My experience was the worst ever. My orginal order went through 4 drivers and was cancelled. When I placed another order food was cold, and I was missing items I called and did the chat and they only refunded me half of my money back. Needless to say the kids and I didn’t eat today thanks Uber Eats for leaving us hanging. I won’t be ordering again with them.

I order food with UberEATs an hour a go. a driver up on arrival I call him.he hung up my call then won’t answer then phone. he completed on app with out delivery. So No more UberEAT.

I...... will NEVER order from UberEats again. I paid for a Mel's Diner order with my $50 UberEats gift card and I received my food at my front door, BUT three hours later my gift card was "declined" even though the payment was actually confirmed. A few days later I received a "Thanks for the Tip" notification displaying my past order receipt (that I've already paid for) but they charged me with my debit card instead. I figured if thats the case i should receive a refund for my $50 gift card,... but NooOOooOoOo... even after I've primarily paid with my gift card for the food order the remaining balance was roughly $4.77 and I checked after I receiving the notification and guess what?............. my gift card balance is empty....... This was my first and last order from UberEats. Goodbye and thank you for listening.

The delivery boy didn't show at my door yet he claim he made the delivery! Usless this site! I will never order with this uber shait site!

It is my daughter’s 21 birthday. I ordered her some special treats as we do not live in the same city. The delivery was suppose to be made between 12-12:30. I got an email at 12:30 saying the delivery person cancelled my order. No reason. No phone call or text. Just an email. Been trying to figure out who or how to talk to someone for the last hour. I don’t know if my credit card will be refunded and I had to tell my daughter her birthday surprise was not coming. I will never use this service again. Ever.

The worst, absolutely awful ”customer service” you will ever receive in your life. You will be lied to, and transferred a good million times. Buckle up. Almost every single one of them needs to be fired and replaced.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! I HAVE USED UBER EATS FOR A FEW YRS NOW. FOUND OUT IF I HAVE AN ITEM MISSING OR GOT A BAD GROCERY ORDER ITEM, THEY'RE SUPPOST TO GIVE YOU A CREDIT, RIGHT??? WELL, GUESS WHAT THE DAY I GOT THE CREDIT IN MY WALLET FOLDER, THAT SAME DAY THEY WENT BACK IN AND TOOK BACK A PORTION OF THE MONEY BACK UNDER A FALSE TIP AND THEN EXACTLY 2 DAYS LATER THEY GO BACK INTO THAT SAME WALLET ACCOUNT AND STEAL THE REST OF THAT CREDIT BACK. IT HAPPENED TO ME TWICE THAT I KNOW ABOUT IN THE EXACT SAME STEPS AND TIME PERIOD IN BETWEEN THE SAME AMOUNT OF DAYS. THAT WAS NO ERROR IT IS A FRAUDULANT BUSINESS PRACTISE. ALSO, IF I ASKED FOR A CREDIT ON MY CARD IT DOESN'T SHOW UP. THIS COMPANY USES THIRD WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE TAKING MY CREDITS BACK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY GO TO SOMEONE ELSE.THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE SORRY BUT WOULD NOT RETURN THE CREDIT THEY TOOK A WEEK LATER WHEN I LOOKED AND FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS FRAUD. I CANCELED MY ACCOUNT RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM UBER EATS.

Got charged for food I never received. Will not be using uber eats again. They said I cancelled the order when I didn't. Got ripped off for $19. Really, with all the money you'll make

I ordered icecream 🍦 the driver called and texted me could not find me but put in the app that she delivered and that was a lie now on top of it uber told me I can't get a refund I dare you do customer like this 😤

My neighbors are very annoyed by delivery cars always parking in my private parking lot when they deliver from UberEATS. I think their behavior is illegal and out of common sense. I hope they will not do it again.

The worst delivery service available. I don’t even care about the poor drivers. There is no way to get in touch with anyone in customer service. They have this BS chat room that provides zero help. I’ve waited over 2 hours for food, and when asking for a refund whoever was on the other side left the chat and couldn’t fulfill my request. Honestly don’t use this service, you’ll be happier getting your order yourself. If I could leave zero stars I would.

First driver (elderly woman) assigned to pick up food drove in circles around the restaurant for over 31 minutes. Called me twice to ask if I had directions, which truly if I knew this was going to be the case I would have picked up the food myself, yet I assumed UberEats had decent drivers capable enough to pick up and drop off food. Arrival time was 450pm. I attempted to contact customer care TWICE for assistance and I was turned away by both agents. Customer service is as bad as the drivers. At 510pm the driver finally released the order and another driver was assigned therefore making the delivery time delayed to 545pm. Note this is 1 hour and 35 minutes after order purchased. Yet the app states delivery is within 30 minutes. The food arrived disgusting. Beyond soggy, cold, and watery. Nothing I could do would have made the food appetizing to eat.

I order food from Dunkin’s and only half of my food way brought to me . So I called Uber eats to tell them that I’m missing food they basically said they couldn’t issue me a refund . So I asked could they call the driver and ask him to go back and get the rest of my food n he said no . I spent $20 and didn’t get what I wanted . The lady from Uber eats customer service was named Mary she was rude as ish . I will never order with Uber eats again . I ain’t get my money or food

Terrible experience. Placed order on 21 December 2023. Delivery time passed - it showed on app as delivered but never arrived. Tried to contact help but got transferred to someone else then kicked out of the automated system as delivery time had passed. Claimed a refund and was refused on “policy” grounds to protect others customers - whatever that is meant to mean. Wrote a formal complaint to the CEO - no response. I reclaimed on my credit card and was refunded in full. I’ll never use them again and given how common a problem this seems to be, I’m amazed anyone uses them! How can a business this size operate so dishonestly?

An order was messed up and I had to reorder it again. Ubereats did not apply the credit for the first order and charged an additional $ 30.00 in extraneous fees. When I called I was told that had nothing to do with them. It was the "platform" they said. The platform Ubereats created and the would not refund all the extra fees.
