I wish I read comments before I used this company. Such bad service and products quality is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. AVOID!

Horrendous customer service. Ordered a t-shirt, never received, issued a refund after a month of waiting. Again, ordered another t-shirt and a jacket. Production time is advertised at approx 3 days; however, after more than 7+ days, have yet to receive a dispatch date. I've repeatedly messaged customer service for a status update and no response!!! Will NEVER order from them again!

STAY WAY! I should have read the reviews before the order....this is a fake company.....no order received,no one answers calls either sales or customer support or email.

Never ordering from this company again! Placed an order on 3rd May the standard delivery was going to be 4 working days i received it 16 days later!! Not only i’ve tried to contact customer services but left several voice messages and sent numerous emails!! The don’t bother answering the phone even though you’re number one on the queue. They don’t return your calls and don’t reply your emails! My order was meant to be my friend’s daughter birthday present and it was a total shamble! The quality of the tshirt isn’t great either! Let’s see if i get their attention now!

Ordered a T shirt in early Aprilfor a birthday waited until May no sign of goods . Emailed company towing they said they were waiting for stock . Why was this no highlighted on initial order . No one has contacted or updated Me if the stocks are in . Total disappointment and would not recommend this company

Not a good company to go to they don’t answer the phone when you want to speak to them trying to send them an email it just says try again later because of there servers and they don’t do fast delivery like they say to you it’s an over a 10 day delivery which I’ve ask for 2 it’s pathetic

I ordered a T-shirt for a friends birthday. Ordered it a month in advance due to covid-19, I knew there would be delays in delivery. Her birthday has come and gone. Leaving both me and my friend disappointed as her birthday present wasn’t here. Communicated with a team member who was very helpful but nonetheless. No item. I was told it would be here by the following Wednesday and nothing. I’ve asked for a full refund and was emailed back the same minute. Leading me to believe this company had no intention of ever sending my item. Please don’t waste your time or money on this company

Horrible service would never order it again there express delivery is a lie at all times u get your money back but the order takes at least a month so don’t waste your time with The website I also missed a specially moment for my baby big day 👊🏻

Such a shame, I used to order from this site regularly as their print and quality is good for what I needed. However, this time I had ordered personalised hoodies for the family and specifically my nieces birthday to make it extra special in quarantine. The site stated 5-7 days so I had ordered 2 weeks in advance giving plenty of time in case there was a delay in delivery. I did not hear from the company, so I sent an email and they said my delivery would be with me before the long weekend and in time for my nieces birthday. Still nothing had arrived, so I had to follow up again myself and this time they told me they had run out of stock....?!W?T?F! Still nothing has arrived, no compensation, poor customer service. I could have made alternative arrangements had they been honest and engaged with me from the get go. Such a shame as I loved this company and used to tell all my friends to personalise their hoodies from here. But after this experience I do not think I use them again.

I recently ordered a personalised hoodie off the t shirt studio,great quality printing. Super fast and efficient with there delivery, even with the pandemic we are all in. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Will definitely be using them again.

Waiting for a delivery, keep chasing, keep being told they are extremely busy because of Covid 19, although looking at past reviews (which I wish I had seen previously) it's not Covid 19, it's basic poor service, promising something they cannot deliver, I'm 10 days waiting, the special birthday has been & gone, I won't be ordering from them again

Nothing arrived so checked online after a week and was still in production stage. Called up and was told it would be sent next day. That didn’t happen. No communication, cannot believe what is on the website. Wish I hadn’t wasted my time, had ordered for an event that I missed because of this company.

Amazing quality amazing picture of what I wanted and because I make a mistake of the writing I emailed them and they corrected it for me I’m so glad I go my hoodie here brilliant service and also really quick delivery definitely buying from here again couldn’t Reccomend it enough brilliant

T-shirt studio advertised express delivery in time for Xmas. So I ordered a Xmas gift for my son from them. Sadly it didn’t arrive. My £7 express del charge was refunded and was told the sweatshirt was being del - again it did not arrive. A week later and into the new year I again had to email complaining. The sweatshirt did eventually arrive by express del jan 2nd. By this time I was no longer giving a Christmas gift, sharing the joy between family, by the time it arrived it just an afterthought. I will not be ordering from from them again and would not recommend either. Very poor, misleading service.

After 8 previous orders with T-shirt studio, I purchased an item 3rd December trusting that it would arrive in time for an event. I selected a 4 working day service, meaning the order should have been with me 9th December.  By the 9th there was still no signs of the order being dispatched, so I contacted tshirt studio and received a reply the following day. A staff member apologised, and assured me that the item was being printed and posted that day. She also confirmed my delivery had been upgraded to Express, so I awaited its arrival the following day. The 11th arrived, then the 12th and still no signs of my order. I again contacted Tshirt studio and was told sorry, production hadn't informed customer service of any issues so they weren't aware the order hadn't been dispatched as planned. I reiterated that the item was purchased for an event so I required it to arrive the following day. That evening, I received a dispatch email confirming the order was finally on it's way using an express service. The day of the event that I had made the purchase for arrived, and I was relieved I'd be receiving it albeit at the last minute.. but I should have realised by now, TShirt Studio cant be trusted. My order hadn't been dispatched and I wasn't going to receive it in time for the event. I again contacted Tshirt Studio, and was told sorry, the order will be with you tomorrow (a Saturday, when I'm not at work to receive it). Instead of feeding me a weeks worth of lies, why did Tshirt Studio not just admit they're experiencing delays and allow me the opportunity to order from a more reliable company in time for the event? Where is their in house communication? Why am I constantly chasing them for information when its basic customer service to get in touch and inform me should any issues arise? As a result of the terrible service I've received, Tshirt Studio refunded my order. After receiving it upon my return to work this morning, that's just as well. The print quality is appalling (Tshirt Studio didnt inform me of any issues with the image) and there is white print residue all over the garment that's proving impossible to remove. They couldn't give this stuff away. Today marks almost 2 weeks since I ordered from this company using a 4 working days service. Its arrived appallingly late and in shocking condition. I'd strongly advise potential customers not to trust the last Christmas order dates on their website - its evident they cant keep up with demand and are pushing out shoddy work way later than promised. I'd urge Tshirt Studio to protect what's left of its reputation by refusing any further orders until their customer service and print quality has been addressed.

Beware! I would strongly advise to find another company!! I ordered a gift for a friend's secret santa on the 29th November, on a 4 day delivery. 4 days past, I emailed them, they replied saying my package hadn't even been dispatched yet, but that it would arrive by Saturday or Monday the 9th at the latest! Monday came and went and i emailed AGAIN only to be told my item STILL hadn't been dispatched!!! Tuesday was our secret santa day, so my friend did not get a gift. The woman, Jo, promised that she would dispatch it that day on a next day delivery so it would arrive on Wednesday, guaranteed. So I rearranged with my friend to come over in the evening on Wednesday to get her present. Today is Wednesday, no delivery. I emailed them yet AGAIN, And they didn't reply. Royal mail has emailed me saying my delivery is due Thursday. So my friend has been let down twice now, and today was the last chance to give her the gift in person. Although I was refunded, I ordered this item almost 2 weeks ago, on a 4 day delivery. There is no excuse for the sh*t service I received. It is absolutely clear that these people cannot run a business. And I strongly advise you avoid them if you can, especially before Christmas.
