I do actually like trust pilot and use it to help decide if I use a site but everytime I try to login to their site to leave a review I have so many problems. So poorly designed site.

Teletext are scumbags. They need closing down. Do not ever book a holiday with this scandalous company. I’m taking them to court to get my £3700 back from a holiday cancelled in May. I’m sick of being ignored by them. They Were quick enough to take thousands of customers monies and now they are trying to rip us all off. TT773442

I had over 200+ reviews, all genuine reviews with each review having its own order IDs and evidence to backup my experience, a company flagged my 1* review along with 47 other 1* reviews due to them scamming people, TP removed my review and all the other one star reviews so thats 48 * 1 star reviews all reported and removed within hours, contacted trustpilot telling them the company is clearly abusing their report system and why did my review get removed...didn't hear back for a week so just added the review back then they block my account from posting reviews on that profile and removed it again...so decided okay and sent a test email using a new email address and what a surprise they answered within 24 hours..so it was clear they have blacklisted my main email from support, i recently reviewed Vauxhall.co.uk and it was flagged for "suspicious" and they removed it so asked them why...nobody reported it and how do they know i aint got a vauxhall car? do they want a picture of it on my drive? just silly! finally after not hearing anything for 3 days decided to go on trustpilot and turns out they've banned me and deleted my account. 200+ reviews gone and its clear as day they side with companies to remove reviews and add reviews and they're full of BS when they say oh we don't we're neutral and treat free reviewers the same as company owners paying us thousands like yeah right, i know this is true as a company with over 100 1* reviews lost almost 95 of them overnight...trustpilot couldn't answer for this and expected me to believe along with others that 95 random people decided to remove their 1* star review at the same time? company when from 36% 1 star rating to 2% within one day. From my experience as a reviewer i wouldn't waste your time and energy on reviewing websites and wouldn't trust any reviews you see either, how this site is allowed to operate still is beyond me.

Trustpilot? LIESpilot, more like. I submitted a scathing 1 star review on LIESpilot for a website offering proxy buying services known as "From Japan". It was a 100% legitimate and honest review, based on my personal experience. They are notorious for their disgustingly horrible customer service standards, blocking customer's accounts without any reason, and overcharging customers on shipping rates. Anyway, they falsely reported my review to LIESpilot. Without doing any investigation, they conveniently sided with From Japan and removed my review, because From Japan obviously pays them to do so. I tried to post my review several times, but each time it was removed by either of them. Please either completely disregard the reviews written for other companies on LIESpilot, or take the reviews on this site with an entire dead sea's worth of salt. Because any shady, unscrupulous and corrupt company on that site can conveniently pay LIESpilot to remove any negative reviews from customers, leaving only the positive ones. Kindly refer to the screenshots I have attached for evidence that LIESpilot took down my review on From Japan to censor my truth with their lies. Both companies are equally shady, unscrupulous, and in cahoots. PS: If you're looking for a proxy buying service for goods located in Japan, please avoid From Japan at all costs. You can read my full review for them (which was taken down by LIESpilot) on Google reviews, just search for: 株式会社 FROM JAPAN and you'll see it under Google reviews.

unable to leave genuine reviews lately, they keep responding to the reviewed company requests for review removal, Ive got so fed up with this (how many times have I got to keep confirming my transactions?), Ive now removed all my reviews from their site, seems only +ves are required on there.

THE WORST SAAS PLATFORM I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THE TECH IS BASIC, THE SALES TEAM PRESSURES TOO MUCH AND THE BILLING DEPARTMENT IS CONFUSED. AVOID THIS PLATFORM FOR REVIEWS!

Trustpilot is a joke Tons of fake reviews that when I reported they still hang for weeks . Scammers leaving contact details No problem . Name and shame them and you review will be gone in matter of minute. Trustpilot isn't a good platform and reviews are largely fake

They delete reviews that criticise their favoured companies. I posted a review about AChoice Insurance UK. Trustpilot deleted it because AChoice pays them.

I wrote a lengthy negative review about AChoice Insurance. AChoice pays Trustpilot and so was able to get my review deleted. This is not the way to carry on a credible review site.

Scam of a site even when you provide details that you used a company and wasn't happy they still discard your comment, definitely getting paid off

Complaint about SPAM There is something strange about TrustPilot I posted a review about a company that was bombarding me with spam and would not act on my "unsubscribe" efforts nor my many email requesting the company to remove me from its mailing list. TrustPilot received a complaint from that company and suspended my Review pending receipt of evidence that I was a customer of that company. I provided the information..see below. TrustPilot kept sending me reminders which I always replied to (basically saying I sent you stuff, please acknowldge receipt, what else do you want, what is missing, etc) and eventually refused to post my negative review because, even though I submitted the acknowledgment of the order, the invoice, evidence of spam, my requests to stop and apologies form the company this was not good enough. Do not waste time using Trust Pilot as source of fair reviews. There is something strange going on there. It is as if they are being paid by companies to host positive reviews. You've posted anonymous reviews that we've stolen money , when we asked you to review this you have not provided any information about who these anonymous people are so we can only assume you allow anonymous defamation from people and have no verification procedure. You temporarily removed them but then re-instated them , our only option to is to respond with the same text to all reviews stating that TrustPilot have not provided any information about the reviewer and that TrustPilot allows this activity from occurring where reviews cannot be trusted. This information is being syndicated and quite honestly does not do your business / reviews portal any favours in terms of consumer confidence.

I placed a couple of reviews on trustpilot, one negative and 2 five star ratings over the period of about a year. The 5 star rating of a pizza I had was removed along with the 2 star rating of an insurance company who didn’t handle my claim very well. Why? I have no idea! Scam company

A complete scam, organised by internet vendors to manipulate their own ratings.

A bad review can easily being questioned by the company and they can ask for proof that you're a customer, I assume that no company had ever questioned a possitive review about them. This gives a distorted review score. Trustpilot is corrupt as hell anyways!!

Trust Pilot is without a doubt the biggest peace of s**t I've ever come across. I've lost count of the number of genuine reviews of myn that they have removed, probably 5 this year because "they can't establish the authenticity of the review" no reason, no explanation, no opportunity for my customer to argue back or appeal it. I've had people put reviews up which have been fine but then suddenly we get the same s**t. Yet when there's a problem & I need help with some who's posted a fake review they're nowhere to be seen, I've sent 20 emails for help over the last month & had nothing back from them, yet they continue to remove my genuine reviews. Absolute bunch of cowboys, feel sorry for the ones that pay for this absolute peace of s**t.
