This company has the worst customer service. I was charged for an item that was never filled and that I never received. The store told me to cancel because my order wasn’t in stock and Uber charged me. Uber refused to refund or even credit me. It’s the worst company and I’d rather use DoorDash

I would leave zero stars. I placed an order and had a large part of my order missing. I had to wait 3 days for someone to contact me to tell me that me order I received was correct. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible policies.

When somebody says buy one get one free that usually means you’ll get two of whatever you order! I just paid $28 for a single hero. I will never order from Uber eats again….. FU Uber eats you suck I wish you were here punch in the face

Uber eats has been AWFUL with timely delivery. Customer service is a JOKE! They are RUDE and not helpful at all! They told me that it didn’t matter if my food was cold or not! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!

When McDonald's messed up on both coffee's and 2 stripsof bacon, we let them know and only refunded 1 coffee. My husband and I did not get a refund 1 coffee and 2 bacon strips. Then they want us to just reorder, I can see why, we have to pay more fee's putting more money in their pockets. That's what con artist and scammers do. If you want to keep customers MAKE IT RIGHT. Reorder it without expecting your customers to pay twice, and then you will be a honest good company.

You people are beyond horrible you have no respect for your customers I got someone else's food I sent you pictures and the receipt about six times and you did nothing but send me a reply that you had delivered my order I give you a pin when we hang off but I have no clue what I am getting until I am obviously able to get in my house and check and then I see I got the wrong order and you people are so scandalous you don't care about your customers I never have had to deal with such a horrible place that lies and places blame on everyone else your customer service is garbage you do nothing for the customers your horrible look at your reviews you people need to be out out of business hopefully that will happen soon I will never order nothing from you lying thieves again

We ordered food at 13:00. I live 5 minutes away from McDonald's via car, I cannot drive due to my leg Injury and my kids were hungry and wanted McDonald's so I thought I'd order McDonald's app because it's more convenient, little to know they use Uber eats as their courier, the driver went to the other side of my town which is about 20 minutes away and then turned up at my house with stone cold food. I called customer services and complained for a refund which they didn't give me. They just came up with scripted responses like I was talking to a robot. I then requested to talk to a manager which then sounded like she was in a snowstorm somewhere because I could not hear a word she said, she also had the same scripted answers. I then began to explain my problem to her, her name being 'Goha Fatima' and she put the phone down on me? Absolutely bizzare how this company is still standing at this point. AVOID and use just eat instead.

I was missing items, 2 drinks I paid for. This has happened a few times. They are always like we will look into it and then nothing . I am so done with paying for things I don not receive and they do not care.

I used uber eats for the first time in Paris as a tourist. I was bery hingry that time coz I just landed from the airport. When the delivery came, he did not come to my unit and left without giving my food. I message uber eats customer service as I wanted to refund or atleast tell the driver to come back since I was so hungry and I was new in Paris that time. The customer service did not refund my money. Uber eats is a SCAM. Do not ever try to order food here. They should be banned forever. Uner eats sucks!!!

If I could give you people a zero I would you are the worst people I have ever done buisness with all's you do is run customers in circles you steal you lie your customer service is extremely horrible I ordered Wendy's ended up with someone's 70.00 worth of Indian food I contacted you provided you with the pics and pics of the receipt my name clearly was not on the receipt I uploaded so much proof you kept sending me a message saying you delivered my order ok well where did my food end up at you shift blame on everyone else you people are so dishonest and crooked it makes me sick I will never trust you liers again your thieves and liers and I provided you with way to much evidence to prove I had someone else's order I'm sick of you people all's you do is lie I hope nobody orders through these liers because they will rip you off and they treat customers likes..ksdntyojal

On 11/1/24, I ordered food delivery through Ubereats. The quoted estimated wait time was an hour from the order being placed. The delivery driver picked up the food 30 minutes after the order was placed. I spoke with them and asked if they had any other deliveries to drop off before delivering mine, and he said yes, he had a "few". My food arrived 45 minutes later, and it was cold. Anyone who uses Ubereats knows that the quoted delivery window shown on the order status screen will update itself by extending the "latest delivery by" number as the order progresses and the first quoted "latest delivery by" time passes by. I attempted to seek recompense through the dystopian chat bot labyrinth, but each agent had the same script, the same copied and pasted chunks of text about how hard Uber is striving to address my concerns and how genuinely invested they personally are in my satisfaction. It will turn out that this is not factually correct! Shocking, I know! The agent assured me that since my order arrived on time (within their quoted timeframe, which kept lengthening as to become meaningless), they can't refund anything. That doesn't make sense, since they kept changing the timeframe they were using to justify their refusal! What's worse, they even said this multiple times: "we don't offer compensation for orders being the wrong temperature." In other words, they do not care if the food is hot or cold when it gets to me. That actually took this cynical soul by surprise. Oh my god [they] admit it. This is evil and they are a soulless company who have customer service in name only. What can be done other than a warning to avoid them at all costs? This is really dystopian and depressing.

I provided the pin to my driver so he could complete the delivery contactless. He ended up using the pin and taking my order lol I’m livid. Support was no help and took no accountability for the driver being dishonest.

After my Uber driver couldn't reach me and didn't leave it inside he took a picture of it on the filthy ground outside the hospital I work at and then took the pizza! Smh..never will I order Uber eats again! I work to hard for my coins! Customer service is even worse! Would they want to eat a pizza off a ground and not be refunded for stolen food..I don't care if protocol wasn't followed..I work in the hospital I was dealing with an admission and then a death. Uber eats do better!!!!!!!

Promoted a BOGO but charged me for both items and then the customer care on refunded part of that money. Apparently system limitations prevented them from refunding the 50% I was due. They make the mistake and th3 customer has to pay for it?!
