I’m not surprised your company has only 2 stars. I had the worst experience today. Will never order thru your company again. Tried to contact customer service and my issue was completely disregarded

Refused to let me use a promotion THEY offered to me involuntarily,then when I contacted them,to tell them it had failed to work,I was accused of having fraudulent activity on my account!!! Absolute joke of a company!! Will NEVER use again!!

I updated my address in the system and my item's were sent to a previous address and Uber customer service was unwilling to correct the situation. The customer service was terrible and I will no longer use Uber eats service.

Worst customer service ever and I feel like it has been moved to India who are handling all the complaints who ends the conversation before I am finished with my complain. I attempted 3 times for a wrongful order I received where I had followed the same steps from a same restaurant which I have ordered over 8-10 times and that too same plate. Instead of just listening to the complain and doing something about it, they all had same automated reply and then ticket closed.

Promised a 15% discount on food order as first time user. This offer was not honoured though the code was right and the order was for over $80. Why?

I got someone else's order. No way to exchange it. No problem person to talk to. Driver could not come back or straighten out order because "he no longer had my address and even though the person who received my order had also called him. Until today UberEats had been our favorite place to order food. We always have large tips. No more! If someone cannot be available to correct problems I will consider not using. Even the driver, who caused the problem, could not help. Why bother giving out his name?

Horrible , RUN , don’t Use this app to get your Oder delivered. I recently went to Florida and order from Uber Eats from “Rejoice restaurant and bar” the Uber delivery had multiple orders and gave me the wrong oder , I reported my food to be wrong on the app and over the phone . The costumers service I got was horrible , the denied to give me my refund back knowing the receipt didn’t match with the food I was supposed to get. They lied to me over the phone telling me they will give me my refund back and that I should wait 3-5 business days to get my money but which I waited but never reciprocated my money back, I called them to inform of them about the issue they told me they can’t refund me back my money because it’s been past 48hours, I had to go to my bank to get my money refunded back to me . Don’t waist your time using Uber eats to get your food delivered because they don’t help the customers when issues arise.

Cold food. Drivers don’t show up. They add on other deliveries without telling you prior to payment. They change the wait time. Don’t offer to put situations right. Awful

Absolutely shocking! They have no care for people whatsoever. Missing or cold food, it can take forever to arrive and now they just cancel orders after 20 mins of waiting for the food. I wish the takeaway places would invest in a sum up and reader to avoid all this. They charge lots more for the orders and are not even doing the job they should. I'm disgusted and annoyed at both the Company and drivers, there is no customer service involved just take money and don't give a toss. I'm not using unber eats, deliveroo or just eat anymore!

Customer support is useless. If you have an issue, you speak to a helpless customer rep who cannot do anything or refer you to anyone

Absolutely trash customer service. In fact to the point that I don’t care about uber eats or uber as a company anymore. I will never be using any of their services moving forward because every time I have, something went wrong and they failed to fix it appropriately. This was the icing on the cake. I ordered from Sapporo and realized that I put in the wrong address within 2 minutes of placing the order. So I cancelled it, waited 15 minutes and ordered the same food plus more! I found out today that they charged me for the original order and uber refused to compensate me in any capacity. I’ve spent 10 years in all kinds of kitchens so I know when an order comes in, you have a few minutes before they start working on it because that is the nature of the beast. You have to get your ducks in a row so to speak. If I had waited 10-15 minutes it would be fair and I would be in the wrong, however this happened within 2 minutes of placing the order. So I know that there is no way that the sushi I was ordering was already being made. This is an illegitimate charge.

I am currently trying to get an agent on the phone my driver cannot cancel my order and wasn't able to pick it up. When I try to cancel they want to charge me more then my order was. They ripped me off last week, the driver delivered food that wasn't mine it was even the wrong name on the ticket and all u er eats does is send me a message saying my order isn't eligible for refund....they are con artists and belong in jail. I am going to see if I can contact an attorney or someone and I'm not letting this go. They have never fixed it or given me any of my money back. What's worse is I have had no other option but to use them.
