I ordered me and my kids some breakfast delivery driver didn't bring are food a box of donuts what she had and I was told that there going to keep my money 35.00 do not do business with Uber eats they robbing ppl

These ppl are horrible …..don’t use this inver eats stick to door dash ….Uber eats will deny you a refund even with evidence….I started getting wrong orders So much I had to delete my account because a man named ABISHEK DENIED MY REFUND ….I’ve lost so much money from Uber eats it’s unreal ….door dash is better

Paid for expedited delivery (in 50 min tops). It’s been an hour and a half and I’m still waiting. Asked to cancel and for a refund, they told me they could cancel it but I’d have to pay the full charge. Lmao. First and last time

Ordered little Caesars pizza with sauce and a brownie, received no sauce or brownie even though slip on box listed them, the pizza was burnt and barely warm

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. My food was not delivered on time, it was not hot, and the app screwed up and charged my card twice for a tip. I messaged them over and over and they still haven’t refunded me. I will NEVER use them again.

Horrible company. They don’t refund if the driver takes the food to the wrong location. They put several orders with yours so by the time they get to you your food is cold they don’t refund. And with all the bad reviews I hate I didn’t read them before making any orders through them. They hours to bring your food I can go on and on with all the terrible customer service and the way they handle business

Estimated delivery went from 50 minutes to 2 hours! Still haven’t received order. Will never, ever order from Uber again! Ever!

No driver was picking up our order so I went for help through the app for a question about my order and it automatically canceled it without my confirmation. I asked the chat about the fee and it took it as cancel my order. I go through chat support and it tells me not to cancel my order in the future. I told them I didn’t cancel it, the stupid AI chat did. Then I finally find a number to call for support (not on their on their site, conveniently) and they told me next time call the number for help instead of chat. Like, then what the hell is chat support for? And then put a message to your customers to call and provide them a number. We aren’t mind readers. I deleted their app and using another service from now on.

Uber Eats REFUSES to refund me for a Cheesecake Sundae that I DID NOT RECEIVE. After opening my order on 3/07/2024, I immediately called the Uber Eats delivery driver Randolph to ask where’s my Cheesecake Sundae. He told me that the staff at Rally’s told him it was in the sealed bag. It was NOT in the bag. I have made several chat sessions and phone calls to Uber Eats for resolution, and they refuse to refund the item I paid for but didn’t receive.

Don't ever use Uber Eats!! Had an order STOLEN by a courier today and have been REFUSED a refund. Disgusting behaviour from the staff member concerned and appalling customer service following that. Even had a MANAGER for Uber Eats hang up on me because I said refusing a refund was unacceptable. This is theft - pure and simple!! 😡🤬

Horrible. Had a delivery sent and included proper address and apartment number and delivery driver just left at front of a 200 unit complex. Called and never responded. Spoke with 3 agents. 2 placed me on hold and call was dropped. One looked up account and said no refund could be given (after trying yo contact driver several times). I even gave a 25% tip to driver. Horrible all around. Everyone please use another service and avoid these crooks!!!!

Such a disappointment.. Ubereats used to be great and now they charge for everything. Also, I absolutely hate that they allow drivers to pick up more than one order this reduces the quality of the food and service. Sad thing is Ubereats makes so much money these reviews will never matter. Greed!

I am a new user to u er eats and the deliver person brought me the wrong items. They refused to refund my money because they said I check some button on the app That I didn’t even know existed! I will NEVER NEVER use them again. I am the customer here and this is rediculous. Very unsatisfied customer!!

Terrible service. After 1 hour order was still in 'preparation'...to chat with an agent would take 20min. Calling Restaurant (another uber 'service') impossible, since mailbox was activated. Uber tries to cover as much cities as possible to collevt investors money, without being able to fullfill tge service they offer. A JOKE

When I ordered the food I did not pay on purpose for a fast delivery because I would not be ready. We have a 24/7 concierge service nobody never came… Then when I called the driver said to me that “nobody was at the door” when he came!!! Shame on you bad and really incorrect service. Called even the assistance but they of course said that the driver was right…
