Do not book with these clowns!!! That is the polite word for them! Spent all day searching the best option to get me back on the road yesterday, after having a severely flat tyre at home. Thought everything was too good to be true....as it was just going to smoothly. Tyres on the drive had the tyres I wanted, they were reasonably priced, fitted quickly etc etc....thought I may as well have the other tyres done at the same time. So they took my money as quickly as I needed this issue sorted, I get a few texts to say we will be with you tomorrow.....blah blah blah....even get one this very morning - the day of fitting to tell me an ETA....then no later than half an hour after that text - i get a call - "sorry Mrs Smith, we cannot deliver your tyres today, however we have taken nearly £300 of your money for the privilege and will not be able to refund you for 3-5 working days. Also a supervisor isn't available to speak to at 8.54am as they are all in meetings!!!" What an absolute joke. Thank you for your help!! I will be slating you everywhere possible!

Could not place the order online for the life of me and hand over my cash. Get to payment screen and an error keeps appearing. Called through to Amy who was very rude. I had a reference number for my online order which apparently is completely irrelevant. Started the order from scratch over the phone with Amy and told her my details, exact tyre size and she said that she couldn’t progress until I found the speed rating? She started raising her voice and was adamant that if I didn’t check the speed rating on my existing tyre I would be charged £40 for a call out if incorrect. Surely the speed rating will align with the correct tyre when you enter your registration and select the correct tyre size? (245/35/19) If after the registration and tyre size have been entered and the website is allowing customers to purchase incorrect tyres, surely that is the company’s fault? I’ve used this company before and never had any issues, in fact I have recommended people but I will be going elsewhere out of principle from now on.

Saw a price online tried to book but it wasn’t taking payment, phoned up to be on hold for 30mins for them to tell me they would honour the price but they would have to take payment following day because system was down. I was assured it was all booked in and o could pay tomorrow. When I rang back they said they couldn’t let me have the price and it had gone up by £180. When I asked to speak to manage they said mom was available and they would have to ring back. Still waiting for my phone call!!!! Customer service is terrible wouldn't recommend!! Much better companies around. Photo of the offer below which they said didn’t exist?!

They cancelled my appointment the same day 2 hours before they were due to arrive. Reason was that driver was not available. Weren't able to book another apportionment in 3 days. I told them that I took half day off just for the sake of having this job done and I pay extra to be served between 8am and 12pm . Asked full refund via email, they do not even reply, call them again on the 0800 number, they never picked up the phone. How can they provide a service without guaranteed a backup solution ? This company is a total joke... First and last time I will ever consider their services.

Really disappointing, despite phone calls ahead of time and reassurance from staff (which was recorded but apparently ignored) the fitter went to my billing address instead of the fitting address - which I have been charged for. I've been told there are no managers or supervisors to talk to about this and when I asked for further contact details I was hung up on.

They cancelled my appointment 2 hours before they were due to arrive. Weren't able to book me in for another 2 days but I need the car for work. Asked for refund - it will take up to 5 working days to get my money back. An absolute joke of a company! First and last time I will use them

I'd give no stars if I could. Wish I had read the reviews first. Took my money, I booked a four hour slot, they never turned up. Over 4 hours on hold in total. They suddenly now can't come out for over a week. Ruined my weekend away. And to cap it all 5 days later they still have not refunded my money. Bunch of clowns. Really don't bother

Update on my order of 4 tyres and them stealing £500 off me! After a day of them not showing up and reluctantly agreeing to another day guess what....... They still haven't turned up.... Late again and that's even if they bother to show up! This is by far the least professional company I have ever dealt with! What's the point in paying for a time slot when they clearly don't own a watch!! Stay away from this joke company and pay an extra £15 to a Company that actually cares about its customers!

Easy to order process, great in principal, then came the fitting .! Turned up at my daughters on time, 10 out of 10 Fitted one of two tyres with no issues.. great .! Apparently the bolts were to tight on second wheel so the fitter left the job and tyre and we were told we needed to go to a proper tyre centre to have it fitted as they have proper equipment like air tools etc.! Defeats the whole point of having a mobile fitter to your home if they don't come equipped to do the job. As it happens the car was taken to a "proper tyre centre" and he manage to remove the bolts with a standard wheel brace bar they use with no issues which was a little frustrating and the fitter who refused said they would all snap if he tried .? Hmm I think I will heed his advice and in the future use a proper tyre centre and save having to call to receive a refund for unfitted tyre and then find someone will to fit my own brand new tyre which some didn't seem interested in doing unless I bought it from them.

