“It took 2 hours to receive 1 cold hamburger because there site directed me to a whataburger 34 miles from my hotel. There were 2 whataburgers within 2 miles of the hotel. Customer service had the nerve to say they realize customers what hot food but it’s nothing they can do. I put in the address of the hotel and was in a city I’m unfamiliar with. Then they had the nerve to send a watered down diet Dr. pepper instead of a regular Dr. Pepper. I’ll eat chips before I ever use this service.”

“Ordered my food through Uber eats the merchant couldn't fulfill my order due to their cookers/burners was out. Driver sent me a message to cancel my order but now Uber eats refused to give me a refund. If the merchant cannot fulfill the order no fault of mine why can I not get my money back. Uber Eats is robbing hard working people. I will never use their service again and will make sure anyone I know do NOT use their service. I will post this on Facebook, Instagram tic toc and any other platform I can think of.”

“We ordered Taco Bell and got some random 711 order 2 hours later. There is not a 711 in our zip code. No phone number to call and I’m pretty sure the driver got to keep the tip.”

“I accidentally ordered from the wrong location. They're site is confusing when it comes to finding the right one. I called the restaurant to let them know. They said call Uber Eats...which u can't do. So I chatted w/ a rep. They said unfortunately we can't refund and you need to be more careful selecting a location in the future. immediately deleted my account. Absolutely terrible policy. I'll never use or recommend Uber Eats ever again. They are awful.”

“I placed an order and realized it was in the wrong city. I cancelled my order with in 1 minute. I was charged the full order of 100.00 and they refused to refund me. They said if you want what you ordered you have to reorder and pay!!!!!!! no refund nothing. this is horrible service and i will never order UBEREATS AGAIN!”

“First of all I'm disabled, I call for food delivery about once every to weeks. My information specifically says knock on the front door so I can get the order without requiring any additional physical exertion. Today my order from Lanna Thai was for over 150$. I got a call from someone who didn't answer the phone. Thankfully my caregiver was here and saw that someone was here and went to the street to pick up the order. The last time the delivery driver dropped off my order on the front porch without letting me know it was delivered. I would at the minimum like my tips refunded. If you decide not to clear this up I will just consider your company as a fly by night monopoly and will just use a different delivery company. My phone number is 425 7374265. “I'm extremely annoyed with uber.. over the last 4-5 years I have NEVER NOT been eligible for a refund if im missing an item. I have probably spent thousands of dollars with rides and for food with them. I don't drive I'm epileptic. And sometimes ordering food is just more realistic with my life and with kids. Tonight my son didn't have his burger in his kids meal . I split mine with him to keep him content. And I forwarded the info to uber . I was civil about it but was told it was not eligible for a refund on his burger. Like wtf? I told the people I had gotten all the other food but why does this happen ? I'll be canceling my uber eats .”

“I will NEVER order from Uber eats. Several times they have sent email stating we have discounts and then never gave the discounts. After we choose what we want to order. Beware - I will never do Uber eats or Uber again. It’s all Lyft for me and other services”

“Ordered food yesterday and the driver could not find my address so she decided to leave my food in the middle of the street and marked it as "delivered". See for yourself in the attachment. It's like a dead drop in a spy movie. Now Uber will not give me a refund because the driver "waited" too long, HAHA!”

“People coming in my office talking to me as I ordered food and realized as the order went through the address was wrong. IMMEDIATELY canceled the order but still paid 82% of the cost because "we only charged for the food because they already started your order". Definitely not as it was canceled in less than a minute. I should have just made time to leave and get my food instead of paying for what was ultimately the cost of 2 meals with nothing to show for it.”

“We ordered Mcdonalds. About £20 ish. We waited for ages and yet driver was nowhere to be seen. We tried calling up multiple times and nothing. Then order said delivered when we gotten NOTHING. Called up and service was terrible. Extremely rude and no refund. Tried calling up again and got declined.”

“I have never had an issue with Uber Eats until one of my recent orders. I cancelled the order and it says "cancelled". The restaurant had NOT made the food yet and Uber will NOT give my money back for my CACELLED order. I am deleting this app and switching to Skip The Dishes who I know would have returned my money as they have when food was not delivered to me. Much better customer care from Skip than Uber.”

“I ordered a pizza from round table Pizza on 41st what started at 8:15 ended at 10 10: 20 p.m. with no pizza and a very disappointed family, the driver could not find my house I live off 17th avenue and live oak Santa Cruz right above capitola Road he kept telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about I've lived here 15 years I think I know what I was talking about this experience has left me not wanting to ever take the chance again I don't know if it was Google maps or what but if a customer is giving you directions and you are on the phone with them and you are telling them that they are wrong and they live in Aptos when they know where they live that is just ridiculous the fact that I did not get even a coupon from this experience with a family that was left hungry and very disappointed never again”
