Uber Eats takes advantage of their drivers, so the drivers retaliate, and steal food from customers. The customers are not tipping, and the drivers are tired of working for free. In the end Uber Eats are the only ones making money the money.

The order never came and the driver tried to act like he tried to contact me - total bs!! He probably ate it. I did get a refund after my wife made a complaint but I never did get the pre-paid tip back. I will never order food from these guys again!!

Customer service you have to take photos they ask so many questions you spend all your time on it and they give you eight dollars back on an $80 order that was over cooked freezing cold took forever to arrive. Very disappointing.

It was horrible. The driver did not deliver my whole order. I tried to call him immediately afterwards and no one answered. I was then told that I would get no refund because I was not eligible. So I was out half my order and all of the money with NO help from the support team.

Ordered grocery items as we needed them for dinner and were both too ill to leave yhe house. Only ordered 11 items and 4 were missing, there is no way Asda didn't have eggs, bread or chicken, absolute joke! Also substituted an item of no similarity so we had no food for dinner and no bread for breakfast plus an item that we won't use. Customer service is non existent. Total waste of money! Won't use again.

My husband ordered two quarter pounders with cheese and two fries from McDonald's. Ended up getting 16 Whoppers and eight fries from Burger King that we didn't order. Then they charged us $88.95 for the order! After trying to call them to tell let them that they have sent out the wrong order nobody and I mean nobody returned our phone calls and nobody tried to come back and get the order! This was our first and last time with this horrible service! Should get rid of uber eats!

2hrs for a delivery. I called to ask what was the problem. CSR I 1st spoke with hung up/dropped. Called back, rep argued with me about delivery time. Could not see the same info as me. I expressed it was a stupid that she cannot see what I can see. Then told me they will not tolerate profanity and discrimination. I was very confused and then asked for a supervisor as I was not discriminating against anyone and to have someone accuse me of such is ridiculous. Then hung up. What a terrible experience!

I deliver food orders for them. They run these promotions to entice more drivers to work certain times. Now, they keep giving me excuses as to why they won't pay me. According to my internet research, they have been doing this to drivers as far back as 2016. Another night, they said I only received $7 in tips. I know that is not accurate, but we are very limited to the information they allow us to see. The CEO of Uber Eats made $20m in salary for the year 2021. That explains why they won't pay me for the promotion I signed up for.

Uber eats grocery delivery is terrible. Be aware. Once you place the order they will after advise you that some items are unavailable in the shop and you end up paying £4 or £5 for rest of the items from your basket for example just one pack of crisps. That's what has happened to me. I bought 3 packs of beer worth around £25 plus pack of crisps... Only pack of crisps arrived and I payed £4 for delivery. Also I could not cancel delivery on line in the meantime. Had to call Customer service and they said you placed the order you must pay.

It would be best to walk 12 miles to get your food versus using Ubereats. Horrible experience more than once.

The single most frustrating and disappointing experience EVER!! Scheduled a christmas dinner to be delivered to a sick friend that could not leave the apartment. Order was placed and paid for 4 days in advance. Delivery never came and when finally reaching someone at the company was given attitude and told that my acct was credited and there was nothing more they could do..

One of their drivers was delivering to my neighbor. We live on a private shared driveway. I was walking my dog down our driveway and their driver sped by at nearly 40 mph nearly hitting me and my dog. Our driveway is covered in snow and ice as we had a storm and have not had the drive plowed. Very dangerous. When leaving, I attempted to stop the driver and she sped up and tried to run me over. I had to dive out of the way. I have contacted the Franklin County Sheriffs office and will be filing a report naming Uber eats and their driver. I will also be posting as such on every social media site possible. I contacted Uber eats and they shrugged it off as I do not and will never have an account. Obviously, they have no concern for their clients or our communities.

On Dec 22nd I placed and received a $43 grocery order. The problem is I was double charged. Efforts to resolve this issue have bogged down in a useless customer support system.Small amount of money but will not risk future transactions with this company. Horrible customer support.Uber eats is a high risk.
