. Just because you remove negative reviews doesn't make the business better.

These scum are worse than the people I was trying to warn other buyers off of! They remove negative reviews they don’t like saying they’re not authentic even when you have the order number/ case dispute right in the title!

I wrote a review based on a company that my late father used for his mobility scooter insurance. I wrote this review back in June 2019. Now they've taken it down and want me to proceed I had this interaction with the company. They did not explain why they removed my review. It was a positive review based on my experience. I cannot see where I have broken any rules. When I asked for their decision to be reviewed they didn't offer an explanation. They expect me to find evidence of a phone call I made 2½ years ago

Trustpilot removes bad reviews at the business's request, no questions asked, regardless of the fact that you have provided the evidence (requested by them) to verify validity. Naturally, they don't inform you that the review has been "moved offline", despite claiming that they will notify you of the outcome, you just discover it by chance. And all of this is carried out by the "Content Integrity" department - who knew the Danes had such a great sense of irony?! There are two definitions of integrity: 1)the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, 2)the state of being whole and undivided. I think Trustpilot are referring to the second of these.

Trustpilot appears to me to be a total scam. They take down bad reviews for their advertisers and suspend reviewer accounts as "spam". Completely untrustworthy!!

My reviews were taken down at merchants' request. Trustpilot reviews and those merchants are no longer trustworthy to me. It's just too easy for businesses/services to remove reviews. I completely agree with some of the comments below: Trustpilot is a scam company and you shouldn't waste your time writing reviews there.

All genuine reviews get removed because of 'content integrity'. I had a whole block of old reviews removed yesterday due to this. I sent in receipts as proof but as per usual review never got reinstated. This has happened for years. Only had and negative reviews get removed. Commendations of products and services reviews will remain. Highly biased site. They know I am not software or a bot. They know I am a real person as I write back to them. It's all lies to claim I am not human and that content is not genuine. I will show in photos how many got taken off at the same time. They wait to remove everything so they hope you have no proof of purchase or experiences. Like Hermes, Royal mail, Yodel, emails. Most people delete these emails after delivery. Anyways, even if you have receipts, reviews will not get reposted. Fake scam disingenuous site. I will never waste time again writing on Trustpilot as nearly every single negative review got wiped off

Trustpilot is a scam company. Over the years I have written reviews. Always 100% the truth. Every single good one remains with zero issues and no removal. Nearly 100% of bad experience reviews get taken off. I send in proof of purchase, or receipts for experiences like hotels. It is never enough. And they do not respond even when I send proof and review does not get reposted. It is clear certain businesses must pay to remove negative comments. I will not waste my time on their site anymore. I have wasted years telling the truth only for them to delete about fifty of my reviews over the years. Apparently reviews have gotten removed as it looks like it was not generated by an actual person. But if this is the case, how comes when a genuine person contacts them, content does not get reinstated? If I contact them they know then without any receipt that I am not a bot. Also how many people keep receipts? They write many weeks or even months later to say reviews are getting removed. A lot of people would have deleted emails by couriers by then like Hermes and yodel so there is no proof for service used. Royal mail tracking also would be deleted so no evidence. They are clever in that they wait so long to say reviews deleted unless you provide evidence, knowing that by then evidence would be deleted. But, if it's not, they still will not repost, or do anything at all.

Too many fake reviews, too much collusion with the businesses that pay to have their reviews taylored to reflect falsely on the true nature of their bad business practices. It's all too obvious and just goes to show you how untrustworthy and greedy these internet companies can be. Trustpilot has does nothing more than further damage my already overbearing sense of distrust with the internet in general. Companies like Trustpilot are ruining the internet for everyone else.

This is one of the worst companies to work with. Years of them helping to destroy companies by allowing anyone to leave reviews about businesses. True 5 star ratings are removed and 1 star ratings are kept up. While we have never solicited costs for their services we have read enough about others getting all types of costs. We are sure that if paid them they would remove the negative reviews but we will not go that far. This company needs to be stopped!

Trustpilot is an oxymoron - nothing on there can be trusted at all. Anything that is remotely negative will not be tolerated by them. My last 6 REVIEWS have been rejected as they have negative content. Strange that not one positive review has been challenged in 7 years?? I have closed my account as i do not wish to waste another second. It is clear they are in business to please their fee paying customers and anything negative is rejected so giving a hugely false positive score. Profit is the primary driver and to hell consumer and poor service. They are now truly unfit for purpose.

Trust Pilot is not only worthless, they are also in cahoots with partners like Xapier. They refuse to allow real reviews of them to be placed and all of them get deleted. When you appeal with actual proof such as the screenshots I added here, they do NOT reply. We will try to expose them but if a review place is selective in what they place or not in their network, its not a real review outlet but then again, Trust Pilot is not viable. Whem is the time when anyone went to it forst. The only time you find anything out about anyone is after you get screwed. These reviews are worthless. They create them themselves. They take down or delete and censor any partner. Its a conflict to have partners integrated in the platform and then whomever is NOT able to write a real review about it. And, then in essence help someone not go through the waste of time and money. Trust Pilot would rather people find out the hard way that places like Zapier are a scam. Which then I guess makes trust pilot a scam. But again, what a review outlet takes 100% of partner reviews down? I added 4 different ones from 4 different accounts spread out over many days and Trust Pilot deleted them all. 100%. They dont even try to fake it. In a world where there are so many scum bags, we have to find laws to stop people from selling product that never works and then you have people like Trust Pilot trying to manipulate the search queries so people do NOT know about the scams. Which is all a scam. Overall, when they ask you to authenticate it and then when you do with a picture of the account and the mishap, and they still ignore you? Thats weak. Trust Pilot does the opposite of what review networks should do. Most of them are just done by the people themselves. The ones with the best of lists. They are not real either. You and I could make those pages with our companies at the top of every list. Its all one big scam...I wish these people would back to the dark web.
