UberEATS are disgusting, thieving, robbing, time-wasting low lives. Their drivers are careless and literally do not give one thought into how the food is being delivered. They don’t knock, they leave it at your doorstep. Not only is the food always inedible, it’s either completely soggy from the drink spillage or items are always missing. The food is constantly cold. Then when you raise a complaint with the team, they are absolutely clueless with what to do. They say they can’t reorder the food for you or give you a refund and basically say it’s not their problem. Their answer to my food being ruined by their pathetic drivers is “we will take this feedback on board and do better” 👍🏼 Don’t waste your time or money trying to order from these robbing pathetic human beings that sit behind a screen all day and have no brain cells.

TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APP !! Waiting and still waiting over an hour and half for WINGS THAT is 20 min away!! Don’t ever use it the app and they won’t give me a refund either !

No delivery - goods have been taken I've order groceries, Items never arrived, no phone call received, They issue you with a pin, for god knows what reason. Status on delivery is delivered. This is *****, the drivers take your items, and claim its, delivered. UberEats, do not refund your money, Please guys save your money and rather go personally to buy what you need, instead of running at a loss.

A terrible customer service Nobody reach out to me trying to solve a problem with a order I made on the 30th and it was canceled on my end by mistake . They charged me the whole price , didn't sent me the orde, never cancel the order in the pizza place so they were still making the order and waiting for the uner driver to pick it up . To deliver it to whom ? I was charged 45 dollars for the order plus the delivery . They didn't even tried to help me when I contacted them minutes after the cancelation telling it was a mistake and I wanted my order . They just took my money like that .

I talked to several customer service reps about this driver and asked several times for my order to be canceled and 4 different customer service reps refused and kept saying they would charge me. See below what my driver said to me when I asked where my order was.

My Uber eats driver just left my house without delivering any food. Yes I am not mistaken. He actually drove all the way here to tell me that he never picked up my order and it was Uber. Eats mistake at the end of the day. I sit here now with no food, completely unreliable do not support this business

Chicken dinner for a vegetarian Wij kregen als vegans een chicken dinner bezorgd. De eigenaar van het restaurant heeft Uber gecontact en de fout aan hun kant toegegeven. Het antwoord van Uber? Wij kunnen niets voor je doen, vette pech voor ons. De eigenaar van het restaurant gaf aan ook liever niets met Uber te maken te willen hebben. Voor ons NOOIT geen Uber meer

Uber driver rides up to my house. Looks at me drives off with my food. Nothing uber eats can do because he said he dropped it off.then she tells me my ring camera who seen it all is not reliable because he confirmed the order.yhsts a scam I posted his pic on all social media sites as well telling all my 2.6 million followers to keep eye out I got his license plate number also. You stole from the wrong person.

The food was cold & the response from Uber eats was bad as they did not do anything they just said sorry the food did not meet your expectations & you can leave a review! I feel that this is Not good enough as I have Uber one! The delivery experience was terrible too, as they are always late & have a few drops before they arrive to you & by then your food is cold!

I'm a restaurant owner. I got hacked my account about a month ago and uber still dosent pay me but they keep saying they are investigating my case. I sent all documents that I am the owner of the restaurant ( picture of i.d, business license etc..) I had same problem with DoorDash but they fixed in a week. Whenever I called uber eats , they keep saying they couldn't do anything for me but only investigating team could. Only way I can contact with investigating team is via email. I emailed like 10 times, but respond. This company is the worst.

EVERY TIME I ORDER ON THIS SITE, SOMEONE MAKING UNAUTORIZED TRANSACTIONS & STEALING MY CREDIT CARD/DEBIT INFO TO MAKE PERSONAL PURCHASES! COULD B IN SERIOUS TROUBLE AND THIS IS BEING REPORTED

I’m new to Uber eats. My first order ever placed got cancelled. No reason given as to why. So I place my order again. It gets cancelled a second time. What the hell?! What is going on?! Never again! This sucks ass!

I opened up the app and placed an order. The order was placed to a restaurant 1000 of mile away. My address was correct. I called and tried to correct address and they sent to wrong state and still charged my credit card for their mistake. Call customer service and get someone from I don't know where and she just said you in USA. Sorry I can't cancel. Stupid app I'll use the competition next time

I stopped using Uber Eats a few years ago because they continually pushed out the estimated arrival time and then after 3 hours they cancelled my order. Tonight I decided to give them another opportunity and now I'm constantly watching the delivery time continually delay again and again and again. The rates are ridiculously expensive and the service is atrocious I will never use their food service again

For one my delivery time was changed three times because an order was added to my delivery delivery for someone else I had to wait 30 minutes for my food when I finally got it part of my order was not in my bag had to hunt down the store. Call the store no weather way to get my food because I am disabled. They say they’re going to refund it, but I don’t know if that’s gonna happen. I have now started putting my tip down to a very, very low minimum and if it gets to me in time, and my food is still hot, then I will add a tip for the driver. It’s sad that the drivers tip is affected by the lack of competency of the restaurant. Very dissatisfied with Uber and in this case, Panera bread. When I open my bag of food, there is a chunk of bread sitting right on top unwrapped part is a rock. I didn’t order any soup so what is the bread for to make up for my bowl of fruit that was missing? Very dissatisfied.!!!!
