Wouldn’t recommend using this company. Fitter turned up and wouldn’t replace tyres as I had different tyres on the car to the ones bought, even tho the tyres on the car were incorrect and the tyres bought were the correct ones and recommended on their website. Then he told me I have directional tyres on the car and the ones bought are not directional. I told him the website never gave me the option for this. Tried calling the company several times but had no luck, was on hold for 30 mins both times.

If I could give a minus score I could. I ordered a tyre to be fitted, the fitter turned up two hours later than the slot I booked but that’s by the by however, he confirmed that my tyre was in fact repairable and he screwed the screw that was causing the puncture right into my tyre to make a temporary seal, inflated the tyre and confirmed it sealed, so he said go and get it repaired ASAP and he would get Tyres On My Drive to reimburse me as he did not fit the tyre I had already paid for. Well, three weeks later and after a number of emails to Tyres On The Drive asking when my refund will be processed, I have not even been contacted to say that they have received my complaint and it is being even looked at. If this is their level of customer service, I wouldn’t even bother and actually, there’re not that cheap.

my appointment was cancelled on the day it was supposed to happen. My car was 20 miles from my house in a car park and I got confirmation text with a time slot. Then later a call to say the mechanic was sick they booked me in for the next day but as my car was 20 miles from home i need to sort transport home, then transport back to work/my car for the day of the newly scheduled appointment. The service on the day from the mechanic was fine but having been cancelled and told by Katie on the phone from head office that there was absolutely nobody i could speak to about covering my taxi expenses (and i emailed customer service and didn't get a response) i am out of pocket and uncompensated. For this reason i would use another company in future and will never be recommended tyres on the drive, due to their bad customer service and timekeeping.

I booked for a Tyre to be fitted due to a puncher 20th June 2019. mistakenly the Tyre should have been a run flat. the driver told me I would receive a phone call to re-arrange. I mention I have a baby and that I have to keep pumping the wheel up twice daily. I emailed after a few days with no reply - then after 8 days I contacted them again as I couldn't cope with the tyre deflating (now to be pumped 5 times daily). I was told they would come Monday (now Friday) I would be charged an extra £45 due to the mistaken tyre plus another £30 for the tyre the whole thing cost £195.00 for a run flat tyre for a mini. I cannot say what it cost me in the 8 days I've waited and been ignored. My 2 directors were purchasing and now stopped so they have lost out. I explained the situation to Callum at the call center who did not give a damn. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!! PLEASE BE WARNED THIS IS AN OVER PRICES COMPANY

Fitter arrived substantially late. When asked why he was late, he said there was no reason, he just arrived late. Fitted tires but left them under-inflated so I had to go to the garage to re-inflate. Didn't clean the wheels although I paid for it.

Suspects product, (tyres), extremely poor service, (fitter refused to fit tyre because it was too difficult), and no sign of wanting to make good with any form of compensation. DO NOT USE this company.

Needed 4 tyres; all prebooked and paid for. I even paid 3 pounds for assured fitting between 12 and 4pm, still no one turned up-not even a courtesy call. When attempting to contact, at 4:45pm, I was kept waiting on hold for over 10 mins before someone answered and was told that the engineers phone was switched off. Just ridiculous and unprofessional. I won't be using them again. Halfords-shame on you for recommending them!

Never pay upfront. The technician attended made a feeble effort to get the tyre off, then says sorry can do but you will be charged £40 callout charge. The support then says sorry your problem. Would not use them ever again. Seems that I am not alone, but they do not care.

£800 pounds for 4 tyres and still not fitted. Damaged my diamond cut wheel on the first attempt (Engineer reported yet I still had to go through the complaints process) Then had to send another van two days later, only to be called this morning to say the engineer can't come today as the equipment on the van is broken. Offered that I could go and get them fitted elsewhere and they "MAY" offer me a discount. Tyres on the Drive that can't fit 4 tyres on my drive!

This is the second time I have used this company they are both quick efficient and very professional.Ricky W and Jordan A were very nice lads and done a superb job.Its far much better for them to come to you it saves time and money.I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend this company to supply new tyres for anyone.Great job lads well done.👍

i have heard some bad stories about this company but needed tryes urgently and they could fit a day earlier than anyone else. organised a date and time, no attempt to contact me and then sent me an email saying they have tried to contact me several times. I had zero missed calls and no attempt was made by the driver to come and knock on as any normal person would do. I was told that the drivers do not leave there vans all day even for a toilet break or food, which i found hard to believe and they then tried to charge me £40 because they employee lazy installers who wont get off there backside to walk 10 feet. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Terrible terrible service never again.

Ordered 2 tyres for my LDV Convoy van, arranged a fitting time - thursday evening. I get a phone call Thurs am advising they had not got my tyres would I accept an alternative and a 2 hr fitting slot on Saturday. Friday am I get another call, they cannot get my alternative tyres could I accept a different brand, same saturday fitting. Saturday morning comes and I get a call saying the fitter is running late, he turned up half an hour outside the fitting time, only to be told he had not got a socket to fit my wheels and did not know the correct torque setting for the wheel nuts - he went on to say he was just a trainee and was not authorised to work on bigger vehicles. When I rang the office to complain I was told their jacks are not rated to lift a larger commercial vehicle. They should not make such big claims on their website and should have declined the job at the outset. I have now had to hire another van to cover the saturday night delivery run, and although he left the tyres if I want those tyres fitted I am going to have to pay a local company to do it. Definately not pleased at all

I went with the tyres that were recommended on the website after putting my reg number in. The size was correct but apparently the speed rating was wrong. I was told by the fitted they were for commercial vehicles. Why would they recommend commercial tyres for my car exactly? I told them I wanted a refund and I'm being charged £40 for the pleasure. I'll never use these con artists again

Ordered three tyres and they replaced my three week old tyre instead of a flat one. Has taken many phone calls and 4 days to get them to fix this. After sales service is poor. The customer service team and the technicians don’t seem to talk to each other.
