Francisco insulted me and stole my food. It was a goat rope to get a refund. There is no accountability for the drivers.

Terrible decision to order from there. Honestly so hard to get through to them and they were not receptive to anything. They refused to call and refused responsibility. No refund. Told me I got the refund and asked for a screenshot of proof I did not get it. I sent it and they told me they sent it on there end anyways so that was my problem

In my area, Uber Eats is relatively new, but not so new that the kinks shouldn't already be worked out. I ordered a 4 item Taco Bell order, no one was available for delivery so I went for pickup. When I got there (This was a long enough time for me to have changed from delivery to pickup since no delivery driver was available, at least an hour after my initial order) my Uber Eats still wasn't ready when I finally made it to Taco Bell so I attempted to cancel. Uber Eats refused to refund me despite no services being rendered in over an hour even though Taco Bell is less than 7 minutes from my house. They have an awful customer chat as well. I was offered for my order to be cancelled, but still be fully charged which is just insane to even think an 'offer' like that would ever be okay. I ended up working things out with my local Taco Bell because of how horribly unhelpful Uber Eats was. I will not be using them ever again. I'll be removing my card from my profile immediately and warning friends and family of their issues. It's no wonder most people in my area only use DoorDash.

This worthless company kept my money I ordered from IHOP and then had a emergency come up so I cancelled the order... It gives you the option to cancel order if you want so I did . And Uber tells me since the restraunt accepted the order that they aren't gonna refund my money... $29.91 is what they kept them they charge me a 1.38 for service fee ... I received nothing from IHOP...So they kept my 30.00$ I'm reporting them and then I'm gonna sue them for this.

I wrote a previous review now they wanna say my review is not “genuine” and need to verify. If you wouldn’t have hung up in my husbands face then I wouldn’t need to do any of this. Yes I’m a human yes my posts are real and YES YALL ARE THIEVES! I went to the merchant and they let me know that y’all called and told him to cancel the order the same night? I won’t be ordering from you anymore because you guys are thieves. NOW VERIFY THAT!

I was asked to tip while I was eating my order. I didn’t want to tip. When I clicked continue it automatically tipped. Now I can edit my tip since 1 hour has passed after delivery. It’s a trap. I want to get back my money. Also, once my order got cancelled at night. Though the money was returned, my time was wasted. I waited more than a hour for my order. UberEats has to look into it’s unfair rules and regulations. Not customer friendly. More of a trap.

Uber Eats will absolutely STEAL YOUR MONEY. I placed an order, and IMMEDIATELY realized that I had put the wrong delivery instructions. I canceled the order within SECONDS to attempt to reorder. The system cancelled immediately, but STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR THE ORDER, claiming that was their policy. ZERO warning that the food would not be delivered AND they would keep the money!!! When I got on with their "support" to get it fixed, their support essentially said, "Oh well, you should be more careful next time. Nothing we can do." I'm currently disputing the charge with my credit card company, but I will NEVER use Uber Eats again, and VERY strongly recommend you don't either.

Worst customer service and support. Also pretty useless with sales. 5 days and not even one order received not to talk about the uber eats paper bags which I was supposed to receive for free at start but they never arrived and support told me to order them and pay . What a joke lol Rubbish company Go with Menulog. Way better

WHOEVER HUNG UP IN MY HUSBANDS FACE YOUR DISRESPECTFUL ASF! My husband called because we did not receive our order at all and she said we can’t do nothing about it and hung up. Uber eats is trash they don’t give you your money back when you didn’t receive your order and their customer service reps are just as trash!

Worst experience ever!!! They lie even when they don’t have drivers in the area they won’t inform you. They wait till it’s time for your food delivery to tell you they are delayed due to driver. My food went from 3:05 to 3:45 to 4pm and they won’t refund you because they say it’s in the delivery window. Never use them there are plenty of companies with way better service use GrubHub or Doordash

This is the worst company, next to DoorDash, to deal with. When you place an order and it’s wrong this company will use every excuse not to refund your money to you. Even if pictures are provided of the food you received or the drink that was missing. Their customer service is rude and nasty and it does not matter if you’re an Uber one member or not. They are greedy and only care about their profits. I cancelled any membership with them and do not intend on dealing with this company anymore. I’d rather deal with Grubhub than deal with the nasty practice's of Uber eats. I would not be surprised if Uber eats and DoorDash are in fact the same companies. They both behave the same way. I am reporting them to BBB.

I deliver food and buy groceries for uber eats. The company is a scam! They pay us peanuts for our work...how can you accept an order where you are paid only 8$ for 20kms plus delivery?that's ridiculous!! I was happy working with Cornershop untill Uber bought the company and closed it to reduce their competition...Uber eats sucks!! Hell with them!!!

Absolutely garbage customer service. We placed an order at a wrong Chinese restaurant (the same name, but somehow the one far from us showed up on the top). After one sec I placed an order I immediately noticed the wrong address, so I called the Chinese restaurant (yes, it not even took one min after I placed an order) and let them know I just placed an order and wanted to cancel it. The lady I talked to said “I will talk to the manager and I will call you back.” Waited for 5min or so but I didn’t get a call so I called them again. The same Chinese lady got the phone call and said “Talk to Uber Eats!” Then hanged up. I called the Uber Eats and explained what had just happed, then they told me “I need to pick up. “ What is wrong with those people. Since I called immediately, it was supposed to be easy to fix. The Uber Eats rip you off in this way. No manner or service.

Woow. what a bunch of thieves & false prophets! after a long writing back&forth with multiple support members where i had explained my case multiple times over & over again, they finally decided to refund me my money. but the money never got transferred back to my account again. so i stopped using their services.

Thieves!!!!! I was upstairs he waited 7. mins he said stole my food shop 48 pounds worth no refund ..never will I order again sometimes they come early so if you miss them again they take your food they overcharge before you buy in the first place don'take same mistake as me

i usually do not use uber eats due to the high total costs of an order. today i made exception and order two pizzas (buy 1 get 1 free at 4 @ $29/pizza) from Waldo Cooneys in Chicago. So after I placed the order i noticed that i got for the second pizza. i cancelled it about a minute after i placed the order. they still charged me. i cant get a refund bc they had "started" the order. fuk them i will never use this bitcccch asss app again

Just horrible. They don't take responsibility for anything. Unreachable and rude. They offered a $5 refund for an order that was totally wrong and then they took it away! Wow!!!

They said they would give me a $25 credit because my entire order was wrong, never got it! They said I shoulda contacted 48hrs after I had an issue and which I did! Now they saying I can’t get a refund or credit because it’s been more than 48hrs. Mind you I got an email that said I had a 15$ credit but it never was in my account wallet … smhhh

Consistently late, paying for priority makes no difference. Food is always cold. Don’t use Ubereats
