Spent 38.00 on uber eats and my order was wrong .....cash app support did nothing about it other to say someone would possibly co tact me but I don't recommend using this service anymore it's a joke I can't believe they did nothing ....like my money's trash to them just basically saying awww to bad keeping the money

Terrible service.? love Uber for car service but for food they are terrible. I was charged for food I never received. Tried to call the restaurant they said it was between me and Uber eats. The delivery address was wrong and I couldn’t fix it on the app despite my calls and efforts before it was delivered to the wrong address so I was forced to cancel. App didn’t allow me to fix the address so my only recourse was to cancel and I was charged the full fee as though I received the food. Customer service was no help. Left me on hold for longer than anyone would wait.

One item was not delivered. Uber said the order was not eligible for a refund. I asked why and they said my account exceeded the refund limit. It was my second order. How could it exceed a limit with two Orders and the first one being totally fine, that is, no refund needed.

Wasted money on an order that was wrong and Uber Eats Customer service didn't care, and didn't resolve the problem in any way! Left it as my problem, oh well. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

This is a complete waste of money! No matter which restaurant you order from they’re never eligible For refunds or any kind of compensation! Food arrives almost 2 hrs late and they just apologize! I will NEVER use them again

I hate Uber eats so much. Food is always late, cold and inedible. Drivers are slow and rude. They constantly cancel and ignore priority deliveries. It’s awful just don’t use it. Ever.

Uber eats is terrible. As soon as you place your order, they charge you double, which comes out of your bank account- charges you for several several days. One as pending, one goes through right away. The pending stays on your account up to 10 days minimum. Uber eats tells you to contact your bank to remove if it doesn't remove sooner. Door dash does not do this! Uber eats also is more expensive all around if you compare to door dash. They do have a couple more options for places to order from, but this is too much of an issue I feel. Uber eats does not care at all. I will never use this app again and will stick with door dash. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I placed a large order and was missing 1 item. I contacted Uber customer service and they have been stalling me on a resolution. Just excuses and not wanting to make it right. Just text, no way to talk to a live agent. BAD SERVICE AND BAD BUSINESS!!!

Used to be great. Now suck! Very poor customer service. Food over one hour late lately with 2 orders. Uber eats Cancelled a pre-ordered meal with 5 minute notice prior to a business lunch they were supposed to supply. Uber eats purchased Postmates and we experienced similar issues. Hoping they don’t buy out DoorDash. Lookin like a anti-trust issue.

Uber allows fake restaurants to make accounts on the app. And then I order because I’m a customer, I’m not assuming the restaurant on Uber eats is FAKE, and they take my money and I never get the food. And to make matters worse, the first two people who claimed to call the restaurant both said my food would be there in 20 extra minutes, and that if ANYTHING happened they’d help me fix it. Well, this is the second day we’ve called the “restaurant” and no one has hear anything , and then Uber tells me I’m not eligible for a refund or a credit? IT’S YOUR FAULT. Uber’s customer service sucks, the manager is nonexistent and never calls you back after you fill out a stupid form, and then they want me to leave them a review about how they did. Wow. Don’t use Uber Eats, and don’t use Postmates. They both suck. Just go pick the food up yourself.

Awful the food I had from Catch of the day at trentham, cold cold cold, I rang Catch of the day not interested. Contacted Uber eats again not interest, my bill was £18 they have put 0.79 in my account

Today’s my 1st time using Uber Eats and believe me it’ll be the last time. I ordered breakfast and the ETA given was 9:35-10:10. Well the order did arrive on time but it wasn’t my food! I tried calling to make a complaint and got nowhere. I called 3 times only to have the phone ring, ring ring and then disconnect. Oh and I did take the tip back.

I forgot to add an item. I tried but they said the order was wrapped up and too late to make a change. So they did it in less than 2 minutes? They told me to call the store, didn’t furnish a #, tried to google but had no idea which ( out of abot 2 dozen Dunkin’ Donuts ) store had order. Had to do a new order for 1 item and got socked with 2 delivery fees. Both orders came with same driver and together. Never again.

Order a McDonald's this evening. The driver never arrived .we could see by the tracking on our phone he was going to the wrong direction. We never received our food .we call the customer service and you could call it anything but customer service.the woman that answer was not interested and didn't offered any resolution also would not allow us to speak,half way through the call she hung the phone so we rung for a second time and she did the same again .I am disgusted by this company and I will make sure I will never ever use uber eats again.

I had placed an order with uber eats for a coco shop and immediately canceled as I realized it was the wrong address. I contacted uber eats as I had not gotten a refund and they said they couldn't refund me as coco had already accepted the order. I contacted coco and they said that they hadn't received the order nor accepted it and it wasn't on their screen to make. I contacted uber eats again and they still refused to refund me as they said the app already processed my order. So coco didn't get any money and I didn't receive any coco, which means uber eats just stole my money. So disgusting of them. I also got an email the next morning and they said they undercharged me for that order and that I owed $0.77. I removed all my payment methods so they couldn't charge me and they said I won't be able to order again until that payment goes through. I'm deleting my uber eats account. I was a member of uber one, I had placed over 230 orders and this was how they repaid me. So disgusting and gross.

My driver Jordan pulled up to my house and tricked me by asking for my pin to verify if he was at the right house, and once I gave him my pin number, he drove off with my food. I called CS, and Max told me there was nothing he could do because I gave the driver my pin number. I have been honest and loyal to Uber eats, even when my order was wrong, now I'm dissatisfied and deleting both apps. Uber eats and driving.

If I could give you a 0 star I would. I had my McDonalds delivered on Sunday morning, the delivery driver dropped the bag of drinks, due to them spilling on the journey over (seen on CCTV after delivery) He didn’t even have the decency to knock and apologise/let us know. He left the leaking till empty drinks on our driveway and put the food bag on top and walked away. Realised the food was here by the ring doorbell. When I got the food I saw the mess, the food was soggy and inedible. Drinks empty and needed clearing up, where they had fallen from a height they had splashed all up the walls and porch doors, I bought the food in of course and then had to clear up all the mess and chucked the food straight out. Called your helpline - 25 minutes on hold, spoke to a first colleague and was told I wasn’t untitled to a refund, I asked why and was told I’m just not. Asked to speak to a manager - Kazim. Repeated the same information, no refund, from what I can gage it is because I have had the audacity to complain before when missing items of food or when Uber Eats have not delivered my order to my door/road, despite being on the phone to the driver and outside the door saying I’m here! Telling the driver I can see his location and he’s not in the right road, messaging constantly to help the driver for him to put the food on someone else’s front door roads away! Refusing to give me a refund then. I didn’t complain then as you did rectify in the end! That was a struggle. But… that experience in the past is enough not to give me a refund. I have been told, no, you can’t complain any higher, no there is no email address. No you didn’t get anything to eat or drink and paid £25 for the privilege AND you have already tipped the driver, who couldn’t be bothered to tell you that the food was soggy, drinks empty - please spend the next 30 minutes clearing up while calling Uber Eats and not get a refund! I asked if calls were recorded, they are. I requested my call, I was denied. They aren’t able to email. The script obviously doesn’t allow for customers who actually have an issue. I did try and call again today to see if there was someone else I could speak to, same answer. I will post this review in as many places as I can to prevent others being out of pocket and subject to this farce of a company. Your customer service is appalling and you are robbing people of hard earned money. The cheek of you allowing me to pay and your driver accepting a tip.
