Absolutely awful service for the second time! Food was never delivered but itbsaid that it was! Customer service was no help and didn't speak English!

The worst delivery service I've ever been unfortunately to use there is absolutely no help with your food order , no tracking where your order is, I will never use these again an absolute disgrace

Always check your bank statements with Uber Eats‼️‼️‼️ They are scammers👎🚫. They charge you for unauthorized transactions for services they never provided, and their customer service is like dealing with robots they do not help to resolve the issue. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing😡👎👎👎👎👎

Driver did not bring the full order and lied, saying that he was not given the order. I order from this restaurant, all the time, and the lady I spoke to said that "the driver was in a hurry and did not wait for the complete order". How do they get away with this? Driver took my tip money and lied straight to my face! I want a refund, as well as my tip money back. Uber Cash? NO THANKS!

Why would I pay extra to have food shipped to my curb? No, I'm paying descent wages for people at this point to try to tell me meet me at the curb. No. Recent my last tip, I could've spent less lending my car to my roommate. Now I will just have to go back to restaurants because of lack of service.

I’m done with UberEATS. My last 3 orders have been delayed 45+ mins from the estimated delivery time. Their drivers aren’t reliable and difficult to get in contact with. Tonight’s driver was in the same spot for over 30 minutes and my delivery time kept getting pushed. I tried getting in touch with him multiple times, and found out he didn’t speak any English. How and why would you hire someone who doesn’t speak English and can’t communicate?? He somehow has a 90% rating along with their other drivers who I’ve had terrible experiences with. Their in app support sucks and I shouldn’t have to google how to call their live support. I have never had issues with DoorDash and will NEVER use UberEATS again.

Please see attached pictures. My 15-year-old niece ordered strawberry pancakes, ham and sausage and fried eggs from IHOP. She was delivered scrambled eggs, regular pancakes and bacon and Uber won’t do a thing about it. How can they do this to a 15-year-old?

The delivery driver NOT ONLY delivered the completely wrong order (not even from the same food chain), but they also delivered the food to the wrong house, instead choosing to leave it on next doors front step and trying to pass that off as a completed job. Then when trying to resolve the issue, I was kept on hold and when I wasn't the conversation kept going in circles. UberEAT failed me in every regard, would score lower but I sadly can't.

My husband orderd at mcdonalds thinford .order was delivered bag was open 20 nuggets missing fries half full called them and restaurant up and was passed from pillar to post.after been on phone over 10 minutes was told no refund and nothing they could do.pure rip offs will never order again

I ordered food the other night first off I had four charges on my bank statement, one and the amount of $76.80 Another in the amount of 57.83 Another in the amount of 44.40 And the last one was 23.15. So I contacted Uber Eats via messaging because on the app there is no phone number to contact them directly. I questioned all these charges and was told that the 76.80 was for a membership. iMessage back and said hold on a second I would’ve never authorized any membership for $76.80. The man said no problem. Let me cancel that for you and we will refund your money. It will take 3 to 5 business days and I obviously screenshot that message from Uber Eats stating that. Then the person on Uber Eats messaging said let me finish one thing before I move onto the next, I said it OK thank you! I’m thinking this is going to be fixed! That Uber Eats is going to fix the situation because it’s clearly an error! Boy was I wrong! This is how it all started. I placed an order the other night for Chilies. The order was supposed to contain five items. That was boneless wings, bone-in wings, cheese fries, and a triple dipper, and they charge for side of sauce so that counts as another item. That is the total of 5 items. So then I go to review the order and without doing anything, the order is placed. Like I did not literally hit submit it place the order. So now with the order placed, I’m finally able to review it and I see that one of the items is missing. Well, you know that on the app there is a little section with a clock timing down it states if you forget something you have this amount of time to add it on order button to add additional items! So I go ahead and add the additional item! So now it shows up as a separate order! It does not even add it to my existing order like it says, if you forget something which I did not forget it because when I was adding it, it was still there from when I had looked it up on the menu, the first time and it’s the amount of wings, the sauces and everything. Just for some reason, it did not add to the original order. I believe it was a glitch with Uber system Why it didn’t add the first time when I added it! So now I have two orders that will be delivered by two separate people in a matter of minutes I go to the help button to try and call Uber and explain this to them. It’s the same order, but of course there’s no number to call them, but there is a cancel button, so I went ahead and canceled it both, to redo my order on 1 ticket which I did and made sure it stated 5 items were on 1 ticket and I placed the order. No problem. Well I go and check my bank statement. That’s when I see all these charges and that’s what ended me up contacting via chat Uber Eats , Uber Eats chat was so rude. Well they refunded the $78 charge that was for membership that I told them that I clearly did get. I did a screenshot of the Uber Eats message and he said he would cancel it. It takes 3 to 5 days to be refunded to my account so once that was done, we went on to the other three charges. They stated they were not going to give me my money back because the order was placed. I told them I literally canceled it in less than two minutes and placed the order back over again that the restaurant was not out any or had to throw away any food that I’m sure the restaurant used common sense and seen the order come and be canceled and the exact same order with everything on one ticket was made. They stated they have to pay the restaurant, But why would you pay them or why would a restaurant take money for something they did not do. And I told them when I clicked the cancel button it does not state if you cancel the order in the help section that you’re going to be charged for this either way because I would’ve never canceled it! And not for nothing before I knew all of these charges were on my account that I complained about the food because it was cold overcooked! And sent them a picture of it, and they said they were refunding me for that, but they weren’t giving me back the full amount for it and I tossed in the trash. Item was $14 and some change on the menu but they were refunding me $13 and some change but I was not going to complain because I don’t usually complain I just said ok and thank you about the over cooked cold fries! But in the app, when I was tracking the driver, he sat there at that restaurant for a long time! That being said that restaurant never cook my first order in two minutes and toss it in the trash and then quickly cooked the second order for him to sit there as long as he did it was because they were running behind! That being said when I placed the very original order, they never even pulled anything out for it! In the matter of two minutes! Uber is just really scamming people! How do we know that they’re paying the restaurant for the canceled order? I’m surely going to contact Chili’s Because if they are charging customers for an order that was canceled in two minutes, that’s a problem too then chili and Uber Eats are in it together! Their both in the business, ripping people off! With so many issues happening that night my first order being processed without me pushing a button a membership being added for almost $80. The food coming over cooked and cold like I can’t even believe I’m on this site doing this.! And I was disconnected from the chat like four times and one of the guys in the chat said he was sorry about me being in charge for a cancel order. He was gonna take care of it and I screenshot that too.

