Customer service treats you like a criminal when all you're trying to do is create an online profile to purchase a pair of R3000 sneakers. So glad I read these reviews before ordering online. Went to exchange in 14 days was told the sale ended 04-Aug but I can exchange, but have to pay in the price difference. Customer service could not assist me 31-Jul to get the right size, advised to purchase online, once I receive the order I can exchange the gift item for that one. The order placed 31-Jul only arrived 12-Aug. Now I must pay the current price of the item and not the sale price it was purchased at.”
