Yeah they have canceled my order on more than one occasion as if it's was an inconvenience. F that company, I will Never download app or order from them again.

The worst service and company . I ored some drinks at Starbucks never recived the drinks and they say they can’t refound my money even when I send prove that my drinks never arrived !

I put a grocery order as I had a promo for Farm boy for a 50% discount over orders $70. My order exceeded well over $70. I got a call from the uber driver that the yoghurts I ordered were not available. I told him to replace it with blueberries pint. The blueberries were never put in the order and a full amount was charged on my credit card. I called and wrote to them. Even had the manager call me, but they made it sound like it was all my fault. Even refused to apply the discount or refund me my money. Very unprofessional and unethical indeed. So frustrating and stressful 😞

There are price mark ups on everything. They mark up the price on the food. You get taxed plus a delivery fee if you don’t have the, “ membership”. Plus the tip. I’ve literally used this app for years. And it seems like it’s getting worse and worse.. If you need customer service, you’re going to get a bot. If the delivery driver messes something up, they won’t fix it and they are rude. And I’m sorry, but with how much money you spend for all the fees and the markup plus the membership fee, having your order be wrong well over half the time or have things missing well over half the time.. is inconvenient. The whole point of this app is convenience. If I’m paying so many fees for that convenience, in the very least my order shouldn’t be wrong over 65% of the time. I have literally driven for Uber eats and the app even tells you to verify the food before you leave the restaurant. What’s worse is I have read several reviews, where if you have too many complaints or refunds they will either ban your account or you will no longer be eligible For a refund on future orders. Considering how many of my orders are either missing food or completely wrong, I find this policy to be ridiculous. Yeah, sure there are people who do abuse the system, but when you have a 65% failure rate, a majority of people complaining are probably not trying to get free food. I use this app. It’s almost religiously several times a week. And yeah, sure you get a refund if something is missing from your order, but part of the reason I love this app is it convenient for me as a parent so I don’t have to leave the house and get toddlers in the car. It’s part of my order is missing or most of it. That means either me or my children aren’t going to eat. And if I have to re-order because the order originally was incorrect.. I am now paying more fees, and an additional tip. At some point, there has to be some kind of an accountability for the driver is not doing a good job. They are rude, they don’t read directions, and they don’t make sure your order is correct. That’s literally the entire job other than dropping it off at a house. Yet I see Uber drivers on social media complaining that they aren’t getting tipped well. It is the same as every other job. You have to be nice, you do your best to resolve any customer issues, and you review your work before you call it completed. Again, this is coming from someone who has done Uber Eats for supplemental income. Overall, everything about this service is lacking. The “promotion” that stay pedal half the time don’t work. Customer service is a joke on all accounts. And you pay an absorb amount of fees for the inconvenience of your order being wrong or missing over half the time. This year, I finally decided to cancel my service. I’ll either be using another service, or I’ll just get my own food. If I went to the restaurant myself my order would be $20 If I go through Uber Uber eats it’s more like 45. Plus the monthly membership fee that I pay. If I’m paying double the price for the food, the service might as well be decent. What’s even crazier is, this is not the only complaint I’ve seen like this. There are countless in the App Store. And countless everywhere online. Do yourself a favor and just use Postmates or something better like DoorDash

Costly im getting late arrival. There is no point for paying for uberone if they are going to charge more for my delivery to make it on time. It's starting to turn into a scam.

I drove 90mins to only be paid $8.33, before accepting the order uber provided a different amount that I would be paid, when I contacted support they said the customer removed the tip. They are lying I met the customer at the door she was nice and thanked me this is the second time Uber has stolen money from me, I literally cried this morning.

I ordered some food my first time just yesterday using Uber eats I normally use DoorDash but DoorDash was not an option, with that said my order was about $31 at best. How about this morning I look up and I have $50 removed from my account for $30 order never again never ever ever again ever will I use Uber eats total rip off

From when I ordered it took an hour. The delivery went to the wrong address. I rang the delivery guy and he wasn't interested in collecting it from the wrong address and delivering it to me. NO MORE UBER FOR ME! Every other delivery I have had arrived cold. An awful service, if you can call it service.

I placed an order from Carl's Jr & the restaurant canceled my order but Uber Eats charged me for the order anyway & has NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY. They are saying that they consider this order as legitimate even though I never received the order. This happened back in December & still they are refusing to do anything about it.

Ubereat is like a scam working in the making I ordered for pizza and it was a wrong address I canceled and they charged me for the order even if it was 4mins after I ordered they still charged me 31$ I called them same thing they told me nothing can be done not even refund me half.

I ordered something and needed to cancel less than 5 minutes later. They charge me almost the same amount the purchase, that’s an absurd! I tried to reverse my cancellation because it was better pay $25 for the pizza or pay $25 for nothing. Anyway, please be careful before ordering and change plans. I don’t believe they will pay the restaurant or the driver, but still not satisfied with their support.

I'll avoid using Uber Eats whenever possible for grocery delivery. I've discovered if you pick a sale item, they pay the sale price to the store,but charge you the full price on their app and pocket the difference. What crooks! Plus all their other fees, taxes and tips. Choose another delivery service if possible. And the customer service takes days to get back to you.

I ordered à tacos birria from la toxica I specifically asked it to be crispy they end up giving me a regular white pita instead of sippin the pita in the sauce and fry it to make it orange as soon as I got the order I asked for a refund they refused to give me a refund even tho I’d shown them the picture and the difference the one I got doesn’t look like the picture they put on there uber eats I find it’s false advertising yet till this day they refuse to refund me very disappointed.

My order was cancelled by restaurant "Choice Shawarma" due to unavailability of food I chose. Uber still charged me money. Upon calling they said they cannot do anything about it. I called Choice Shawarma and they said they will call them but I hear nothing. Uber eats is a scam! Just want to eat people money for free. This is way too much! I'm going to delete Uber from my phone and will never use it again.. there are other services like lyft and skip the dishes etc... UBER IS NOT THE ONLY ONE.

It would be zero starts if I had a choice to write this review. Proceed with caution to lose your hard earned money!!! I ordered through Instacart promo. I went to main secured entrance door for delivery and saw no one. Only way in or out for guests. I got notice my delivery was made and it disappeared as quickly as it showed up. I did not get a so called pin to confirm my delivery or have opportunity to enter it. I immediately called Instacart senior line for help. After an hour on phone and dead end chat with Uber eats no resolve. Uber eats chat said wait 6-12 hours for e-mail that came three days later stating I confirmed pin so no refund could be made. Spent another forty five minutes to hear same scripted words. You confirmed pin so no refund. No real human understanding that I didn’t receive the order I paid for or hardship of being a senior and out money that is from a limited budget. People from overseas reading scripts and sticking to their “policies” to take your money wether you get what you ordered or not along with the delivery person getting their pay and tip and probably the meal you just paid for. I’m really sorry to have to leave a complaint but it’s what really happened and no one should be treated this way!
