“I bought clothes online. Wrong item was delivered. I emailed them some one called said i must return to nearest store. At wonder park they said sorry cant help they took the item and said they will send it to online store. I emailed again because no one called me like the people from truworths wonder park said they would. The online store now refused to help me.”
“I called the shop (Identity Merino Mall)1501 earlier today to find out about the product i needed to purchace, Unfortunately I couldn't get hold of the shops phone line. Luckily I managed to get the store supervisors contact (Welter Masingi) details and quickly called him. The guy was off duty at home but the moment i told him that i have been struggling to get hold of the shop he immediately stopped whatever he was doing to kindly help me. He Asked what it was that i was seeking to buy, unfortunately for me the item was out of stock on their shop then He called the other shop to find out if they got it. Im really happy and greatful for the Service i got from Welter Masingi, He's been really professional at his job and to think that he went all out to help me even though getting help from a shop that isn't even his.Big up Welter you are a 🌟”

“I went to the store for a return which was a gift 🎁 and was refused. I phoned the person that gifted and they refused to accept the receipt on whatsapp and the gifted person word. Bad service. I phoned the customer service and they were not helpful. I still got the item and not sure what to do with it 😕. I checked online to buy the item and only to be told it can be bought in store only. Phoned the store and they were not helpful 😒.”

I even phoned in advance and asked them to keep cash aside for me but no joy. Staff say they are unable to refund to my credit card. When r the unavailable items gonna be available.. Cuz most of the product are not available in certain sizes, does it take the whole year to get different sizes or??...”
