This is the third order where I’ve ordered something and paid extra and Uber doesn’t refund me. They take no accountability. If I’m paying $6-$8 extra for something it should be eligible for a refund if the driver doesn’t bring it. Check the bag before delivering. I’m out of town and I surprised my mom with a Thanksgiving dinner and they delivered half of it.

I placed an order for Uber eats. No Driver ever was available. I was charged a fee for the order because the restaurant was “already preparing it” which is false information- it’s a buffet style restaurant. I was robbed of money. The support had no interest in helping me

I never had an issue with Uber eats however today I placed an order for west African food and the driver didn't deliver my order. But on the app it shows it has been delivered with a picture of the food in the Uber delivery bag. No pictures of where the driver is,...nothing. And I proceeded to text the contact because they dont calls anymore and they tell me it's been delivered and worse thing is they provide options of what to say not you typing your problem out. So I have lost 320 rands and my time and I'm pregnant and there's no dinner. Thanks alot Uber eats thanks alot.

Uber eats is scandalous and I will no longer use this feature. The driver was on Roosevelt island and drove no where near the pick up location. Food was ready per the restaurant for ten minutes and the driver was driving further away from the pick up location. Shame on Uber for not refunding my money and banning these people who are stealing from their customers. Went online to speak to a live agent and told me the same rhetoric about not cancelling and just chatting with them but the chat doesn’t provide assistance or even look into the matter. I hope Uber eats falls apart and they lose a lot of money in their business. What a shame. Most of the time the delivery people are not even who they are or what they say they drive. What a joke.

I’m very disappointed in Uber Eats. My husband and I ordered groceries tonight and got the wrong order. When he texted the driver to tell him we got the wrong order. They said that we had the right order and hung up. He then called them through the app. The person looked up his account and said that he was “not eligible for a refund”. I tried calling them on my phone to see if I could talk to someone more knowledgeable. I sat on hold for 20 minutes. When I got someone I was transferred to a “higher up”. He asked me for the account information and order number. He said he “could not find the account or order. They have been no help and I’m so frustrated. My husband was just trying to deliver me orange juice so I would get better without having to drive to the store.

This app and your system of organizing drivers is a joke. I just spent an entire hour waiting on Walmart orders only for the order to be canceled and your representative is claiming that I never arrived at the ping of the location. I know I was at the right location because I was parked in the designated parking for pick ups. on top of that, I have evidence on my phone’s GPS that shows where I was at that time. When I call them, they are telling me because your system claims that I was not at the designated location, I can receive no compensation. This means that you effectively have taken my labor for free because your system has poorly interpreted my location wow waiting on a delivery for your company. This is heinous . What is worse is that you have no human interface to properly deal with these situations and reach out to the people affected by this. You are preying on labor; you are preying our customers. I was supposed to receive $50 for under an hour of my time; I received zero dollars for an hour of my time. and then your app offered me two other orders for less money for more of my time. There is no one to mediate the situation with responsible authority. I have received a lot of I’m sorry’s and nothing actionable. Attached I provided screenshots of the information. Uber has left me with after that miserable experience. I also attach a screenshot of my USAA app that tracks my location. It proves that I was in fact where I was supposed to be. I also provided screenshots of the order cancellations for two of them. I didn’t get the cancellation screenshot for the other one.

What’s wrong with the drivers? I left directions to call me if the driver had any questions or problems. I will not order from Uber Eats again!

I am extremely disappointed with Uber Eats and their consistently poor service. I received a completely incorrect order that wasn’t even mine, and the driver refused to take it back. I’ve been left waiting for hours with no clear resolution, only to be met with generic, automated responses from customer support that do nothing to address the issue. There’s no proper way to lodge a complaint; the only option is to deal with ineffective AI responses or raise support tickets, which take forever to resolve. It’s frustrating to pay for overpriced items, additional fees, and a subscription service, only to deal with constant mistakes and poor customer service. This was supposed to be a convenient service, but it’s anything but. After this experience, I’ve decided to cancel my subscription and will never use Uber Eats again. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I’d advise you to avoid this service altogether.

I ordered Uber eats from Instacart . My estimated time was moved twice …Uber driver drive to the wrong location… the agent on the phone didn’t find any solution besides canceling my order rather than paying for their mistake and redirecting the driver. She event hung up on me after I presented myself on the phone . I’m over being over charged and not given the service we’re paying for. We have to defund these corporate company over utilizing their power . They don’t even pay their team enough and penny pinch on the virtual assistant that barely speak the language we are fluent in. This can cause frustration but I just want solution.

I've used ubereats for probably 10 years or more. The quality of the service has increasingly become worse, especially since 2020. Im deleting my account for good after this last order. I can't remember the last time I have gotten an order that hasn't had some kind of issues. I don't even live in a difficult residence to drop off at. In the last year, each order had one or more of the following constant issues: hour(s) late with stale or cold food, leaking bags from the food being tossed around, missing items in the order (happens alot), having the food dropped off at one of the neighbors, wrong orders, to one where the delivery showed it was dropped off but the driver never even came to my house (ring would have picked it up). Ubereats also drastically increase the price of the each item, so much so that it can be double or triple the price.

Worst and fraud service. They say delivered, take a pic with food parcel at door and take the parcel n go away. Such a fraud service .

I am very disappointed with UBER Eats, I placed an order for my mother, through Panda Express and this afternoon on Nov 25, 2024. The delivery person named Brandon was supposed to delivered my order, mind you this person was 8 minutes away. All of the sudden I receive a text claiming that the food was delivered, he told a ball face lie. Not only did he not deliver the food but got the tip money. When I tried to reach out to Uber eats, according to the website, UBER Eats customer service number is no longer valid. Then I attempted to do a chat with UBER Eats, that is a waste of time. This is the second time that this has occured within a years time.

I place an order by Uber (Shelby’s shawarma) I had my home address selected by mistake I cancelled my order right away within 10 seconds but Uber charged me $39.99 dollars for cancellation. I tried to call but of course they don’t have this option as they do not want to resolve the issue. I chat with customer service they said because the order was accepted by the restaurant we can not do anything. I will not ordering Uber ever again and encourage my family and friends not to use Uber. Pathetic customer service

Wanted to put zero stars. No delivery arrived and no courier accepted but still took my money and still not received refund. Uber is scamming people and needs to be investigated.

I ordered from uber eats however the driver did not arrive, uber eats refuses to give me a refund because the drive said he was at my place for 10 mins which was a lie. I told them to provide me with time so that I can prove him wrong as I got cameras….ever since no reply.

I placed an order with Lucille’s in Delray Beach and it was never delivered. The driver called me several times and each time I gave him my address and gate instructions. Very difficult to understand him also. Needless to say, I never received my food. I called Lucille for a refund and was directed to call UberEats since they don’t handle refund. Contacting Uber Eats was another nightmare. No way to talk to someone. I want a refund!!!!!!
