Terrible experience with uber eat. My ubereat driver cancelled my order simply because the restaurant was running 5 min late. Instead of waiting he decided to abandon the delivery leaving me with no food and wasted time. If the platform allows this kind of behaviour it’s incredibly frustrating for customers. Really disappointing services.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. I did not even complete the order because my trying to correct the address was not accepted. The driver did not speak any English so I could not tell her about the address. The order was delivered anyway and I was told it was completed and nothing could be done.

Have not received my order twice now. Had to provide a pin while the delivery person was driving, trying to find my apartment complex, and I STILL never received my food. Did not receive a refund or credit and the customer service person was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I don't need this kind of treatment in my life... never again.

I was deceived by an online scammer which took my hard-earned money through falsehoods. I lost cash that I had worked tirelessly for. They wouldn’t let me withdraw a single cent and kept insisting that I pay taxes. Fortunately, A friend of my introduced me to ππžπ§π’π­π¨π πšπ›π«π’πžπ₯πŸ’πŸ’πŸ—@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐒π₯.𝐜𝐨𝐦 π–π‘πšπ­π¬π€π©π© β€”- +𝟏 (πŸ“πŸŽπŸ“) πŸ’πŸŽπŸ-πŸŽπŸ•πŸπŸ’ and I was able to recover all my investment back.

I tried to place an order with a restaurant that they suggested that was over 80 miles away. I placed the order and then come to find out they couldn’t deliver it and then he charged me over $30 to cancel it. I try to get my money back and they told me it had been too long and then I had to pay the fee Total crooks.

When I say I wish I can spit fire at these folks I really hate uber eats. they are very perfect unprofessional. This is why they don’t have a contact line. You cannot talk to anyone the last time I ordered before this time they left my baby hungry the place did not send his food and Uber eats did not give me my money back or go get my food this time. I had just placed the order and it was placed four minutes away from where I needed to go and they wouldn’t change my address and our order has not been placed not even two minutes ago. They are the worst establishment ever and I cannot wait today. Shut down.

The Uber eats driver did her job well and make a good decision based on what substitute item I would like (Flamin' Hot Doritos). I was craving a hot snack and she brought the FIRE! Thank you to my driver for picking up my items and delivering for me.

First time using uber eats ordered groceries at Costco they advertised 48% off on an item but delivery person called and said uber rejected the discount even the product was available. Uber eats is a scam! Driver was great apologized that uber would not validate the order.

Missing items. No way to talk to anyone. Through their app you get a partial refund that doesn't cover reordering the missing items. Total fail.

Just about every other time we order something is either incomplete, missing, or canceled due to no drivers or wrong delivery address. What? You have one job lol. sometimes the driver will make 2-3 deliveries before yours so it's guaranteed to be cold and mediocre. So if you do have to re-order, most of the restaurants stop taking orders or are closed because you waited an hour to find out your food is not coming. Keep up the low class service Uber Eats..Not really worth the premium even after member fees.

Uber eats is a scam they have been taking money off my card 3 time for an order I never received. And when I call them all the do is send me a email to feel out and when I send over all the information they ask for they never respond. Don’t order anything from them they are a major SCAM

I wish I could give zero stars. Food took 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive. 25 minutes past latest delivery time. It was completely cold. Out of 6 meals, only 1 was correct 5 had items missing. On the app I was refunded 42p, which is a joke. In a restaurant I would have refused to pay. The worst part - the uk app and webpage. There seems to be no way to chat live. No email address or phone number. You go round and round and end up at the same help pages with no way to actually chat with a real person. AVOID AVOID AVOID. App and account deleted, I encourage you to do the same.

This is the second time i have been ripped off. The first time we ordered a 5 pizzas and called the driver back and he said he delivered everything he was given. I called Uber Eats and they said the order has been fulfilled so nothing they can do about it. Today, I put in a grocery order and the delivery guy was cancelling many of my items (turns out he was on a bike) and couldn't bring the heavy stuff so i suggested to him that he should not accept the order. I called Uber eats to tell them what was happening. the delivery guy purchased about $160.00 worth of my order (out of the $270.00 order). I never received my order, as Uber is now saying i cancelled the order, which I did not do, only suggested he not accept it. I called customer service and they say i cancelled the order so i don't get it or my $160.00. NICE. RIPPED OFF AGAIN. WILL NEVER USE UBER for anything ever again. Buyer beware. This is actually THEFT. If i cancelled the order why did he go through with it and then just keep the items i paid for.

