So! I have left a negative, informative review about a company that we visited and now because I can't prove I went there, the review is going to be taken down. Thats crazy, what's thr point if a review if everytine one is left that is negative the company can have it removed. I do not want to converse with them, that's my right but does not give the company to get it removed. Trust pilot has not trust in there reviewers clearly. 1 star bad experience.

This company really is scammy. I signed my company up and a client left a 5 star review and they only counted it as 3.2 because it was only one review. I closed up my account because I was so annoyed but there is now a 3.2 star rating review on my company so they force you to use their service to continue getting reviews or else you have what looks like a bad rating now showing up as SEO. They wont delete it. I despise that kind of tactic. The irony- companies can't trust Trustpilot.

Post a review about a dishonest company, they disputed, proved them to be liars with paperwork, review reinstated, company wrote back with more lies, review removed, provided paperwork, again, showing them lying, review reinstated; then company did a cut and past that had my first review moved, and still Trustpilot not waking up. This company, Template Monster, also has a slew of suspicously high rated reviews and Trustpilot basically ignored my request to investigate this, particularly as they had proof the company was thoroughly dishonest from the three times they challenged my review.

"Trustpilot" is an Oxymoron they facilitate and enable scammers and fraudsters . Two years ago I provided them with evidence of fraudsters in a company trading as Flight Delay Claims Team owned by E.asthamptom ltd. They steadfastly defended the company and refused to post my reviews. Last week in court in the Uk the directors were finally found guilty fined £250,000 banned from being directors for 5 years and given jail sentences It is only a pity that the same cannot happen to their enablers at Trustpilot as they are as guilty of scamming as the directors of Easthampton TRUST PILOT CANNOT BE TRUSTED

I tried to write a review. They replied saying their "software" detected unusual activity and it was automatically removed. Even after I replied to their email to tell them it was legit, they did not believe me and still had it removed. What kind of people run this website?

Trustpilot is an absolutely irresponsible company. They do not remove fake tour reviews from people who have not been on tours, and this is not against their policy.

I do not trust Trustpilot based on its 4.4 star rating for the parcel delivery service Hermes UK which is so at odds with the star ratings awarded by other review sites and so at odds with my own appalling experience of the delivery business. Danny Richman's (SEO Training) report 'Can you trust Trustpilot? - 9 million reviews studied' revealed how the vast majority of reviews Trustpilot allows Hermes to invite are predominantly positive and this skews the rating. It just happens that Trustpilot receives income from Hermes for the Hermes UK profile. Media reports have questioned why businesses that make payments to Trustpilot are awarded higher ratings. ThisisMONEY's report on the disparity between the 4.5 star rating for Argus (pays) and the 1.7 star rating for John Lewis (doesn't pay) for example. I am also suspicious of how Hermes' "advanced software", ostensibly used to remove bogus reviews, removes my genuine adverse reviews from the Hermes UK profile even when supporting evidence such as tracking numbers is provided. In the past ten months alone I have had five parcels delayed for over a week, one for twelve days, because Hermes regularly seems unable to find anyone to deliver to my area. But apprently that is something Trustpilot doesn't want its users to know. I have asked Trustpilot about the proportion of the reviews removed that are negative but, despite their claims of "transparency", they seem unable to provide this information. I have posted the same reviews in the profiles, Hermesparcelnet, Myhermes and Hermes (without the 'UK') that Hermes hasn't claimed and makes no payment for and they haven't been removed. Why hasn't the "advanced software" deemed them "suspicious".

Trust Pilot invited me to review a company I dealt with and when I posted a negative honest review I was threatened by this company and it appears that Trust Pilot is OK with this behavior as now the review has been flagged and Trust Pilot are demanding I provide evidence I even ever had dealings with the company they invited me to review in the first place!!!!! What a joke!

3 time I have been contacted by trustpilot stating the seller is questioning if my purchase was legitimate...several months after the purchase and asking for documentation of proof of purchase. They have already removed 2 of my reviews and it won't be long before this one is removed too...its scam review site...should be renamed UnTrustworthyPilot.

Trustapilot is totally corrupted. They removed negative reviews for well known bad companies despite order numbers and proofs. They of course cannot be contacted.

Absolute scummy staff members, all their email replies are just copy and pasted, and apparently you can review someone after a year, that's their words not mine, absolutely disgusted with them.

Legitimate reviews removed because advertisers pay them This is a SHAM of a company. If you write a real review for one of their advertisers, they will remove it. There was no reason for my legitimate review to be removed of puppies.co.uk. Because the owners complained it got flagged and removed from the site. How is that a genuine review site? JOKE I will review both trust pilot and puppies with google and reviews.io, check out their review of trustpilot. 1.3 out of 5 with 2000 reviews says it all
