Forsed to pay for food that never arrived Can only complain on app and just get same message driver waited 7mins then left food! No they didn’t or I’d of found it no photo evidence nothing I think the driver just fed his friends no come back nothing just out of pocked shocking totally shocking I will no longer use everyone else should do the same

I was a regular user for Uber eats and Uber rides last night I placed an order for Uber eats and couldn't make the necessary adjustments to my order so I called the store directly and they advised me to cancel the order in the app as they had no way to do that I did not receive the food but when I checked my account the next day the credit wasn't returned the Uber reps declined to give me my $16 back and said the order still went through even though I didn't get it. I requested a supervisor and was declined. So this company basically is losing all of my business for both apps over $16 Kim 7809048307 I'm going with Lyft easy to use and they give you four rides at 50% off for new accounts

Will be deleting this app! Customer service is horrible. On numerous occasions they kept prolonging my delivery time, after 2.5 hours of waiting they just cancelled the order Today they were taking so long to connect me with a driver for food delivery. The app says we can cancel until a driver is found. I canceled and went and picked up the food but I was still charged the full amount, including delivery fee and tip! I called customer service but they just read a script and refused to refund me shutting. They said a manager would call me back but no one did. Horrible service, so many other better ones to use

Absolutely horrible. Food was never picked up and order was eventually canceled now I'm being charged the 50 plus dollars anyway. Cannot get anyone to talk to me other than the script they read. My bank says they have proof the money was sent to them and Uber eats says I was never charged and they never received any money then they hung up on me.

Terrible customer service. Just waiting for the day this app goes out of business. Food is always cold or missing. This time I received an undercooked sandwich & missing my Oreo Cheesecake dessert. UberEATS does not want to refund for missing items. The prices of everything is inflated. You pay for old food or incorrect items and charged fees and a tip for the driver. NOT WORTH IT. I’m canceling my membership & deleting this app

I rarely leave reviews, specifically 1 star ones. I been using Uber groceries every week, this week my order from Waitrose was missing more than half the items, not sure if Waitrose made an error or if the driver took it. Either way, Uber will not investigate, refund me or send out what was missing, initially they just kept sending the same generic messages no matter what I said but now they don't even reply any more. Even tried their Facebook chat. Essentially I am not getting what I paid for, daylight robbery. Either don't use them or if you do, use credit card so you can file chargeback in case of issues.

The restaurant was only a cross the road and had busy day at work and thought to treat myself to a Toby Carvery as not much in and I kept an eye on the tracker and in the end it said enjoy your meal it has arrived which it didn't without any explanation or phone call

Someone created a fake account in the USA with my credit card details which is available nowhere except in my wallet. Card not lost. Uber Eats approved the transactions and no way to contact them since I DO NOT HAVE an Uber Eats account. R 2735 was purchased on my credit card. I provided the transaction ID's to Uber Eats and they are not helpful and referring me to my financial institution without checking who ordered on my card with transaction ID's. useless bunch of scammers. They got money and they can trace it to where it was delivered to but absolutely useless

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed through Uber Eats, which was incomplete and of poor quality. Not only were key items missing, such as condiments, my two-for-one item (I only received one), and the drink I ordered, but the food itself was extremely disappointing. The fruits were missing from one part of the order, and in the portion that did include fruit, I received an apple cut in half, which was completely unappealing. Overall, the meal was gross and not worth the $52 I paid. I contacted the restaurant, and they confirmed that the driver failed to collect the correct bags, leaving one behind. I was only offered a $5 refund through the app, which is unacceptable given the circumstances. I expect a full and appropriate refund for the missing and inedible items. Please address this issue promptly. They refunded me 4 dollars when they know I did not receive half my order that does not even cover the pop Email address on file is Essence Mist order number 019BE today at 12:24 pm

We were distressed to leave them, but absolutely had to. We were almost daily users for several years. Had an incident where I'd sent in an order needed to cancel it within 30 seconds due to an emergency. I called the restaurant first to ensure they wouldn't make the food. They said fine, just to cancel with Uber. I then wrote to the driver to tell him not to go, that we had cancelled. Cancelled via uber within 3 min of placing the order and was told they couldn't refund because the restaurant had accepted the order already. Normally, I would understand this, but it was literally under a minute from placing this order, and I told them I had spoken to the manager at the restaurant (and the uber driver). I requested they confirm this with the restaurant and refund the money. They not only refused, but disconnected from the chat twice, saying they had already informed me that they couldn't refund. I was charged the full 43$. I have cancelled my membership, deleted the app, and will never use them again. I'm appalled at how poor the customer service was. Sadly, I can't continue to use a service that stole money from my family, no matter how often I used to use them.

You lot are really terrible at your job, you have just charged me 60 odd pence even when I tried to delete my account it wouldn't let me, I want a refund back and don't even think to try and con me in the future cause that's a grave mistake. Use are a shambles! People ordering things like tobacco which you get in a shop for half the price, then you expect your riders to get a tip! Here's a good tip give up your company waste of utter space! Oh and I want my refund now!

I have used Uber Eats for more than 3 years. Last week I confused which place we were ordering from (I usually do the ordering for my work buddies) and put the wrong Indian place. After I corrected it, I didn’t realize the order was still active and accidentally clicked it. I realized immediately what I had done and cancelled it. I found out the next morning I had been charged for the whole order, because even though it was less than a minute before I cancelled my order, I was still charged more than $50 because the restaurant had already prepared the food. Had I realized that, I would have at least gotten the food and taken it home. But since there was zero compensation, I have cancelled my Uber Eats app, as well as my Uber app and will never again use this service.

I hate the fact that we as drivers the good ones has to be Crapped on customers shouldn't have a option to change tip gas isn't cheap I'm young I have three kids to take care of.. this how I survive it's not far specially when I spend a hour an 25 minutes shopping for customers items an take it to them on the forth or 5th floor

This is the 3rd time ordering from UberEats and there is a major problem AND they make zero efforts to correct mistakes on behalf of their drives. I hate this service. It took an hour to get a milkshake and grilled cheese and it was melted upon arrival with no refund offered.

UberEATS didn't provide me with a PIN to give the delivery driver. He hemmed and hawed over leaving the food. Just a terrible response from their customer service. This is not an example on how to run a business. They wouldn't provide me with any compensation for their gross incompetence.