Order daily, sometimes multiple times. All of the sudden any missing items aren’t eligible for a refund. This is literal thievery from a company that already had poor customer service. You’re dealing with people in India who couldn’t care less.

The Uber Eats app defaulted to a hotel address that we stayed at a few weeks ago, so when we placed an order at Osmows, it selected a restaurant that was an hour's drive away from my house. Within seconds, we immediately cancelled the order, but still had to pay for it. No credit or refund. So, we had to place a second order at the location near our house and pay a second time. BEWARE, when placing an order. There is no resolution, just ridiculous policies to cheat and scam customers into paying for food they never received. When I go back to check the past order, that restaurant is always unavailable for delivery or not accepting orders. Deleting my app and going to start using Skip the Dishes. Such a complete waste of time...and money.

My wife and I never use delivery apps, but we have a 19-month-old child, and my wife just had surgery, so our friends got us UberEats gift cards so we wouldn't have to worry about cooking dinner. We ordered 137 dollars worth of sushi. That might sound like a lot, but it isn't when you factor in tips and all the fees. The only problem is we never received the order. The driver said it was delivered and took a picture, but it wasn't our address, which should have been evident since our townhome number is 3C and not 2C, which is apparent in the image. After getting no place via the chat function in the app, I finally called customer service, and to say they didn't care would be an understatement. Their preprogrammed response to me saying I didn't get my food wasn't "Oh so sorry, let us replace it for you" or "OMG, that is horrible, let me have give you a credit."Nope, it was, "According to our GPS tracking, the driver delivered the food to a close enough drop-off zone." I explained to them I had no food and that I didn't know where 2C was because we live among many townhomes that have 2C as an address, and it was 8 degrees outside and -1 with windchill, so I wasn't going to wander around in the dark to find it. Again, they reiterated that they were sorry, but the driver was close enough, so we can't give you a refund or replacement. I owned a restaurant for 7 years and used delivery services, and I was appalled that after speaking with a few people, it was perfectly acceptable that the driver dropped my food at the wrong address, but it was close enough, and they were made aware I had no food and did nothing about it. So, I was out a 137 dollars, and hungry. After some careful digging around, I realized that in the app, my address had the location with 3C, but on the receipt, it omitted the 3C from the address. So I called back to explain it, and they sort of acknowledged it but then said the driver got close enough, according to their tracker, and won't do anything about it.

They locked my account for trying to place an order using a gift voucher that my employer sent to me. There is absolutely no customer service available to help with problems. You will end up wasting more time than it's worth to try to find a solution.

So I place my order today and it didn't tell me what address it was going to until I hit submit! There was no where to change or edit the address, I thought it was going to come on the next page or whatever (And on DoorDash you can like edit and change the order and s*** like that!?) But not on Uber eats because they're freaking pieces of s*** so then I canceled the order Like any normal person would do you know The food's going to the wrong address let me cancel the order really quick so I don't waste anybody's f****** time! But oh no according to support you're not supposed to " cancel the order" You're supposed to let them continue to make your order and let the driver continue to drive there to pick up this food that's going to be going to the wrong place! Well you go on chat support and sit there and have then delete the order so that you can keep your money even though these places are making the food and you're wasting the driver's f****** time?!! I canceled it and under a minute but I'm charged 75% of the order?! And it was Dunkin' donuts like they'll be able to use the coffee and they'll be able to reuse the donuts They didn't go anywhere!!! Such stupid a$$ B$!!!!! OKAY AND THEN!! I REORDER IT WITH THE RIGHT ADDRESS AND EVERYTHING BECAUSE NOW MY KIDS THINK THAT THEY'RE GETTING FREAKING DONUTS AND I DIDN'T PICK THE PINK SPRINKLES BECAUSE IT SAID FREAKING SPRINKLES ON IT AND THE KIDS ALLERGIC TO DIES I PICKED THE CHOCOLATE FROSTING AND THEN THE CHOCOLATE FROSTED FREAKING DONUT COMES AND IT'S GOT SPRINKLES OF COURSE IT'S GOT FREAKING SPRINKLES WHICH ALL CONTAIN SYNTHETIC DYES AND WILL CREATE A REACTION IN THE KID!
