“Had a great experience. Found some Birkenstock's that were not available anywhere else, and got them early enough to put under the Christmas tree. Made my son's Christmas wish come true! Thank you for actually keeping these shoes in stock so they were available when needed! I will go to Tyler's when I am looking for shoes in the future.”

“I am thoroughly impressed and happy with the entire process of ordering from Tyler's. Their selection had exactly what I was searching for, and ordering was so easy, I did it on my phone while traveling! My package arrived in record time. I will definitely be ordering from Tyler's again.”

“I ordered the wrong size and when we tried to exchange it the color in her size was not what she wanted. However the phone assistant at Tyler's was excellent in handling my return. I would highly recommend doing business with their mail-order department. I will be shopping with Tyler's again.”

“The hat I ordered was not great quality. Printed on design rather than embroidered. The hat looks cheap even though it wasn’t at all. The box came crushed and the hat was not packed well to keep it in new condition. It was just inside a Tyler’s bag and put in a box, so the hat was crushed too.”
