Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered from McDonald’s told 30 mins to deliver waited an hour called driver who said he was just about to collect. 20 mins later called again he said he was on his way. 2 hours pass I call Uber eats told he’s 2 minutes away. Another 20 mins pass and I call back. He turned up while I was on the phone. Stone cold food and the time on the sticker from McDonald’s was 2 hours before he gave us the food. Melted warm ice cream Order was cancelled his end so we can’t give feedback. Vile driver sat with it in his car I could have driven from Swindon to London in that time

Charged a $14.19 adjustment fee for an order that was under 18.00 from Weis market hot food dept. Uber Eats says it can happen to any delivery order

I have been a customer going strong for Uber eats until this year. Uber eats sucks. Wrong order, over and over and over. Uber eats use to listen to their customers, respect their customers and now they say sorry no refund, not even a partial, not even I’ll fix this for you. Uber Eats you have officially been boycotted by me. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN. I would appreciate it if restaurants got their own delivery drivers. I’d rather pay them and if I have a complaint or If order is wrong, at least the restaurant can rectify the situation.

My food was cold soggy and it was not on time it was late I will never ever order from Uber eats again and I will make sure to let everybody that I know can never order

About 6 weeks ago, I had a random UBER debit to my PayPal account - $A9.95 - without having obtained a service from them in years. PayPal would not enter into the matter and my emails/messages directly to UBER were ignored. Will not use them again. Ever.

Uber eats is a scam my food didn’t have no meat the rice was mushy and my full order was not given I called them they don’t have a resolution for me. Really it’s always a freaking run around with them that why I DoorDash everything because they care about there customers.

Ordered bday meal for my son, almost 100$ we only got a side salad delivered. Restaurant manager confirmed my food was not picked up, gave me his number and email, supported it was not and uber would not refund said they couldn't they are thiefs

I order food from Carolina Ale house. The cost was $27. When I saw that I was going to be charged $45 for delivery fee, service fee, tip I canceled the order Way before the food was prepared and I was still charged. I would not recommend Uber eats to anyone.

Uber eats customer service is appalling. It seems their policy is to assume everyone is a liar. I ordered food and got the alert that it had arrived however when I went to check there was no food in site. I sent a report on the app and only received a partial refund. So I called customer service and they told me I would not be getting a full refund because the courier delivered my food. There was no picture attached proving my food was delivered. The customer service rep. then proceeds to say that’s not a mandatory policy. So at this point its my word against the courier which I have not been able to contact. I spoke to two representative who told me essentially that they don’t care that I’m telling them my food was not delivered because according to their courier it was indeed delivered and in turn I would not get a full refund. Then the representative says the courier will double check and come back to see if he in fact delivered the food. If you’re sure he delivered the food why is he double checking? It’s is indicative that even if their couriers are not sure your food was delivered Uber Eats policy is not to accommodate but rather implicitly call you a liar. This was a clear error on Ubers eats end but they refused to acknowledge that. By the time I spoke to the third and most kind representative he informed me the food was delivered to the wrong address and I was given my full refund. I spend almost two hours connecting and speaking to representatives for a rightfully deserved refund. Unacceptable behaviour from a big corporation like Uber eats to paint everyone with the same brush. This is not how you handle disputes of missing orders or items. Horrible customer service and no accountability.

Ordered groceries totaling $13.68. My card was authorized for $49.11 and I was charged for 3lbs of ground beef that weighed 1.99 lbs, after 5 days $49.11 is still frozen 😞

Trying to become a driver is the worse most frustrating experience Ive ever had. No wonder the drivers arent ever happy. This is such a screw around. Its been a month now, all my documents are approved and Ibe submitted a criminal record check from the police department 3 seperate times and just got a measage saying they need to be able to read every word on the picture sent in.....I checked the picture and every word is clearly visible....so for the 4th time I sent in multiple pictures.....lets see what their excuse is now. Horrible experience trying to become a driver.

why should i still pay for a delivery fee if i cancel my order? Uber eats you are stealing from people and you don’t care. And you guys could easily have a double check alert for the location of the restaurant we are trying to order from before we press send but you don’t. That is just too horrible of yall. You just want to take people’s money, and frustrate your drivers/and customers. Big corporations like this is what is ruining this Country.

I've been a frequent user of Uber Eats for a while now, drawn in by the convenience of having food delivered right to my doorstep. However, after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the service. One of the most frustrating aspects of using Uber Eats has been the inconsistency and unreliability. On numerous occasions, I've had items missing from my order or received the wrong items altogether. Despite contacting customer support about these issues, I've often been met with skepticism and resistance, as if I'm being accused of lying. It's disheartening to encounter such dismissive treatment when all I'm seeking is a resolution to a legitimate problem. One particularly frustrating incident occurred when I received a notification that my food had been delivered, only to find nothing at my doorstep when I went to retrieve it. While Uber Eats eventually issued a credit for this error, it was only after I persisted and escalated the situation. It shouldn't take a lengthy and arduous process to receive compensation for a mistake on their end. It's clear to me that Uber Eats prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. A company cannot thrive if it continually disregards the concerns and experiences of its customers. While convenience is important, it should not come at the expense of quality and reliability. In conclusion, my experiences with Uber Eats have left me deeply disappointed. Until the company demonstrates a genuine commitment to addressing these issues and prioritizing customer satisfaction, I cannot in good conscience recommend their service. I urge Uber Eats to take these concerns seriously and strive for improvement.

Ordered thru Uber Eats. UE driver arrived at restaurant. Restaurant had told driver that order was already picked up. I am at work and my wife is over 9 months pregnant and at home. No one has received my order. UE driver told me to cancel order and get a refund. Refund was not given because they're saying food was picked up. I want my refund. We have used UE multiple times. I think this probably be last time.

I would rate 0 if I could. I ordered 3 things and only 1 was correct. I talked to 2 different agents and no help and no refund. They told me that that was what was closest to what I ordered. It’s funny cuz I got up and went to the same store and it’s all in stock. I don’t have a receipt so I can’t exchange anything and I also want my tip and delivery fee back.

Will.no longer be using thier service. They do not care about the customers dissatisfaction and thier service is sub par. There are other companies offering the same services as well as cab companies doing what uber does now. This company should go out of business. They steal money they are thieves.

Awful experience! I gave the 1 star only because that’s the only option I have but in reality they shouldn’t even get a star. My order just kept on getting pushed back and punched back until it finally got cancelled! Customer service is awful at helping customers with their orders. Then 4 hours later my order finally got cancelled it said the order was delivered and it was delivered to a completely different address. Maybe the Uber driver decided to keep my order and therefore cancelled my order. Horrible experience!

I ordered a convenience store order and when it arrived the order was completely wrong. I asked if I could have the correct order delivered to me and they told me there was nothing they can do. How do you give people this type of customer care. They will never get my business again.

Order was pushed out over and over with no end in sight. I canceled and was charged anyway. I requested a refund and they said they have to make the restaurant whole since they started making the food. What about making the customer whole? I had no clue if it would ever be delivered.
