“I love TSM's quarantine practices. That is what keeps me coming back to them time and time again. They also ship fish and corals nicely. Everything arrives alive and healthy. I wish that they had a bit more inventory, and that their customer service chat was more quickly responsive, but I am picking nits. They are a great retailer and reefing resource.”

“The fish I received are fantastic and this is my second order. All fish ate within the first few hours of being introduced. The only issue I have is that on my most recent order, I had a orange back fairy wrasse that was canceled and refunded for some reason. I wasn't notified until the order was already prepared for shipment. I would've love to have substituted for another wrasse as there were others I liked. Other than that, the fish have been excellent.”

“My fish arrived healthy and eating right out of the bag. It was packaged well, and everything was still warm despite February shipping in NewEngland. Email response time from customer service is not great, but a phone call is quickly answered. This was my second order with TSM and I will again. I highly recommend TSM for your fish.”

“The overall experience was good. The fish received was healthy and in good condition. However, when I placed the order, it asked me to pick a delivery date. However, I didn’t receive any shipping update on the selected delivery date. The next day I did get an email stating that the fish was going to be ready to be shipped the next day. The fact that they are calling the shipping date as delivery date is misleading and also they should ensure that the delivery dates displayed are accurate.”

“Really great communication and the fish were packed very professionally. They all arrived healthy but underweight and much smaller than I expected. I have quarantined all of them and they are eating well. Credit to the team at TSM for their qt process and the fact that all the fish are eating before they are sold. I will definitely be purchasing more fish from these guys!”

“The fish showed up in perfect condition, all of them are eating, have really nice color and the perfect size.The packaging was a heavy-duty Styrofoam container, with heat packs, and all the fish were double bagged with lots of water. The reason for 4 stars is that one fish didn’t make it threw quarantine, so I didn’t receive that fish. I thought they purchased multiples of the fish you requested for that reason, so that was vary disappointing. I will purchase fish from there again.”

“I ordered twice - one in early and the other in mid December. I asked for both orders to be shipped together and the earlier order delayed to ship the same time as the latter. No confirmation if my request was possible. Both orders were to be shipped on January 20. I still haven't heard word of shipment by January 27 so I emailed them. Due to several weather related delays, fish didn't go out till February 9. Out of 3 fish I ordered, they couldn't find one of them for some reason. Cost of fish was promptly refunded. Fish came on February 10 (basically 2 months after ordering), fat, healthy, and eating the next day they were in the tank. Overall communication could be better but the quality of fish were excellent.”

“My experience was pretty much 5 star. Customer service was great and their response was immediate. The two fish I purchased looked great and are healthy. I would have rated 5 stars but the Blue Hippo Tang was in water that was around 119sg. I was not expecting that and it took me a long time to acclimate the fish to my tank at 126 sg. The Yellow Tang's water was close to 126 sg as I was expecting. I am local so I am lucky to be able to pickup my purchases and not have to rely on the mail.”