The Instacart Uber eats $10 credit is total scam!! I have used 3 times with orders well over 35$ and $10 off credit is never applied, customer service seems trained to say next time, next time, at least until it expires. They did however when I received my order 2&1/2 hours late and inedible generously give me a company credit of 6.25 on a $52….

I would have given no stars or minus stars. I ordered food from a restaurant CPK around the corner from me at 6 o’clock at night. It is now 9 o’clock at night and I still have not received the order and the driver hasn’t moved or responded. I have tried to get Help from a telephone number. That is not working 1-800-253-6882 so don’t even bother. I tried chatting with people and they are no help whatsoever. The only thing I am left with is to cancel the charge on my credit card. These people stink

UNSAFE FOR WOMEN I've been an avid user of Uber Eats for a while now, but my recent experiences have raised significant concerns, especially regarding the safety of women ordering food late at night. I feel compelled to share my experiences to raise awareness and hopefully encourage Uber Eats to take immediate action. First and foremost, the behavior of some delivery drivers has been downright inappropriate. On multiple occasions, I've had drivers who delivered food late and cold, which is frustrating and unacceptable. What's even more alarming is that some drivers have lied about their location or the status of the delivery, adding to the stress and inconvenience. Moreover, there seems to be a lack of proper training or vetting for these drivers. There have been instances where drivers have attempted to steal parts of my order or even threatened me when I confronted them about it. It's incredibly unsettling to feel unsafe in your own home, especially late at night when the streets are quieter and there's a heightened sense of vulnerability. Additionally, the app's tracking feature, while useful, doesn't mitigate the risk entirely. Knowing where my driver is doesn’t make me feel safer if the driver himself is the source of discomfort. Uber Eats needs to implement better safety measures, such as more rigorous background checks, mandatory sensitivity training, and perhaps a system that allows users to request female drivers. The lack of a robust response from Uber Eats when these issues are reported is also disheartening. When I reached out to customer service about a particularly unnerving experience, I received a generic response that did little to address my concerns or reassure me that steps would be taken to prevent it from happening again. In conclusion, while Uber Eats is convenient, the safety of its customers, particularly women ordering late at night, seems to be compromised by the current state of their delivery driver protocols. I hope Uber Eats takes these concerns seriously and implements the necessary changes to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all users.

They took my money. Driver called and said they didn't have what I ordered. Was told to cancel the order. Still got charged, customer service was horrible just bots with the same messages. Don't use them, they will steal your money.

I don't usually use bad word but what a horses*ite kind of a service . The food being delivered was totally different from what I have ordered. Many incidents of missing items wrong delivery getting over charged but Uber refused to oblige they would force you to talk to restaurant or resolve it on your own. I mean I’m a Uber one customer show some courtesy at least if it’s not your job accountability which it is I believe. Why the hell am I paying Uber for what services when you can’t oblige and hold your end of the consumer’s rights deliverance. I didn’t order the restaurant directly I ordered through you. There customer care team is so rude they will just disconnect you or hung up when they can’t provide or resolve your issue for instance here’s is one of many examples few minutes ago I ordered from KFC Guelph line had an offer on get one instead they sent me one petite ran through sandwich which even my dog refused to eat. I ordered 2L 7up as per their availability and committed menu list online at Uber but they sent me 3 disposable 7ups along with a mini tin can as a cherry on top. Like seriously man this is ridiculous. Upon requesting Uber to resolve the issue they basically implied I’m on my own and leave a review and try to resolve with driver or restaurant from Agent Byron and Yaz
