I'm a customer of every single day on Uber Eats I always get my order in person. Today the driver dropped the order. Somewhere else to a picture. Send it, to me I am still waiting for my food. Where I get normally. I didn't receive my food I called the Driver she said I dropped it somewhere in the front. I said that's not the spot Where you suppose to drop because there is lot of units here Can you go bring my food where it's supposed to come She hang up on me. I called customer service. I told them I didn't receive my food. They said they cannot refund me. I told them I don't want refund just called the driver Tell her to bring my food back. They hang up on me. Then I called again Next customer service picked up She said I am going to help Help me with everything, don't worry. She understood the situation she said wait 2 to5 minutes but After two minutes she hang up on me. Without saying anything. So I called again the next lady said. A supervisor will call with in 24 hour.. the worst customer service ever. I had in my life. It's Uber eat and from now on Uber list is not in my list. I am taking to somewhat else not uber eat not worth of our penny

At all cost do not get this app and DO NOT CONNECT YOUR CARD. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR B.S CHARGES THEN TELL YOU IT NEVER HAPPEN UNLESS YOU HAVE THE SCREEN SHOT AND EVEN THEN IT IS B.S.. I tell everyone I know not to use this app. Time after time they show me how TRASH THEY ARE

We are the merchant given our customers service. Uber eats put it limits on the customer ordering for the adjustment. Worse update we ever received.

Never ever use Uber eats !! They stole from me today well at lease there driver did I order from a Austin bq . The driver picked order never delivered order say he was on property I walked the property an text back and forth for 35 minutes timer even lapsed he never show while texting I was outside waiting in middle of conversation he say he can’t find gps and then put delivered. I call them they never try for me only conclusion no refund. I cancel there service immediately an I had just signed up two days ago

uber eats did not deliver the food to address and dumped it on a wall somewhere with the picture, no call no contact and no refund upon complaint. no idea where this is as its not at my address, 2 hrs wasted on these people and customer services was terrible. avoid at all costs

Do not use Uber eats, order never arrived to the restaurant. Uber at fault, still charged me money. Chat bots give standard answers so they don’t have to pay.

Never turned up and also took the money out of my bank. £22 is alot of money when you don't have it. I'm not very happy and won't be ordering from there again. And they won't even refund my money back.

I ordered from a Mexican place through Uber Eats. But when I received the order it was only half the items. I called the restaurant immediately and they verified that the full order was sent out. So i tried calling the driver but received no response. Then i gave my feedback on uber eats who refunded my money. But this whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Once i started looking online about Uber reviews i felt i made a huge mistake by ordering from this company. Looks like issues like this are common place. Just hoping i have done by job by warning others. Be careful when you order food from Uber.

We ordered food and the UberEATS driver picked up our order…there was a long delay and the app showed the driver not moving, not leaving the restaurant. Shortly after the ETA had passed I get an alert that my order had been CANCELLED. I had to call the restaurant to figure out what happened. The workers told me the driver picked up our order and then got in the car and cancelled our order (the restaurant got the same cancel message). The worker said it’s happened to them 3 times by UberEATS drivers. The restaurant was willing to offer a free pizza and wings even though it was not their fault at all. When I finally got ahold of UberEATS customer service through the App (no doubt AI, not any kind of actual intelligent human) they told me they were willing to give a $10 credit. $10 for me having to order food from a different place and then go out and get it (much later than we expected or wanted to eat) because UberEATS cancelled out order. I called customer service and explained the whole situation, to a real human being this time, after quite a lengthy conversation they were unwilling to give any more than the $10 credit. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Uber Eats has extremely poor customer service. They mischarged me and never corrected it. The only way to contact them is through a chat feature. But the agents there are not able to help and have to pass on these cases to a specialized team who will contact the customer back by email with 6 to 12 hours. The problem is they never do. I have tried 4x and each time you have to explain the situation to each new agent. I tried this for a month before I gave up and deleted the app. I am going to stick with Skip the Dishes here on out. Uber Eats is trash.

I’m never ordering again from Uber eats they never give you a refund last night I mistakenly ordered and less than 3 minutes later I canceled and asked for a refund and they said no that they started my order but it clearly stated it was received not prepared

The order I made was cancelled by restaurant, and I had been called by them saying the Uber eats will refund me. The order I placed is about 4months ago, from that time every month I am sending my concerns to Uber eats. They were saying wait for 10days to get refund but till this date they didn't. And that's not the solution I am seeking as it's not my fault for cancellation. Also the customer service is the worst part in this. Every time after reporting a complaint,they start the conversation and ends the conversation without considering customers. WORLD'S NUMBER ONE FRAUD.

The delivery driver gave my food to the wrong customer, didn’t complete the order. I was still charged for food that never arrived because they messed up. Customer service was very hard to access and when i did get through to customer service on twitter they weren’t completely useless and unhelpful.

Most disgusting company I've ever had to deal with. I am part of Uber one, on two occasions now you've credited my account due to mistakes made by yourself (as your promise to your Uber one customers). The first £5 was credited because items were out of stock and my order was cancelled and the second time was due to the order taking too long so I had £10 in my Uber cash pot. I placed an order and used £5 of this cash towards the order but upon looking at the invoice the £5 wasn't actually credited to the order it was just stolen from my cash pot. I messaged you about it and you relied you have 'decided not to give me the £5 anymore'!!!!!! I've then been to check my account today and it appears the other £5 has now been taken as well. You make promises to your customers when part or Uber one but then decide afterwards you don't want to give them the credit promised? If you didn't want to give it dont make the promise and don't give it. But the fact you've put it into my account and then stolen it back is absolutely disgusting. This will be going to consumer rights and I'll be contacting citizens advice of where I stand with this as in my eyes it's theft of my money you had already given me then decided to take back for no apparent reason or explanation from yourselves. I will be boycotting everything to do with Uber and will not stop until resolved. I've emailed them directly and as you can see from pictures they just ask me the same question on repeat, almost like tbere laughing at me!!!!

Just lost me as a customer how is their service fees cost more than taxes so we're supposed to not only so now the consumer is now responsible to help pay to help run their company no just lost me as a customer I refuse to pay a service for lackluster customer delivery services everybody should boycott this service fees that these delivery companies are putting on the customer
