Multiple drivers decided not to pick up my order, this has happened multiple times. Waste of time. They suck and don’t deserve even 1 star.

Worst delivery drivers ever. I use ubereats nearly every other day and very often is my food lazily taken to the wrong door! TWO nights in a row this just happened AGAIN and Ubereats has the nerve to say I'm ineligible for my own money back. Somebody should sue this platform.

I have had 6 uber eats deliveries. One has been good. I AM DONE. NOT WORTH THE EXPENSE. ALL HAVE BEEN COLD. DELIVERED IN NON MICROWAVABLE CONTAINERS. DO NOT ASSUNE RESTAURANT QUALITY TO GO.

I order through them often and every time I have something missing never fails. My past order was for McDonald's I spent right under $70 and was missing 4 things they won't refund a part of it. I wasnt asking for a full refund just what is owed for what was missing. I will no longer order from this, this was the last straw. I suggest you do the same

I ordered food for my family & I so we could eat @ 1:20am & no one came to pick up the order so we ended up driving to the place to get our food @ 2am. This isn’t what I had in mind whenever I heard this was a great service. You really shouldn’t be offering this kind of service if you can’t deliver on it. What a shame…….. I hope people see this so they can avoid this situation that I’m in @ the moment….. I will never use this BS service again!!!! I give this five thumbs down!!!!!

NO WONDER 'UBEREATS' HAS SO MANY "SINGLE STAR" REVIEWS!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service! My order was left at the wrong house, refund was denied, customer service refused to help me because order showed as "delivered", the driver did go get my order after texting with him and finally brought it to my house after Uber would NOT help me... so the driver did his job but food (french dip) was cold and tasted terrible! Uber claims that customer service is a priority but that is clearly not the case. I've used Doordash as well and Doordash has a better selection of restaurants and will work with it's customers when problems occur! Stay away from Uber Eats... I spent $700-$800 in 3 weeks with them and it didn't mean a thing to them! They do NOT value their customers and could care less if you have a problem with an order! Mark P

Uber eats driver stole my food. I placed an order today for $63. Hungry we waited for the food. Tracked the food and it said the driver was at the store picking up the food. 5 mins later tracked the food and the order was canceled by the driver. I called the store and they said a uber eats driver picked up the food. I Called customer service and they said I can not get a refund and they can not send another driver to get my food. I feel that I have been robbed by uber eats. That was my last $100 dollars and I spent the $63 because we don't have any food in the house. They left me and my kids hungry and would not give me a refund even though the situation was not my fault and was out of my control! This place is a scam and they steal your money. I would not ever shop there again and do not recommend that anyone shops there. I'm also calling the Better Business Bureau in the morning because Uber Eats is a scam not a business!!

Uber eats happily steals $100!!! When the driver arrived he messaged us "I've arrived" and came to the door, but it was the wrong order and he was standing there with a bottle of wine. We spoke to him AT THE DOOR!! There was no delays or waiting period for the driver what so ever!!! The driver then went to his car, took a photo of the STEERING WHEEL (wrong practice and I know since I have done some deliveries for you before!) and wrongly completed the order!!! Since then we have been FIGHTING with Uber Eats to get our money back and they are ignoring our tickets, they say the driver waited for us for 5 minutes, which is simply untrue and HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE OUR ORDER!!! IT WAS WRONG - THE DRIVER STUFFED UP ROYALLY - THIS IS NOT OKAY!!! You have lost two GOOD customers! I am even subscribed to UberOne, but not anymore. You don't treat repeat customers like this!! Awful behavior!!

I placed a $200 order when we had family over for Sunday lunch. The driver apparently took my food somewhere 10 minutes from my house and enjoyed it with her family. She was parked at the home for 1 hour and then "drove by my house." Said "I've arrived." I immediately replied to her and went out. She was not there. I tracked her on the app, and she was increasing her distance from my home. She stole my food, did not attempt delivery, and all UberEats can say is, "Sorry here's $16." Never again!

I ordered UberEATS and put my correct address however I never received my order a photo was provided of another house when my address was clearly on the app and on my front door. When I reached out to UberEATS they advised me my order was not eligible for a refund . This was the third time in a row my order was delivered somewhere else. When I called them all the reps are on robot mode and speak specifically on scripts. Uber eats is absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had . PS DO NOT ORDER FROM UBEREATS OR POST MATES AS THIER THE SAME COMPANY.

I had a $42 order but the food never arrived. I contacted ubereats next day and sent them an email to solve the problem. Didn’t get any reply the contacted the again but they said the money can’t be refunded since it’s more than 48 hours. I will and make sure my friends will never use ubereats anymore!!!!!

Enables scammers and ensures they walk free! Someone was using my card unauthorised to order hundreds of pounds worth of food and they allegedly found a link between my account and the person that has been ordering - I have never come across that name in my life, how do they have access to my card and are linked to me is beyond me. They are now refusing to discuss the issue further and are REFUSING to refund me 538 pounds. Unbelievable.

I agree with many people here; it is absolutely the worst customer service ever! I will say that they used to be good, responsive and extremely helpful. As of late, something has changed, and I'm so glad that I do not pay for Uber One. On February 5, I created a group order, and an item was left off of one of my coworker's orders. I submitted a ticket, and the usual, I was told that someone was looking into it. A week later, I checked on the status and received the same response. Two weeks later, I check the status, and the ticket was archived stating that a resolution had been reached. I resubmitted the ticket, and I was told they were aware of the issue and working to fix it. I asked what was the holdup, that it had been over two weeks. I stated this was very unprofessional and unfair to the person who did not receive the order she paid for. I was told they escalated the issue and are working hard to find a solution. I guess if this is an escalated issue, everyone in that department must be dead, because there has not been a resolution, and they previously tried to close the case without resolving the issue. True, it is only $4 and some change, but it is the principle of the matter that gives me pause... Uber, you really need to work on this, as your ratings on several sites are reflective of the level of service you have provided.

I placed an order, was told the driver was 2 minutes out, I went to door to accept order and the driver cancelled my order. When I requested to connected to the driver for more information I was denied and then told I would be charged for my order regardless. I spoke to 3 different customer service representatives and none of them were able to rectify this situation. So I am getting charged for an order I never received. I WOULD NOT recommend using Uber Eats...It is completely unacceptable treatment of a customer that Uber Eats does not hold their drivers accountable and essentially permit them to steal from their customers.
