Terrible customer service. Not enough time to cancel the order before the restaurant started preparing, so even though I tried within seconds to cancel because they routed the order to a store that was three times as far away as our local one and the food was going to be cold (which it eventually was), they refused to give a refund. I just wanted to order from a closer store. I don't understand why it would route to a store so far away. The store address is not visible when ordering. I've had terrible service from UberEats many times and I'm done now. I canceled my UberOne subscription and I'll be using another delivery app from now on.

Uber eats should not even get 1 star I hope they shut down I travel with my husband as a truck driver and I placed a order for dominos over $100 and I within a second I noticed it was the wrong address it was completely different state which is weird cause I put the right address in well there isn’t a edit address button and I canceled the order after 1 min of ordering, I get notification that’s they will not refund the money I text 8 different agents and they all say the same thing and the. I google customer service phone number and I talked to 3 different agents they all say the same thing, they refuse to refund or even credit my money back so they basically stole my money and got away with it I ordered a lot of food for next two days but never got it, uber is scamming people for money I hope they shut down!:(

Uber eats SUCKS. The drivers steal your food , the prices are HIGH its ridiculous. Some people are at work and just want their food on time to eat and continue being productive . Its ridiculous. My food often times have missing food and I dont even get compensated.

I placed an order on November 29 for a delivery from Safeway in Bel Air, Maryland. I never got the order even though I got notification that it was. When I looked at my $130 receipt, I see that the order was also delivered to the Safeway Store in Bel Air, Maryland by QI the same place as where the order was from. WTH! I emailed a receipt with that info and no response. I reached out to the BOT and was hung up on saying it was too late to file a claim. I WANT A REFUND OR I WILL SEEK RECOURSE ELSEWHERE.

I would like everyone to know the type people you have working for you. One of your drivers conned me stole 1800 from my checking account and gave half to her ex who told her to do it then beat her. Her name Sherri Philpot or Sherri Miller who know which one she uses now. She works out of Portland Oregon

The worst!!! Last order they forgot one of the items. This was on 12/1…. I messaged them right away and it is now 12/2 almost midnight and I have not heard anything back. I absolutely hate ubereats and I think they need to be canceled. They are a scam!

Horrible customer service ….I used to be an Uber one customer not anymore .Ordered food Saturday.My order came and had someone s else food which was food I don’t eat .After 3 days of waiting to hear back through email I was told my order was not eligible for a refund .Representative was also quite unpleasant and unprofessional …..

I am a Uber eats merchant and a pizza shop today when I opened up my my tablet disappeared it. I called Uber eats took me an hour and a half. They sent me a new username and the password and then they said that it will take 24 hours for me to get the four digit password to start my business again. it makes no sense to have a tablet and pay them 25% off my sales and not getting service right away. I wish I had other alternatives besides Uber I do have DoorDash but for some reason people go to Uber, which is the most expensive expensive.

I ordered (4) Concrete Blenders & Pretzel bites.. We received only (1) Concrete Blender & it was totally incorrect add-ins to shake. We recvd the Pretzel Bites. So (3) Concrete Blenders were missing & thats (3) people out of their order. One of those was an excited 3yr old that you just cant explain as to WHY they cant have what they had anticipated! Thats just wrong~ worse than that?? Within seconds of inputting errors i received a message back they refunded only $7 back to “Uber Cash” ?? Thats not even the tip to driver. I wish I’d read all the Reviews on Uber Eats prior to ordering anything.. appears the drivers arent paid well which makes getting correct OR COMPLETE orders difficult on the Customers.

Worst experience ever. I placed an order and received notification that it had been picked up. Thirty minutes later i had a message it had bene delayed. So I call the driver who then tells me that the restaurant gave order to a door dasher so the restaurant cancelled my order and I was charged 12.23 by Uber eats. Now I have no food and charged for food I didnt get.

I had a rotten eggplant in my basket. Uber eats didn't refund for the item and told me just to rate the experience and leave a feedback to the partner. I will stop using this service if this repeats. There is no way I have to pay for a rotten vegetable. You chose to run this business, run it with consideration of expenses in case such things happen

They service is horrible. They employ some drivers who don’t even read or speak English and mishandle the orders or never deliver it. It has happened with me quite often that I ordered and the food never arrived. When you ask for the refund for the order that you didn’t receive they only send you the amount of the item. Delivery charges,Taxes and Tip that was charged is not refunded. It’s really a bad experience. Do not order if you don’t want your food to be mishandled. Specially in the nights.

My order was placed. The order delivery time kept changing. The store closed while I waited for delivery so I canceled. They could not find a driver to pick up and deliver to me. The store would NOT issue a credit or refund. Don’t patronize Uber Eats especially in Depew/Buffalo NY. THEY HAVE FRAUDULENT SELLING PRACTICES.

Horrible customer service. Food was delivered to wrong location (can clearly tell from the photo provided by the driver), I was unable to contact the driver and no attempt was made to contact me. Uber support insisted food was dropped off at location despite the clear evidence to the contrary that I provided. I asked repeatedly for a customer support line to call, but they just refused to issue a refund without any further follow-up. Will avoid this delivery app in the future.
