Did not receive order and they were so rude- you have to chase your own refund! Door Dash is do much better

Horrible service. When you order food they are quick on charging all the fees but when you get the food, most of the time is the wrong items, they forget something or simply get to you dead cold. After complaining many times genuinely, they sent me communication saying that I have a high volume of complaints. Of course! I want to pay for the quality and Items I wanted and you could not do it right. I closed the account and they won’t see a penny from me or my family members.

I ordered from red lobster. When I received my food, it was cold, my broccoli was hard, my biscuits were like rocks, and I didn’t have my pina colada sauce. I contacted both parties and neither would refund my money or replace the food!!!! Door dash here I come!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a mistake on the delivery address . I cancelled my order immediately and placed a new order at the same restaurant . I was charged twice and was not issued a refund . In other words I got stiffed. I will never use again . Beware

Worst experience ever. I ordered a medium combo (burger fries drink) A shake and 6 piece nuggets. The total was $23 ($16plus 7 in taxes in fees) The shake and nuggets didn’t come. The fries were cold. They gave me the wrong drink and I was only refunded $4.63. That is not even enough for the fees. If I could rate this company a negative number I would.

Promotions don’t work, tons of hidden fees, tons of fees in ANY order. Promo details SPECIFICALLY say that it works in certain stores yet whenever I attempt to order “Promo doesn’t work” or it’s not eligible for that order somehow and i’m not an idiot I KNOW HOW TO READ AND NAVIGATE IM GERY FAMILIAR THIS APP IS JUST SNEAKY. UBER EATS IS ROBBING PEOPLE! I hate it I loved it before but it just kept getting worse and worse the fees kept getting worse and support isn’t helpful. If I have a problem with my account no one is able to help. And most importantly the app just feels fake. It’s…gilded. Like a basket of rotten goods wrapped in christmas paper. I hate it. Doordash might not have the lowest fees outgrew but atleast they are still somewhat legit. This app just wants money and doesn’t care about the survive at all. especially customer support. Completely useless. And Uber one membership COMPLETELY useless it’s just straight up a scam. It’s a robbery. you are robbing people in plain sight and calling them service fees and delivery fees. Then having the audacity to force a tip cuz 10% goes to the actual delivery person who’s actually doing all the hard work. Then forcing a tip. It’s not the delivery people they are getting paid crumbs while the actual Corp. takes all the cash and forces us the consumers to pay the delivery guys after paying them extra. It’s like we’re paying for 2 people AND the food. I hope they get sued.

For everyone that rejected my orders and left them til the next day gotta be the dumbest people that exist because I’m the one that gives $10 to $40 tips depending on the priority but it’s ok keep treating people like you’re too good to deliver when it’s your job! What if you tried to swipe your card and every place rejected it how would you feel? At the same time it just makes the blessing for the driver that cared a lot better she will be getting a $60 tip for her travels!! But she will be the only driver I ever tip again and that’s a fact

The most horrible customer service!!! There is noone to take to. The answers are generic and if you have a issue, there is nobody there to help you! I haven't resolved even one issue I had with a delivery. Whatever, there is nothing you can do, but it's frustrating that they don't want to help you if there is something wrong

Food took 90 minutes to arrive and was cold and fries were missing and they didn’t give a damn. No interest at all, not even a partial refund for the missing items. How can they get away with charging for items they don’t deliver, how are they allowed to still operate!

This company only wants to make money. The whole point of the company is to pick up people’s orders and deliver them. But this company only cares about putting money in their pockets so they can’t even get that right. Why do they constantly hire bad workers. Why haven’t they figured out how to better vet the workers. I don’t use Uber eats, but when I place an order they Instacart, they use them. I’m looking for a better delivery app. Because I believe if a company proves bad service take your money elsewhere. That’s what I was trying to do by using Instacart. I will avoid giving me money to dishonest uber eats and you should too. If you’ve had a bad experience with uber eats you should also leave a negative review on as many platforms as you can. Uber eats sucks!!!

It took 30 minutes longer than the original estimated delivery time, and the food was cold, and the drink was watered down with the ice.

Ordered 2 full breakfast with Eggs bacon hash brown and pancakes. Got delivered 2 pancaked total was $36 After trying to contact Uber l, no good phone number I did get I touch through the app and was told there was nothing wrong with my order… uuum ok 15 dollars per pancake Do not order from them

Last night i ordered dinner from wild buffalo wings in shelton ct via uber eats the estimated wait was 55/60 minutes the driver called me at the estimated time saying the restaurant was backed up and not filling all orders he strongly suggested i cancel, which i did and uber eats said no refund available because the restaurant had taken the order i escalated the situation asking to speak to a manger and again was told they were sorry for the situation, but i should not have cancelled my order they refused to refund the cancellation fee Why are their employees telling customers to cancel orders and then charging the full fee? Why is this cancellation policy not listed on the app? Uber Eats does not support their customers nor their employees they are the worst delivery service i have ever experienced

Last night ordered 10 items through Uber Eats’ grocery delivery service, but two items—a Coke Zero and a steak—were not delivered. Despite this, I was still charged for them. I immediately tried to call the delivery driver as soon as I noticed the issue, but they never responded. I contacted Uber Eats for support, expecting either my missing items to be delivered or a refund. Instead, they refused to take responsibility, leaving me frustrated and unfairly treated as a consumer. This experience has caused me significant stress. It’s unacceptable that a service as large as Uber Eats would fail to address such a simple issue and leave customers out of pocket for items they never received. I demand that Uber Eats holds the delivery driver accountable and either ensures the missing items are delivered promptly or issues a full refund. Consumers deserve better.

I spent thousands of dollars with these cockroaches and they deactivated my account. Said I did something against their policy but wouldn't say what? Said I would need to buy a new phone to re-activate it! They can go to hell!

Horrible! They ping driver from far areas to pick up around them and then deliver it to a far away town and it’s disgustingly cold. Then I complain about it and they won’t do ANYTHING!!! I’ll go with Door dash! The very few issues I have with them I get refunded or credit within 5 minutes of complaint! DONT USE UBER EATS! Door Dash for the win!