Tyres havent turned up and no call or email to say what's happening. Been on hold for over 3 hours!! Terrible service and that's after they have taken £500 off me!! Where are my tyres???

It's a gamble using these people! Bought 4 tyres for fitting etc,(£400) mechanic came out, checked lock and bolts were good to proceed,said all ok, then using an impact gun instead of a manual bar broke the wheel lock and damaged the nut. Told me to sort the problem and once I had taken it to another garage to fix I could book them to come out again but at extra charges!! Called customer services and i was told they don't deal with complaints over the phone (I wonder why?!) I had to write or email. I now have to pay a garage for new wheel lock set and fittings etc when I already have spent my budget on tyres on drive. I can see this going to small claims court to get any response or any money back which is stress and hassle not needed if they just fixed the problem they caused!

Excellent service ,pleasant mechanic ,no hassle ,no fuss .would 100% use them again .would have been lost without them .so happy to have my car back on the road .

They charged me 40£ for not existing service! I was away from home for a few minutes and driver was not willing wait for me 15 minutes instead told me I will be charged 40£ and order cancelled. I tried call to customer service but line was "busy" for almost 30 minutes and I give up! Stay away from them I will certainly do after this experience!!! I have to replace a tires somewhere else after 4 days waiting for them to come..

I have used these many times before and they been fine. But lately they're customer service is horrific. I booked 4 tyres to be fitted on bank holiday (online) literally 12 hours before fitting (at 10pm) I get a call to say as it's bank holiday they can't fit. I asked them why they left it so late to notify me and why the option wasn't blanked out online? Today they turn up at my house and say they can't fit my tyres because "I can't get tyre off the rim, I think when you had them powder coated the tyre has stuck to the rim". So I asked them.if they can still try and fit them, he refused. I said can I have my tyres then? I will go elsewhere. But they don't have the insurance apparently to drop tyres off!!!! How can tyres stick to a rim if they were powdercoated and baked? I rang office and asked for some sort of discount or at least to drop tyres off and they can't as they have a 30min fitting time (even though I was booked from 0800-1200? In my book that ls 4 hours!!!

Had four new tyres put on. When I went to the car this morning the back tyre was flat. On contacting the number given I was told you couldn’t fix it until the following day. I’m a home carer and had elderly vulnerable clients waiting. I’m now £65 out of pocket due to not being able to go to work and taking it to another garage to be fixed. Absolute joke. When I asked to speak to a senior member of staff, I was told they come in later so I can’t speak to them. When national tyres fixed the tyre they told me the rim hadn’t been cleaned and a corrosion had been missed, causing the tyre not to be sealed to the rim correctly. Hence the flat tyre. I will be claiming my wages back, even if I have to go to small claims court I will get it back. Shame on you tyres on the drive

Extremely BAD Customer service!!!!! 1: Cancelled my arranged fitting date for four expensive tyres! 2: Refused to come back to replace a FAULTY leaking valve (that they had supposedly fitted????) A regrettably bad experience as Nobody in the company would listen to my genuine need and complaint, totally ignoring the UK Consumer rights act 2015. Pathetic!!!!!

Should not have used them again, spent.? £1000 last July, 4 tyres for my audi, turned up with Mercedes fitment, turned up today with incorrect tyres again, 30 mins late, charging me 40 quid for the privelage, thieving robdogs, don't use this Company, go to your local tyre company, save yourself a lot of agro

I am disappointed that you have fitted… I am disappointed that you have fitted one tyre from 2018 and one from 2016 (we are in 2019 August) . How is that possible? You deprived me of at least one year of life on both tyres. After paying that amount of money I was expecting top quality on the tyres, but unfortunately you failed to deliver. The team that did the fitting, were great, true professionals. I have emailed you asking for explanations, but no response up to this stage. Very disappointed
