I wrote review about a company that did not have good customer service. Since my review was not favourable to the company that was not published. Second time when my review was good, it was published.

Had dealings with an awful company (broken product, said they would send replacement but didn't, then failed to give refund), so left poor feedback on Trust Pilot for them. As a genuine customer my review was valid, and appeared on their site for a while. However, Trust Pilot subsequently removed it at the request of the awful company, and refused to reinstate it without proof of purchase. I was unable to do, as that had been deleted months before after I was refunded by credit card company (took over a year to get that far, as the awful company kept making numerous re-delivery promises, which were never kept). Wanted to warn other potential customers about them, but was now unable to do so. So many unfavourable reviews are removed, that the real nature of a company is not evident to customers. So Trust Pilot is actually a waste of time to genuine consumers !.

They work with companies to generate false reviews that are favorable for the paying compact. Just know that trustpilot = lying review.

A very untrustworthy review platform.

I tried to write a bad review for a bad company that stolen my money on Trustpilot but they are able to delete it all the time! So is not a true review rating what we can see about the company!! The results is that there is a huge majority of positive reviews and write a bad review required a long time that usually becomes wasted because the review will be deleted!! Trip advisor is much better and realistic.

Poor system, which isn't geared to help either businesses or consumers! Consumers are able to leave a negative reviews every single day for the same single service. Also if you respond to a negative review it will generate another negative review if the consumer replies, so one issue can culminate in multiple reviews. Although multiple reviews do not count to your overall score, they still show as individual reviews so it actually makes it looks like you have more negative reviews than you actually do, which makes the system completely untrustworthy from a consumer perspective as it can negatively portray a good business (like ours)

Trust pilot are like a cancer on your business. If you work with them, it is almost impossible to get out of the contract and they go legal. We called them on a recorded line to cancel the contract, they continued the contract and took legal action to extract another years income. then we wrote to them (recorded delivery) not enough, year two they went legal again to continue the contract. The only way to get out of a contract with them is to fight them in court. A terrible company with a terrible product. nobody trusts trust pilot reviews. They spend most of their energy taking legal action against their own customers. Avoid at all costs, these will destroy your business like a cancer.

I believe the T.pilot lack serious credibility. Their compliance team is even full of further nonsense even after you submit rebuttal documentation. I strongly urge you not to part with your hard earned money on online site endorsed by T.pilot, as these company pays them for mostly putting up mostly positive reviews, you will never see the real gutter stories + reviews for these despicable online companies as that where they get their actual revenues from, and not from you, the consumers.

After two long years of trying to convince Trustpilot to realise a company was manufacturing/purchasing/faking reviews it has finally put up the yellow marker on the companies website. I have to say that I now believe Trustpilot are working to combat online fraud and thank them for this one small step. I will of course continue to watch the particular website as I don’t believe the yellow marker will stop them from bending the truth when it comes to reviews. Thank you Trustpilot. Please stay vigilant with this company!

I posted a bad review about Formula1 Autocentres and all they had to do to remove it was report me to trustpilot as not being genuine. My bad review was removed and i was asked to provide proof. I provided proof but they failed to re-post my review. I doubt trustpilot will be able to fool the public for too long with this type of behaviour.

They sent me the email saying "www.cheapoair.com has reported your review because they don't believe you've had a genuine buying or service experience. Reported reviews are temporarily moved offline. We’d like to verify your experience so we can put your review back online. Help us do that by sending documentation showing your buying or service experience with www.cheapoair.com. All you need to do is:" www.cheapoair.com knows exactly who I am based on the info provided. But so called "Trust" whatever, something like "Pilot" , requested to provide the info that will disclose my personal info to the whole world. I think I should send them my bank account and a pin to it in order to put put my review back online. Such a useful and not trusted website ("pilot").

Don't trust the pilot, are only contributing to why Great Britain is on it's knees, jacking up the profile of companies that are profiting whilst abusing the customer and being promoted using shatpilot, There is an abundance of proof regarding why Trashpilot are not a trustworthy organisation. Don't be a sheep and be taken in by their cow dung!

I have serious doubts about some reviews seen on trustpilot in relation to a specific company. This company was getting some poor reviews and then suddenly they are swamped with a huge amount of favourable reviews in the space of a day. This is a good way to stay on four stars but it reeks of foul play.

I wrote a genuine review and Trust Pilot claimed their compliance software identified it as plagierised.....absolute nonsense so why was it removed. Maybe to put pressure on to buy more services or is it just a fake compliance notice or really bad bogus compliance software they are using? I will let you decide!

I recently upgraded my contract with Vodafone who sent me just the handset not any charging cables or headphones. When I contacted them on the 28th Nov they advised they are unable to send the accessories out due to health and safety concerns. The story then changed to the accessories not being in my contract. I had to call them on 2 occasions and waited over 1 hour in total to get through to them, and then I was blind transferred to explain the situation all over again. They advised they would log a complaint, but refused to provide me a complaint ref. While the colleague logged the complaint, I was able to hear sensitive information about other customers. I was advised someone would contact me within 48 hours and I am yet to hear from them. The customer service was appalling, no apology was provided at any time for the inconvenience.

I wrote a negative review of a company on Trustpilot. The company then contacted Trustpilot to complain that my review was not genuine. Trustpilot then removed my review and asked me for supporting info. I have supplied the required info. Trustpilot still refuses to reinstate the review. I have sent several emails with further info but Trustpilot continue to refuse to reinstate the review. So DO NOT TRUST TRUSTPILOT.

You open this page and you read a warning message stating: "We've identified that some of the reviews on this page have been written by Trustpilot employees". They ask you to play by the rules but this is the way they play by the rules when is trustpilot to be reviewed. There are dozen of analysis that prove how unreliable the reviews on trustpilot are.
